I just wanted to share with the group .... I just read over the previous legal opinion letter prepared for INCC in 2012 its posted at OTC Markets and its my professional opinion that this is almost identical to what is going to be proffered to the SRO's NASD/SEC in order to remove the DTC CHILL AKA CE.. it is almost a confession of sorts to state that all is in order with this , a publicly traded company, and they should have their clear status back. if you read the letter, the primary focus would appear to be to clarify the company's outstanding and issued share count.. in other words its been what about 3 years since the company was last current, and now, we are current again and its like a check up at the stock exchange doctors! Turn your head and cough! There' all better.. you may now resume your normally statused trading. The company itself and its management as far as can be found are all clean as a whistle which makes the job of approving them all the easier! JMHO. Peace. Stok.

Something to keep in mind.....apple just put a huge dent in paypal/ebay today due to apple entering into the payments space. Their new phones will do transactions in retail spaces.
