Correct me if I am wrong, please. I believe anyone is entitled to post on the public boards. If it is a staff member of the entity, I have heard it is up to corporate policy on whether they can post, and if so, what they are allowed to say. I know they cannot pump, lie, exaggerate, bash, mislead, etc... Fatdog has done none of the above, from the posts that I have read, and therefore don't give a hoot who he really is. I appreciate you keeping this Board under control, and the banter back and forth is quite entertaining. While I try to remain civil in my replies to Bonded, Mimi and alike, my gut is in a knot, as my money is on the line here. There are few here, if any, who are not minus, and hopefully when new PRs hit the wires, and the show starts filming/airing, all the personal references and accusations will cease and we can all concentrate on our investment. Besides making a little profit, my next satisfaction will be seeing all the naysayers disappear into the exhaust. Thanks. Scotch
Bonded - Stan........
I would like to reply to you, for the last time. First, the score is Board ALL POINTS, Bonded ZERO. I may have a few years on you, and I've learned some "have it" and "get it" and some are "losers" and "never get it". You just have not gotten it. It reminds me of the Ross Perot presidential debate when he said, "I am all ears" and the audience howled. As rich and smart as this businessman is, he looked bewildered, because he didn't "get it". So, Stan, I will give it to you! No one, absolutely no one, is interested in what you have to say on this Board. You are a Johnny-come-lately with all the accusations and innuendos, phony phone numbers, skewed information, and an ego that is probably bigger than your p---is. Do we care if you stayed up late last night, what you viewed, what religion you are, what sport you partake in (besides professional bashing),and what you purport to do for a living. It all equals one simple sentence.... You are a loser! For some high-filootin investor for the rich and famous, it, again, amazes me that you have so much time to warn the masses about a nickel stock. Damn, you would have been a hero if you warned investors about Enron or any other high valued (though vastly inflated) stock.
RRGI is not a scam. So what if RRGI sells some of its shares to raise needed capital? There is a difference in selling some shares and dumping millions, and I am not inferring that RRGI is selling any shares. What is the difference if their office in Boca small? What exactly are you trying to tell us here? That we threw a few hundred rolls of nickels into the air? You lot in life will be a sad one, Stan, if spouting off paragraphs of dribble on a penny stock board gives you satisfaction and pleasure. Sure, isn't it wonderful you are warning the little folk? Your agenda is a mystery to me. Thousands and thousands of penny stocks and you set your sights on RRGI. Don't think this is a coincidence, but I really don't care. Every time you speak here you lessen yourself, one rung at a time. You are looking for a fight, where there is no williing opponent. It is too late in the game, Stan. Within the next month, either this goes or ends. Simple. What you say, what I say, what anyone says, other than management, means zippo. So, Stan, be a mench, and get it. Get out of here and crawl into another venue. Get a magnum of Dom Perignon and get into a closet with Mimi and accuse each other of cheating. Get a life. Get it?

Morning, Ladies, Gents and Others
Who the heck needs coffee in the morning, when you have such an interesting Board to read. Reading the last 25 posts, I had so many ups and downs, it felt like I had sex.
Think we have reached the critical mass time with this investment. Either shooting will begin within the next few weeks, and a show will air in May, or won't happen. There is nothing that any of us here can say or do to change what the outcome will be.
Whether the stock goes down to one cent or up to 25 will depend on what occurs between today and the middle of May.
Everyone has their own agenda, though I am not sure what Bonded is trying to prove at this late date. I would think the warnings, if any were to be given, should have been stated six omonths ago, and not at this late date. Anyone can get onboard and say "I told you so" a few weeks before we will sink or swim.
Other than an outright PR that the show has been cancelled, I am full steam ahead, regardless of the stock price, that this production take place and be successful.
The characters that comprise this Board, if in a movie, would receive every Academy Award nomination possible, including Best Short Subject (sorry Bonded). It's been fun, colorful, and has made my days at work go faster reading the the posts on this Board; but, now is the time to hunker down and let the chips fall where they may.
I wish my fellow shareholders the best of luck, and the contestants safe speed.
Scotch
Alcab11.... No reason to disbelieve you, as it is common practice for start-ups to pay for services in stock; however, what do they have to gain from selling now - two months before the show is aired? The price of the stock will have no effect on the filming, airing, or success of the show. If the show is successful, this firm just blew a few million dollars to make a point? Doesn't add up for me. But, if they don't care about throwing away their money, and want to make RRGI look bad to its investors, it may be time very soon to jump back in and pick up more shares??? Interesting scenerio. I'll lay back and try to figure this one out.

Fat... Never been to Kentucky....
If it is a fact that RRGI is selling its stock, and I have no independent verification, it would not bode well for us shareholders. Almost 1 million in action today with an average price of 5 cents means a total sale of $50,000. If RRGI needs $50,000 for whatever reason, I need a scotch.
To the other posters here, I wish you the best. I'll be here sink or swim.
I am not a professional analyst/trader...
Saying that....How many shares of this stock were "awarded" to the principals when it went public? How many tens of millions of shares are being held by persons who bought at one cent or less? I would take a 5 bagger any day...
Perhaps someone with a little more expertise could do a better job explaining. Perhaps I am off base.
Think I'll just go back to being an observer.
Scotch
Fatdog. There are a couple of ways for dillution
1. By issuing Authorized Shares. There are currently 132 Issued shares of stock, but at any time the Company can issue more of the Authorized shares, thereby dillution in share price.
2. There are 132 million Issued shares. How many of those shares are owned by the principals and their cronies, rather than the "regular guy on the street"? If the principals want some money, no matter how much, all they have to do is put a few or tens of millions of their shares on the open market, at any price. That is dillution.
I am not implying that either is happening here. It is obvious, someone or some persons are selling at any price. If the stock was active with interested parties wanting to buy, the price would go up. If the stock is active and the price is falling, someone or some persons with mucho shares are running for the exit.
Been here just a couple of weeks and lost half of my investment. No one to blame but myself. When this show gets rolling and PR starts to pop, I hope to get out with minimal loss.
Regards, Scotch
Again, I must agree with the unagreeable...
I do not hype nor bash. I am an investor in the stock, as I told the Board not too long ago when I took a position. I believe the show will go on; however, when I posted last week that the only thing that will bring the shareprice back would be news......It was pointed out to me that RRGI did not want looky-loos at the racetrack, and the finish remain a surprise/secret. It seems the information about the track had already been published, "the town is all excited about the filming and the show", etc...... My statement about the stock getting "too low" stands. When a stock gets down to the low single digits it becomes a day-trade stock - millions of shares traded daily and the pps goes nowhere at the end of the day. I appreciate the calls to RRGI and the request for news, but my gut tells me it may be getting to late to move this stock above ten cents, even after the show begins. I hope I am wrong, and wish all investors the best. Scotch (gulp)
Thanks for the update Jerry.................
My post yesterday about news was out of frustration. I know I'm pretty new to this Board, but even the selection of the track was not in an RRGI pr, someone found it in another location. I think that track announcement was major news and should have been conveyed to the shareholders by RRGI management. In any event, I'm sitting and waiting with the rest of you. Mimi, perhaps some scotch, a teaspoon of sugar, heated (but not boiled) will relax you for the weekend. Best to all. Scotch
Starboy.....................
Please list the website.
Picked up some more shares today to average down.
Best to all.
Scotch
Mimi is correct............................
The management of this Company has a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders to keep them informed. Since the news two months ago about a sponsor being added, there has been silence.
Speculation about delays, etc., is just that, speculation. Nothing can be verified unless it is announced by management.
The main questions being, will the show go on? If so, when does filming begin? Any other sponsors added? Any other mentors added or leaving? Spike TV, the sponsors, the mentors, the contestants, cannot answer these questions. The only reason the stock is going down, in my opinion, is because there is no news!
With a television show beginning in two months, someone must know something now, and it is not being shared with the individuals who own the company. As I mentioned in previous posts, I do not believe this Company is not a scam; however, if no news is forthcoming immediately, I see the stock price going so far south (where the sun don't shine). Best to all. Scotch
And I ................
Am Dannilynn's father.

Mimi FOR U.......
Name it, and I'll deliver. Just maybe we can all meet up after the production wraps up and have a few, along with some laughs.
Best to you.

I wasn't going to, but....
Yes, I live less than a half hour away from RR in Boca. Please tell me what I will find out by going there? If you are so eager to see their offices, get on a plane, fly down, and rent a car. The weather is in low 80's, and I'll supply a scotch.
To Stan: My brother started a business out of the den of his house and sold it 5 years later for $18 million. I read your posts and can see you grinning as to try to impress shareholders of a 8 cent stock. Whatever satisfaction you get from warning, scaring, accusing, and confusing the people on this Board is very lame and self-serving. Most of the posters really do not want you here, and I think you should stand in front of a mirror and repeat "Boy, am I good" until you pass out. (Also, just as a sidenote, the word lose is spelled L O S E, not L O O S E, and you wrote in two separate postings}
FATDOG - I sincerely appreciate your posts.
Contestants - You have something possibly very exciting coming up in a couple of weeks. A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Don't take the crap you read here seriously. As I mentioned previously, this is entertainment. My hat is off to you guys and girls who obviously worked very hard to be chosen as a contestant. Ice, scotch, pour, sip and burp!!!
Best to all.
Scotch
Fellow Believers.......
I'm gonna sit back and watch. I do believe what the contestants are saying; however, I am not certain they have the whole story.
Stan is a dustbag. Anyone who would spend that much time posting, with dire warnings and scare tactics, on a 9 cent stock, is... well, let's just say I am glad he is not handling my money. I would expect him to spend his valuable time watching the blue chips and IPO's. It has become obvious to me that some "changes" to the original blueprints for this show have changed. I do not believe they are the death toll for the show or the stock, but it does bring this whole production down a step or two. Do not believe this is a scam - believe Realty Racing has come face-to-face with the reality of putting on a television show. Sometimes, you just have to give a little to get it going. I certainly wish all the investors, contestants, production crew, and all the rest the best with this event. Until I can grasp exactly where we stand, and what other, if any, changes in pre-production plans need to be changed, I will remain mute. At this point speculation is worthless. Until we speak again, peace. And, yes, I live less than a half hour away from Reality Racing, but going there will gain little knowledge for you all. I don't expect a guided tour, free lunch, and test drive - think they are too busy at this point to notice me at the front door. Let the chips fall where they may. Scotch
OT: RRGI
The number of RRGI shares held by the readers of this Board are insignificant to the total outstanding. Nothing said on this Board, or for that matter any Board, will affect the share price of a stock. The only items that affect share price are News and Profits. Before I joined this Board, I read most posts and was very pleased with the way the Moderator kept control (and still does) of the posts. You can go to any Board and read posts by "bashers", "shorters", "pumpers", "exaggerators", and "liars".
This Board does not have that annoyance to much degree, compared to all posts. Bo Bo and Mi Mi and amusing, and that is part of what a Board should be, entertaining. What crosses the line of entertainment is being asked your "involvement", your "agenda", your "plan". What annoys me the most is being warned about losing my investment. Let's be real, this is a 10 cents stock.
I did not mortgage my home, or spend my kid's college education investing in Reality Racing, nor did anyone else on this Board.
My enjoyment here is reading other investor's thoughts, excitement, predictions, and, yes, sometimes disappointment. And, what makes this more enjoyable, is hearing from some of the contestants and others who may be involved in the production.
So I say best of luck to all who contribute here, and most of all the contestants and investors. Scotch
Live Tissue Bonding Technology
Live Tissue Connect, Inc., "LTC"
The LTC tissue bonding / welding device is a platform technology that bonds and reconnects living soft biological tissue through fusion without the use of foreign matters or conventional wound closing devices such as sutures, staples, sealant, or glues. The technology leaves little or no scar tissue visible to the naked eye after a few months. Unlike other tissue coagulation methods that tend to destroy tissue by charring, searing and necrosis, the LTC patented platform technology bonds and reconnects incised tissue and avoids charring, searing and necrosis, using a low heat delivery method aimed at restoration of the normal functions of the live organs and tissue. The smokeless capability of the LTC technology has a significant benefit to the medical professional health services provider because current technologies for R F frequency welding or bonding have significant smoke that the carcinogens have been found carry infectious microorganisms from high risk HIV and Hepatitis patients during surgery.
Three Ukraine hospitals are using the technology daily for open and laparoscopic surgical procedures and techniques. The procedures so far have involved the bonding and reconnecting of incised or separated human tissues in the following body areas - nasal septum, intestine, stomach, skin, gall bladder, liver, spleen, blood vessels, nerves, alba linea, uterus, fallopian tube, ovary and testicles - while restoring the normal function of the body organ.

Welding of pulmonary tissue in spontaneous pneumothorax. Operation without stapling
O.V. Linchevskyy, A.V. Makarov, V.G. Getman, O.V. Lebedev, A.E. Trunov
Clinical hospital N17, Kyiv. -- Mar 23, 2006
Background.
Bipolar, high-frequency electrocoagulation leads to ablation of bullae and closure of the broncho-pleural communication. We studied the effect of tissue welding compared to conventional stapling in operative treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.
Study design.
Prospective, blind, randomized, controlled study.
Patients.
A total of 41 consecutive patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax were operated on between May 2005 to January 2006.
TISSUE WELDING GROUP
The group where tissue welding was applied comprised of 24 of the 41 patients.
Indications for surgery in the welding group were the following: recurrence of pneumothorax in 13 patients (54%), prolonged air leakage in 9 patients (37%), major bullous changes were viewed by direct thoracoscopy and CT scan in 1 patient, and spontaneous pneumohaemothorax in 1 case. In a total of 12 cases air leakage was observed prior to the repair procedure.
Surgery Repair Method Used
Limited lateral thoracotomy was performed in the welding group. Bullae were ablated with an original bipolar welding device without the use of staples, sutures, glues or sealant.
Conventional Staple Group
The control group comprised 17 patients using conventional staples. Indications for surgery were the following: recurrence of pneumothorax in 10 cases (59%), prolonged air leakage in 2 cases, spontaneous pneumohaemothorax in 2 cases. Air leakage was observed in 5 patients (29%) during surgical procedures.
Surgery Repair Method Used
In the control group we performed limited lateral thoracotomy, apical wedge resection using a conventional stapler.
** Abrasion and coagulation of parietal pleura was done in both groups.
Results.
In all patients of the welding group where air leakage was observed, the tissue welding technology achieved sealing the lungs using only the welding technology.
Operating time in the tissue welding and control groups was 67 minutes for teh tissue welding group and 75 minutes for the conventional staple group respectively (p>0.05), chest drains were removed for the tissue welding group on average on an average of 2.58 days and 3.35 days for the conventional staple group postoperatively (p<0.05), postoperative stay in the hospital was 5.04 days for the tissue welding group and 5.7 days for the conventional staple group (p>0.05). Postoperative status of patients: In both the tissue welding and conventional staple control groups 2 patients had pleural effusion. In conventional staple control group 2 more patients had prolonged air leakage and incomplete lung expansion. There were no recurrences during the study in either groups.
Conclusions.
Welding of lung tissue is easy to perform. It allows us to seal the lung without stapling and to prevent postoperative prolonged air leakage. Welding of lung tissue may be performed through a video thoracoscopic procedure of or an open surgical procedure.

New to this stock and this Board. Just looking to make some money, as other investors. That is my total involvement, though I am close to Boca Raton, but have no plans on visiting the headquarters or track.
Ruths Chris Steakhouse is prime fare. Located on US 1 between Oakland Park Blvd and Sunrise Blvd. Also, in most major cities. I recommend rib eye, some creamed spinach, and a crab meat cocktail to start. Should run you about $80 per person, plus the $5 valet parking fee. Enjoy.
Here's hoping this week will make us all happy.

Mimi............................
One would think if you did purchase shs at 9.5 as I did, you would be a little more hopeful or positive about this stock.
Now that the track and Realty Racing has been featured in a legitmate publication, and now that one of the contestants has mentioned receiving an email and things are "coming together",
it is probably the time you get onboard and join the well-wishers rather than be a negative voice among others who have invested their hard earned money in this venture. Most of your posts are rude and crude, showing snipits of an arrogant, angry, woman (if you are a woman), who would be gleeful if all of the shareholders lost their money. Mimi, this is a gamble, and I treat it as just that. If I lose, I lose, and move on. Perhaps, instead of bringing this Board down (a Board with great posters), I humbly request you change your persona and try and be a little more courteous, instead of confrontational. I eat at Ruths Chris Steakhouse often - so, if you ever get down to Ft. Lauderdale, you have an inviation. Perhaps a few Cosmopolitans will calm you down. My regards to you. Scotch
Hey....
Damn, I am the new shareholder here, and I did not mean to bring a dark cloud over this stock. No sooner did I post that I bought more shares, I lost my boxer shorts. Luckily, I live in South Florida, and it was not cold. I'm gonna hang in here (and unfortunately out of there) as I believe. BTW, I have watched this stock for quite a long time before I took the plunge. I am not kicking myself for not buying sooner, as I still think we gotta long way to go. Congrats for all who bought many moons ago, and when we explode, let it be known, a Chivas Regal on the rocks, at a Ruths Chris Steakhouse will be accepted by me - along with a medium rare filet mignon and creamed spinach.

Sharkmph
Contrary to your fellow contestant's screaming, I have learned nothing from you that is not public knowledge. I know you have stuck to the Contract. All I know is that you are a contestant. As I live in Ft. Lauderdale, the flight to celebrate with your win will be short, and hopefully sweet. Thinking if this stock just takes off a little, it will be Chiva Regal for whomever decides to join us under the checkered flag.
And, dude, even if you do not win, let it be known you had some faithful pushing you on. Best to you, and best to all the shareholders. Scotch

I got a little extra scotch to get the crow down....

Your post that all contestants got an email yesterday certainly brightens my day. If things are coming together and we will be ready to roll soon, I think word will get out on the street and perhaps the share price will see a bump up. Thanks for the information and best of luck.

As I stated in previous post. I am gung-ho on all I have read about this company. Plan on purchasing more shares if price drops 5 or more cents from where it is now. Look at this as a potential sure-thing. Of course, anything can happen, and that "sure-thing" is only my opinion. Enjoy reading the posts during the day while at the office, and hope I can be accepted into the fold.
Wish all the best. Scotch

Why someone would write a blog on a stock that they do not hold, and have no plans to hold, warning current holders they are going to lose their money.....
Santa was here in December....we don't need presents from strangers...
Your points have been noted; I am aware a stock selling for 8 cents doesn't have far to "spiral".

Thanks for your additional interpreation, and the close way you monitor this Board. Best of luck to us all. Scotch

Let's say the sponsors, logos, etc. add up to $20 million - divide that by 130+ million shares = 15 cents per share. The big money will come if the show is watched, a success, talked about and wooed by a big network, with premium sponsors waiting to sign on, perhaps some notable hosts...and becoming affiliated with NASCAR would be tremendous. It's the future of Reality Racing I am investing for... Cannot see this stock hitting $1 ($130+ million dollar worth) this year, in my opinion. But, 'ya never know. Best, Scotch
Issued Shares
What is on the table to buy and sell. Authorized shares: Total amount minus Issued Shares is what more could be on the table.
If any more shares are Issued from the Aurhorized, this stock will go below one cent. You are correct, this company is not worth half a billion dollars, and the stock will never go up to $5. Personally, I would be happy with 25 cents - until this TV show is carried by a major network, with major sponsors, with major celebrity hosts, with Nascar's blessing.
Was able to purchase 15k more shs today at 9.5 cents, and have completed my accumulation.
Wish all well, and let's start shooting...

I could not suggest to anyone when to get in or out of a stock.
I am in a stock that went to $10.00, and then down to 20 cents (I bought in at $1.50). For years I read posts from investors bemoaning the fact they should have sold at $10.00. They were greedy. My view is if I can double or triple my investment on a penny stock, I am out. I am in this at 8.5 cents and will be out at 20 - 25 cents. My view, as stated peviously, is that if this takes off, is picked up by a major network, attracts major sponsors, and gets Nascar's blessing - and there are no more shares issued - it could easily go to $1.00 - but that is a long time away from happening. All this is my opinion. Best of luck to you and all investors. Scotch
dholl
I am new here and do not want to make enemies, but you are overly optimistic if you are talking $1 - $2 in May and then on to 5 - $10. There are 132 million issued shares. At $1, is this television show worth $132 million dollars? And at $5, well over a half a billion dollars? I don't think so. Personally, I would be happy if the stock went up to 25 cents. If this show is a success and people start talking, perhaps some day it will be picked up by a major television network, attract major sponsors, and have Nascar's blessing. Then you are talking money. Right now it is good that a network has agreed to air, we have some sponsors, some named celebrities on hand, a track, and contestants. Let's get rolling and may the chips fall the right way for all of us. Scotch
I am New Here
Bought in today, and have another order in for Tuesday.
I believe someone stated that all the cars were not delivered on time, and that is the hold up. Have been lurking here for weeks and bought on a gamble that all will go well from here on out.
Do not believe this is a "scam" - too many different organizations have signed on, including sponsors. Also, believe the sponsors and television network did their dd before approving their names to appear on the RR website. Remember, if this is a "scam", all parties can be sued, not just RR. Wishing all who own the best of luck. I will be posting on the RRGI board at Raging Bull, and hope that Mimi remains here.

Possible Exciting Time: During the past months I have been adding to my ACC portfolio a few thousand at a time. The stock has been as dead as this Board. While the trading and price has frustrated all of us, I did notice a major difference today. The stock matched its 52 week low and immediately bounced up to close unchanged. I do not purport to be an expert, but my sense is we have totally bottomed out and have no place to go but up. Additionally, the volume today was large compared to the past few weeks. Like to see this Board get going again, and hope Frank and some others come back to share your thoughts. Best of luck to all. Scotch
This is my first time here. Hello all. Yahoo board poster indicates AAC a possible buyout target; have no idea if it is fact or fiction. If fact, I would lose big; however, the stock price has been drifting lower and lower for months and I do not see anything other than a buyout or acquisition moving AAC in the immediate future. While the real estate deal may be good, it is many years away to completion. Been reading this board since Frank took over, and appreciate any comments. Wishing all the best.
