Mighty- Right on, sweet deal, quite a few guys I work with are in the real estate agent etc on their day off, and what is fun is being able to access the MLS without using a realtor etc, and get all homes for sale on a cul de sac within 1/2 mile of beach etc. Good for you, been working the ghetto here in South Central LA for 5 years, love all the GSW's, Structure fires etc.

Yes, working in the County, it is Christmas everyday here in the county!

I always make it a challenge to make more than my $125,000 year salary with overtime by trading penny stocks etc...

So last year was my 1st year to "book Profits" in excess of my salary and overtime....
