Whoa.. well then why all the fuss from people wondering when the filings would be done?... I know that in most instances you have 45 daysfrom quarters end to complete and submit them. I didn't see any 'sec 10q' reported either.. so its a NON reporting company?... well then.. I stand corrected.. I've only been with these guys since about late june/july... thanks for the info.. no sec reporting.. well that'll save about 80k in cash alone! that's actually a very good thing! awesome! Peace. I for one, who have helped to prepare public company filings for over a decade now can attest that everything he said in his response to you is wholly accurate and truthful I have been thru auditors and reviews and XLBR filings and I can tell you all it is nothing more than a literal financial nitemare and worse is the deadlines! they are ball busting near impossible and you are dealing with the auditors who will make sure that it is done completely correct as it should be.. but you end up changing and changing and changing again what was/should've been already completed financials.. so.. again jesse thanks for reaching out to Bill and know that in the end we'll be ok..

MY TAKE ON THE FINANCIALS:... At least he filed them in a timely manner!.. PERIOD.. nothing hurts these baby stocks more than not filing. PERIOD. I'll say it again. At least they are Filed!.. without which.. stock stops trading.. or is subject to suspension following hearings and legal expense and cash which NO ONE has to spend on such nonsense! So.. again.. I m thrilled they got filed.Period.

It is a development stage holding company and I'm not expecting to see a beautiful balance sheet for a long time to come! but I do expect that it will!

This is nothing new in any development stage holding company.. this is not INT$ or IB%.. so.. if you don't llike the heat.. get out of the kitchen! Heck. I've prepared stuff like this before and the company's are still around 10 years later! Suffer the fools.... you gotta know how this whole thing works fer chrissakes.. Guy has idea, guy buys company, guy does reverse merger, guy now trades on public markets! meanwhile guy is working on some hopefully exciting and some very very profitable and lucrative ventures! And some day.. guy wins out with huge windfall of a couple hundred mill or so and happy little investors! It just doesn't happen in the blink of an eye!

P.S. he's converted it looks like a good number of the notes payable that were in default and other notes as well.. so.. that didn't take any of the cash we don't have currently... so.. let it ride people..

Radly seems /appears to have a pretty good track record, HIS CFO Bob Bates appears to have a significant financial background, and we've got the MANDELBAUM!.. so.. taken together we got a decent management team, great underlying products and very very huge markets (patented transaction processing) , cloud, tablets.. put this all together and it spells winner! so.. if you were to do say CBD infused coffees and to sell units all over the place with the coffees.. you're rocking it!

your selling the equipment .. immediate revenues and cash flows.. and then your selling the stuff to put into the cofffe (residual and recurring revenues that only grow with number of units sold)
