Sobered up and Listened to it on the way home last night, nice presentation from Z. Some will be disappointed but I get it, Prove progression hence 2.5, 10, 25 Gig. At 10.0 heads will begin to turn, as we have said all along we thought there was going to be a move toward Single Mode and it looks like we were right, also all along we knew that Stability was key, so from those standpoints I didn’t learn much, sounds like Leonberger is spending time which is good, interesting tid bit from JM on the NDA partner, I found that intriguing. They know the material can handle 100 gig the question that I have is how in the world does one switch it that fast. Lebby sounds like a guy that sees the big picture and can break it down, he found us a niche and has them focused on a target with as the DuPont guys used to say a clear path forward. They are doing it right with the resources available. No longer dependent on things outside of their control as Miller laid out a few years ago.
Hey I just upgraded to windows 10.0 what adblocker works cause these pop up are ridiculous? Funny I’m looking at trucks and now everywhere I go the trucks keep popping up on the screen, lucky for me I wasn’t looking for men’s underwear.
X I gotta get back in the groove.
Form 4 Joe M. 200k right to to purchase 60 cents I think it was, vests immediately, disclosed early code something like that, interesting.

Oh and I never said I had plural Millions just being honest at my destination safe and sound have a good one guys that's what I'm talking about to snarky
And if you still live at home
You punk you mind if I ask how old you are
I'm driving but I hope the Lord forgives you
I’m still here working like a dog and traveling (and partying) like a rock star (except no drugs and the first class thing), tiring, no room for rest. Honestly I got tired of the snarky comments on here so I quit posting but remember I’m you and proly Gates too so I guess to some I have been here. Won’t make the SHM doing a wedding thing in New Orleans. My level II’s expired and I’m only buying a few k at a time so I didn’t re-up the $500 buck Ihub gig, also opened a TD ameritradae account but I haven’t funded yet so I’m not sure how accurate their level II’s are. I haven’t had time to even vote the shares but I will and will vote in favor of all. Proly listen to the SHM at the Airport or the flight somehow, have to grab some ear buds, I wonder if I can download and listen on the plane? Anyone know how if I can do that?
Hopefully I can take advantage of the price but I need to grab a new (old) truck over the next few weeks and the good lord knows I have enough (you’ll see, but please Shhhh).
Long and Strong, If I’m right look out.

Funny looks like as I was typing this Punkin Chunkin chimed in, he's obsessed.
Good day, good week all.
I cannot smoke the stuff it makes me timid, shy, doubtful of my decisions, makes me constantly question everything, basically less confident about my life Oh and reduces my motivation, but good for the guys in Colorado they now get a tax break, Lol
Per Ihub Admin, if anyone thinks a post is out of line just click on the “Report TOS Violation” link at the bottom of each message, they will take care of them.
I'm going to try and take a break, honestly it doesn't make sense for me to speak good about everything at the company while I’m buying anyway, so have it, thanks in advance. Lately it seems like it has become too much about me.
Have a great weekend,
X
I did delete that last post but not the other one where I was writing about the market demand and trend towards the Single mode the market etc. admin deleted it because apparently I used a word that I think might be politically incorrect it begins with a B and does not end with tch, apparently offensive to folks trying to be offensive,,, Strange but it is what it is, I responded for a little clearer definition because honestly I still don't get what I'm allowed to say. They should just automatically xxxxx out words like that so the all the relevant info and work, research doesn't get deleted.
Looks like the filing yesterday includes pretty much everything in a prospectus, I only noticed one item what I considered significant change, appeared to be a formatting, space, difficult to detect, I picked it up, I deleted that post so I didn't have to explain.

"As long as they are mad at me they are leaving someone else alone"
Xster Shares For Me, not sure why it has be some big conspiracy.
You guys won't be happy until I'm whining like I did a few years back when we made that move here, now that was not fun. Toe Toe Toe screaming, whatever, I really do have to run.
Now gimme some of those shares.
Wong Again
Xster Wong, Lol (I can see the red faces now)
Pit I'm not going to argue with you, I don't even think I've ever meet you. Yes I do like buying shares cheaper, I also like for them to go up, WIN/WIN honestly, feel good if they don't feel good if they do, I know I'm weird, whatever, honestly I need 1 penny a month within 1, 5, 10, 15 or 20 years,(hopefully I can work into my late 70's) to live very nice. If it goes up large which I think it will I'm going to by little jet, if it doesn't I just won't have one, shoot I don't have one now so c'est la vie, certainly not going to try and blame someone.
Have a Great Day, I Am.

Pit just stopped in for a second, if you'd care to throw down 5k(plus some odd Shares) right now I'll be glad to take them off your hands, (Order is in), That is called putting your money where ones mouth is. No time to look at the exact number.
Gotta Run
Bad X, wuined the Wahoo board.
Well it was only a few years ago Joe Miller told us that he thought the company should take matters into their own hands, create a Chemical Lab, Testing lab and move towards creating their own device, to move to the top af the Value Chain, well they’ve got a device and it works, probably just idles and the carb requires some changes. Plastic, F’in Plastic can you believe it? I’m sure there are plenty more hurdles but it sounds like Poling may be the current key to the tweaking. I guess it is human nature to complain as soon as something is done that took longer than one thought, or that one didn’t think would work, criticize it, dispute it or suggest that they should be doing something different,, kinda funny, but actually kinda weird. I’m happy for them, honestly every step forward makes me more confident that it appears that they may actually have something here, but it ain’t over yet so we’ll see if the nay sayers are right they will be right until they are proven wrong, So have at it complainers.
Perhaps some of the know it all’s could suggest the proper poling Speed, Voltage, Solubility, Temperature and Time.
First time out of the box and it works pretty Kewl.
X, It Modulates/Works, Plastic, Go Figure
OK so now we are all on the same page and understand how the company can keep moving forward and keep the need for cash out beyond the horizon, and it is much easier than doing PPs, I thought it would be too confusing to post on here and folks would freak out so I didn’t respond the other day. On the warrant front, if I read it correctly the last 2 or 3 PP warrants are transferrable (prior to that I don’t think they were) so IMO they can be sold or transferred. Barring some unforeseen problem with the science if the news is good it shouldn’t be too long now before this heads north and when it does we will see some of the warrants held by investors exercised to start the long term cap gains clock to try and put a year between the purchase date and the grand finale so that will also bring in funds to the company.
Funny, last week Punk said that they didn’t know what they were doing, this week he is impressed with them, still not sure about him (if he is a stable individual or not) I must have missed that post listing his credentials to criticize all that are involved in the company. I’m hoping that one day he’ll do a summary for us of the measurements and how the various changes affect the performance.
Bottom line is that one sure way to kill a business is to run out of money, and that is not happening here and it is frustrating Punk so he is trying to alarm some in a different way.
Obviously he likes attention and that makes him happy, I still think the Puppy thing is a good idea,
Still trying to figure out JM’s bonus if it had to do with the modulator creation/ testing or something else, I guess it didn’t meet the threshold of a reportable event or involves an NDA.
LPC is in the business of making money and everyone at Lightwave is honest with phenomenal resumes, (well not as impressive as Ponz/Punk) so this is not “going to zero”, they hold far too many shares and will reap their reward in the end, when, as investor points out will remain at 5% of the company. Again there are ways to incentivize investors to cash in warrants they so yes they are fine on the money front.
I’ve Spent enough time on this subject.
Xster Shares
Believe me I’ve got better things to do on a Saturday morning that correct your misleading post but I’ll take a few minutes. The Warrants that you refer to in your posts are from PRIOR Private Placements, read the filing, you are trying to connect them to this agreement I do not remember any warrants here, did LPC participate in past Private Placements Yes and they received warrants. The new agreement sets the commitment fees up front with an agreement to supply xxxxx$'s if and when they are purchased but is not 1 for 1 as I said in my post. It is your math that is fuzzy and I guarantee you 100% that you know that and are just trying to mix up the warrants from prior private placements.
Let me go look and grab the paragraph perhaps I mis read it, but I doubt it. Honestly I think you might be jealous, I mean why else would you be up at 1:00 Saturday morning posting, while folks with skin in the game are sleeping, weird, I live rent free in your head, honest, something is not right there. Or perhaps you shorted it but I don’t think so, somehow I think that it makes you feel important to yourself, weird,
OK Here it is
We will not receive any proceeds from the sales of shares of our common stock by the selling securityholders; however we may receive proceeds upon the exercise of warrants held by the selling securityholders and the sale of 4,650,000 shares to Lincoln Park under the Lincoln Park purchase agreement.
On January 29, 2016, the Company entered into a purchase agreement (the “ Purchase Agreement ”) with Lincoln Park (such transaction, the “ Financing ”), pursuant to which Lincoln Park agreed to purchase from us up to $20,000,000 of our common stock (subject to certain limitations) from time to time over a 36-month period. In connection with the Financing, the Company also entered into a registration rights agreement with Lincoln Park (the “ RRA ”) whereby the Company agreed to file a registration statement (of which this prospectus is a part), with the SEC covering the shares of the Company’s common stock that may be issued to Lincoln Park under the Purchase Agreement.
In consideration for entering into the Purchase Agreement, the Company issued to Lincoln Park 350,000 shares of common stock as a commitment fee and shall issue up to 650,000 commitment shares pro rata for no consideration, which commitment fee shares are also being registered hereunder, when and if, Lincoln Park purchases at the Company’s discretion the $20,000,000 aggregate commitment. For example, if we elect, at our sole discretion, to require Lincoln Park to purchase $50,000 of our stock then we would issue 1,625 additional commitment shares, which is the product of $50,000 (the amount we have elected to sell) divided by $20,000,000 (remaining total amount we can sell Lincoln Park pursuant to the Purchase Agreement multiplied by 650,000 (the total number of additional commitment shares). The additional commitment shares will only be issued pursuant to this formula as and when we elect at our discretion to sell stock to Lincoln Park. The commitment fee has been paid so it water over the dam, this conversation relates to my post.
For easy numbers let us use a 1$ sales price, in the past during a raise the company would provide an incentive to investors of 1 warrant for each share, so if they raised 20 Million dollars it would have resulted in an additional 20 Million warrants, remember that it is pro rata so they only get 3,325 shares free for each $100,000 the company receives, So at 60 cents per share each $100k deposited in the bank account is only costing $1,995 in stock (todays value).
This enables them to keep the wolf away from the door, keep the need for cash out beyond the horizon, and will let the negotiate from a position of strength. As deals are struck and money comes in from other avenues this faucet will be turned off, when that happens LPC will have EVERY Reason in the world to Push this up and realize a profit, remember they purchased many of those above a buck as many of us have done.
So Yes Lord willing Punk you are correct, I plan to purchase another 100k shares over the next several months and I hope to get them in the 60 cent area however if it rises to over a buck or 2 a share I’ll stop.
It is a pre-revenue company and the only thing they have that is Liquid are the shares, not sure why this would surprise anyone, not sure why Punk is stamping his feet at 1:00 in the morning, truly weird. So yes I’ll going back to the statement I made when I glanced at your post yesterday in the event of a buyout (which is what I think we will see) there is far less dilution this way than if they gave 1 for 1 warrant coverage. But hey I’m not the smartest person in the world, Perhaps I missed something, so instead of calling me names just show me where there is a 1 for 1 warrant coverage in this filing related to going forward with the LPC funds, and do not mix in Prior Private Placement shares info (it is also water over the dam).

And the nay sayers will be right until they are proven wrong. Of course It is much easier to say that something will not work than believe in something (and Help to push it forward) because if one stops then yep it didn’t work, - - - > it is as simple as that, and that my friends is what separates the men the from the boyz, the 1% from the 99%, the successful from the unsuccessful. If Ponz was successful he would not be wasting time here, he’d be doing something that makes him happy, simple as that. The talent we have onboard have spent their entire life and were successful in this field, Leaders in Fact, so who are we supposed to believe in?
I’m a Believer, could I be wrong, heck yes, honestly I think Ponz is a bit jealous but afraid to admit it ; ).
There are 100 reasons why it looks like it is the answer to this problem and there are 100 reasons why it looks like it isn’t, Oops now there are 101 reasons why it looks like IS the answer, “wow”, Game, Set, Match. (And it can be improved)
Oh if and if I’m wrong, try something else, this is quantum physics been a long road but not close to quitting.
I'll nab some Xster shares today, so for me I guess it is a perfect time for some bashing, The IP here is worth well more than its current price, mark my words.
Thanks
Gotta Run and do what I love.
Honestly I’m not sure what to make of what the internet or facebook (where everyone is special) has done to people. It used to be that you would have a discussion with your friend or neighbor at a bar, in person, and if you didn’t believe in something then you didn’t participate and waste time on it going forward, or if you had strong feelings one way or the other and thought that you were correct you’d place a bet either long or short, be open as to how you bet and then continue discussions as things moved along. You wouldn’t dream of trying to screw up your neighbor’s life for no reason. I mean you always had the guy at the water cooler at work that complained day and night but generally most knew to avoid him and perhaps that is the same personality type that pops up and leads some to spend time trying to make others miserable so they feel better, weird. I mean for no reason disparaging entire careers of individuals that they have never worked with, never meet and apparently do not want to meet, I don’t know, weird. Basically I guess they see if they can ruin other folk’s investments that they do not even know, for what reason, I’m not sure. Whatever, Like I said totally weird.
I guess it would be like a guy hanging around the race track that didn’t have money telling you that you bet wrong kinda thing but even then you could buy him a beer and throw a couple bucks in for him so he could play and get excited, I don’t know like I said Totally Weird what this internet has created, certainly now what in the past we would call “A Stand Up Guy”.
Whatever, you guys have a great night, be in the game betting again tomorrow, Long Strong and holly molly getting stronger.

So if you were in the business of producing a new fuel line and someone came out with a new spark plug would you be concerned? Not a good analogy but at this point it is apples and oranges.
Could perk be used inside and for data storage? I guess so but to the best of my knowledge they are currently working on transmitting the data from A to B cheap and fast, not storing it. I guess one could make a case that if there are faster chips/greater memory and more data then yes there will be additional pressure to transfer that data.

Pumpkin is just one of those who likes to stir the pot (proly left over from the Gig call I made) he makes others feel insecure about themselves and I guess in a way it makes him feel better about himself. I’m the opposite the only difference is I’ve put a boat load of money here and disclosed it, he has not. Rather than just spouting negativity and stating that it won’t work it would be nice if he would just post the details behind his statement because honestly I don’t think that he understands the science. The fact is that it has already worked in a 2.4 volt model and in a bleached waveguide modulator. Currently they are in the process of creating a different version of a modulator but basically the process is the same. Furthermore If he has convinced anyone to sell then he has helped me because I’m still loading the truck and the Lower bar of my short term goal will be accomplished by the end of this week (or at the latest the beginning of next), and for that I would like to thank him but I do not roll that way, that is say one thing to mislead others and do the opposite. Or just post for the sake of posting.
I’ll tell you what Punkin, when this is bought out I’ll get you a cabin on the cruise, granted it will be an inside cabin but still you can come celebrate with us.

Punk being perfectly honest with us could you tell us a little about yourself, where you live, your general industry, or have you ever owed Gig, what are your roots here at Lightwave logic? If someone were to invest 6 or 7 figures in a company TODAY for the long term more than a year, 2, 3, 5 what would you recommend? But please Give us only one and some of your due diligence behind that recommendation. Have you ever shorted a stock? Are you a qualified investor? What is the future of Photonics? How will this wall facing the industry be solved?
Thanks, Please just be honest, no fantasy stuff, and if you are ever near Delaware and want to stop by the house you are welcome to stop bye.

I find it quite strange that Pit is so,,, I don't know, conspiracy oriented, yet he persists, honestly I think that he is left over from the Lumera call I made back in the day and is still trying to convince himself that I'm anything but just a normal guy that puts my pants on one leg at a time. The world today has so many trying to mislead others that I guess this is what many believe and want to blame the world for things in life that are out of their conrol.

Xster Nice Sunrise this Morning.
Here are some things that they have been working on in the past couple of years, that is for the "they aren't doing anything crowd". I'll look for the nugets when I get a shot but I need a clear head so it may be a little while, plus its the weekend sooooo.
In January 2014 we created a new methodology to combine multiple chromophores into a single polymer host that significantly improves their ability to generate more powerful organic, nonlinear electro-optical polymer systems. The new synthetic chemistry process can enable multiple chromophores (dyes) to work in concert with each other within a single polymer host. This proprietary process has created two new material systems, which have demonstrated outstanding electro-optic values. In addition, we now have a significant amount of data on the thermal aging of our materials. We have demonstrated that our materials can withstand more than 2,000 hours at 110 degrees C with little to no change in electro-optic activity in our materials, which is a significant milestone. To our knowledge, this is something that has not been achieved before in any polymer. We are also concurrently coating prototype waveguides with our proprietary material system.
In February 2014 we received our first purchase order for our advanced organic nonlinear electro-optic polymer from Boulder Nonlinear Systems (BNS) of Boulder, Colorado in connection with the development of a next generation LADAR system. A LADAR system is a radar system that utilizes a pulse laser to calculate the distance to a target, but is also capable of rendering a 3-D image. In the event BNS continues to move forward with the development of this LADAR system, we expect to receive additional purchase orders from BNS.
In March 2014 we began the process of manufacturing an advanced design Silicon Organic Hybrid Transceiver prototype and we released the completed chip design to the OpSIS Center at the University of Delaware who contracted with a third party to produce the initial silicon chips, which were delivered to us in December 2014 and January 2015. We are currently qualifying and testing these chips for utilization in our Silicon Organic Transceiver. The initial application will target inter-data center interconnections of more than 10 kilometers. Our next design will utilize a different frequency and address the current bottleneck in the rack-to-server layer at distances greater than 500 meters.
In April 2014 we entered into a sole worldwide license agreement with Corning Incorporated enabling us to integrate Corning's organic electro-optical chromophores into our portfolio of electro-optic polymer materials. The agreement allows us to use the licensed patents within a defined license field that includes communications, computing, power, and power storage applications utilizing the nonlinear optical properties of their materials.
In August 2014 the University of Colorado successfully fabricated and tested a bleached electro-optic waveguide modulator designed and fabricated through a sponsored collaborative research agreement. The results of this initial bleached waveguide modulator correlated well with previous electro-optic thin film properties. These initial results of our first in-house device were significant to our entire device program and were an important starting point for our current modulators that are being developed for target markets. We have multiple generations of new materials that we are optimizing for this specific design.
In October 2014 we submitted an order with Reynard Corporation to produce gold-layered fused silica substrates for our bleached waveguide modulators to be coated with several of our organic electro-optical polymers, which we received in early November and performance tested throughout December. In May, 2015, we subsequently decided to eliminate this product from our commercial development plans due to its limited commercial value, low speed characteristics, difficulty to mass-produce and limited ability to integrate with existing architectures. In lieu of this development program, a commercially viable prototype ridge waveguide modulator program was started to replace the bleached waveguide development. We believe that the ridge waveguide modulator represents a viable telecom device opportunity for the Company that does not have the inherent limitations seen in bleached waveguide structures.
In May 2015 we achieved operating capability of our in-house Class 100 Clean Room where we do thin film processing and expect to complete the development of prototype photonic devices enabled by our advanced organic electro-optic polymer material systems in a timelier manner. Additionally, the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA) certified three of our employees, which allows us access to JILA’s world-class semiconductor facility located at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Access to this facility provides us with better control over the quality of our development work and the speed at which it progresses.
34
In August 2015 we completed 2,000+ hours of thermal aging tests of several blends of materials created by our multi-chromophore process, which included lengthy exposure to high temperatures (850C and 1100C). The data collected indicated minimal loss of electro-optical activity (R33) of our materials, which means that our organic polymers are expected to provide decades of operational performance. These results exceed previously published efforts for other organic polymers and are an important part of our commercialization effort as we begin to implement these material systems into advanced photonic devices for the telecom and datacom markets.
Additionally, in August 2015, we completed 500+ hours of photochemical stability testing of our material candidates by exposing them to the visible light spectrum. The data collected indicated no discernible change in the chemical structures in an oxygen free environment. An accepted industry standard is 2,000 hours. This stability testing was begun to help us understand more clearly the processing and manufacturing requirements of our future commercial products, and provide initial assurances to expect the same results as we move these materials into an actual photonic device structures.
In October 2015, we successfully surpassed 2000 hours of photochemical stability testing of our material candidates with little to no change in the electro-optic characteristics (R33) of our material; and, in January 2016, we successfully surpassed 4000 hours of photochemical stability testing of our material candidates with little to no change in the electro-optic characteristics (R33) of our material. These photochemical stability test results, along with the thermal stability at 110°C, should enable the Company to demonstrate that organic polymers can compete head-to-head with inorganic crystalline legacy telecom and datacom devices which currently provide the backbone for the entire infrastructure that converts almost incalculable amounts of electronic (binary) data into pulses of light and back on a daily basis.
In November of 2015, we successfully fabricated ridge waveguide structures from our core material system. At the same time we successfully developed a proprietary methodology to segment individual chips from our silicon wafers that contain our ridge waveguide devices. These critical steps in our process provide us with a clear path towards a commercial telecommunication device. These same processes can be used for the fabrication of modulators to be used in data centers. The individual chips are now being analyzed and passively tested in our Longmont, CO optical test facility. We continue to move towards completion of an operating organic polymer-enabled ridge waveguide modulator prototype using our new multi-chromophore material systems.
In February 2016, we successfully guided laser single-mode light through 16 of our passive single-mode ridge waveguides made entirely out of our advanced organic polymer systems, which are the building block of waveguide modulators that achieve high modulator performance. As a result, our commercialization effort has entered the next phases of development: passive-waveguide loss measurements, followed by the development and active testing of electro-optic modulators. Utilizing continuous-wave input laser light, electro-optic modulators convert digital (binary) electrical data into output pulses of light that can be transported across fiber optical communication networks. Active testing is accomplished by applying an electrical signal to a modulator and evaluating the resulting output optical signal.
Presently, we are continuing to move towards completion of our operating organic polymer-enabled ridge waveguide modulator prototype using our new multi-chromophore material systems.
