What is on the table to buy and sell. Authorized shares: Total amount minus Issued Shares is what more could be on the table.
If any more shares are Issued from the Aurhorized, this stock will go below one cent. You are correct, this company is not worth half a billion dollars, and the stock will never go up to $5. Personally, I would be happy with 25 cents - until this TV show is carried by a major network, with major sponsors, with major celebrity hosts, with Nascar's blessing.

Was able to purchase 15k more shs today at 9.5 cents, and have completed my accumulation.
