Some insight from a friend of mine.
==============================
I work for a drug company that several years ago was hit by an SEC
investigation. The CEO sold some shares during a time period when the stock price was rising (as were many other companies). He truly believed that we were going to obtain FDA approval for one of our drugs, and behaved accordingly (e.g., signing long-term leases, when it really wasn't necessary). When we got the bad news of the drug not being approved, the stock price took a huge hit. Then, some time later, news of an SEC investigation hit, and the stock price got hit again. The great percent of drop occurred on the day of the news. We then bounced around that low point, stabilized, and have made a steady and significant improvement in stock price.
The SEC investigation, while very upsetting to the outside, is not all that rare. Any time a company experiences a big jump or big drop, the SEC looks into it carefully. In my company's case, the investigation continues, essentially outside of the consciousness of the shareholders and potential investors. The credibility of our company is based on future prospects for business and revenue, and in our case, the street views us favorably.
Personally, I think the SEC investigation will ultimately be dismissed. The ex-CEO, if anything, was guilty of a variant of "irrational exuberance", and is now battling that mistake out with his lawyers.
If Wave experiences what our company did in a 12 month period (a
3-bagger), I'll take it.
Blue, read it again.

I think you will all be surprised tomorrow after the weak sisters sell.
There were 31,000 shares traded after hours between $1.61 & $1.75.
Not much to write home about.
Spin, this could be your last chance at some bargain basement prices at the opening tomorrow.
I think by the afternoon things will be O.K. Maybe not $2.00 but not $1.00 either.
---------------------------
edit: never said it would be closer to $2.00 than to $1.00. Those are your words, not mine. Get it right.
Blue, as a reported you best read my post again. I never said that. You twisted the words.
trust this is the 3rd or 4th post that you asked this. Bigtim answered you. The cash flow statements were made way after August 1st and has nothing to do with this in my opinion. And how is anyone to know the answer to your question anyway. Time to drop it.
Could it be that a 'few'shorts got badly burned when we went from $.82 to $5.00? That they went to the SEC to get their pound of flesh? No, I guess that couldn't of happened.
This will pass and I will predict right now we will firm up through the rest of the day.
Once the weak sisters sell and the shorts book their $ .30 to $ .4 0, things will firm up.
88 you said: "It will be interesting to see who does not post here. eom"
I was thinking the same thing. It seems Bearmove was pretty confident that we were going to $1.60 when we were at $2.20. Did he have some inside information as to the SEC coming out party? Should Bearmove be looked into by the SEC?
Timmers, not only do I agree with you, but tomorrow could be the best last buying opportunity at low prices ever.
Trust, I was thinking along some of your lines this evening until I came across this post. Not going to happen in my opinion.
Jeff, with allll due respect to you, I don't agree with you.
Good luck in your other investments.
One more thing, if things are on schedule for the first quarter, which in my opinion they are, (just my opinion folks) then this is a non starter. If TMPs are being deployed and Wave is receiving some revenues, today's SEC notice will disappear.
No one is saying Wave did anything wrong. I think some of you are assuming that to be the case and I think you are dead wrong.
We shall see.

Kevin, I believe the 60 million share day and the 40 million share day happened around August 1st. It does not surprise me that 100 million shares traded in two days, when their daily average was around 100,000 a day, should raise some eyebrows. Hopefully Wave did nothing wrong. Maybe the shorts traded on inside information and that is where the inquiry is. Who knows.
Barge, sorry, I don't know what you are referring to. I have not removed anything from the header.
Blue you said: "My belief is Wave has, to date, had nothing but dry holes". This statement is so ludicrous that it does not even deserve an answer.
Intel, IBM are dry holes. Rightttt.
You come up with some unbelievable statements that have absolutely no merit, none, nada.
Flyer, thanks for the kind words but all the thanks goes to the many that work many hours giving us the information that no one else has in one location. Sure, everything we read here could be found by someone, somewhere, but where can one find just about everything one needs to know about this subject in one place. No Where.
Again, the many hours donated here by terrific individuals, (that I have had the pleasure of meeting many of you in person), will climax in Las Vegas someday, when everyone will be able to thank those that gave us so much, in person.
There is no stock house or web site that knows as much about the industry that we are embarking on then right here, no one. We talk about the street not understanding what Wave is doing and that is correct. If the street were to come here everyday they would have the understanding that we do. But they don't and they can't.
It is a great feeling to know that we are ahead of the curve on this one. We waited years for the market to catch up to what we already knew. The deployment is finally on it's way and we are here, waiting patiently for the payoff that I am sure is to come.
It won't come over night, so those of you that want a meaningful payoff (and I don't mean $.50 or $1.50) but a meaningful payoff, it's still going to take years for that to happen.
I feel very confident of at least a 5 bagger in the next 12 months and I feel this is very conservative.
Let those that want to try and discourage us, and cast doubts upon us, come and go. We know what the real reason we are here, and it's not dreams, but the reality we have a real product and a real possibility of becoming a gorilla in our own right.
A year from now the real longs (old time turtles) will still be here and the bashers of today will be gone and we will have new bashers. (when we are trading in the teens telling us that we should sell now because the stock is going back down to $4.50 from $15.75).
Stick by your beliefs. If you think this is a good investment stick with it. If at anytime you feel differently, then it is probably a good time to sell. Set your goals and stick to them.
I will guarantee you one thing: if I feel it is a time to sell for me, I will not come back on this tread and continually knock the stock and the company. That is just sour grapes.
Time for us to move on. Intel has given us the vehicle to move on with. Let's grap the bull by the horns and enjoy the ride. I'm sure going to.
go-kitesurf, what a terrific post. Everyone here should be greatful for the time you, and many others, donate to educate the rest of us.
When a MBarr comes up with questions, many of you, with the knowledge, come forward and spend a lot of time writing answers to those questions.
We are a very lucky bunch to have the many that contribute to the dialog here. This is a very special thread, and I hope others appreciate what I do every day that I read it.
Again, many thanks to the countless hours that are donated here by some very intelligent, informed individuals. You can all take a bow.
Blue, you still don't understand why the press is not talking about Wave. Until there is mass distribution there is nothing to talk about. Many want to be first on the block with TPMs and they are not about to talk about it until they are in the market place.
You can cry all you want about no press, no one yelling out loud about the Intel Mobo, but you will just have to wait like everyone else. And you can repeat your dissatisfaction with everything about Wave in every one of your posts and it's STILL not going to do you any good.
The revenues have begun and the majority of Wave's revenues will not materialize until the second half of next year. So keep yelling and crying about revenues but they will not be here in big numbers for quite a few months. That's just the facts and the way it is. Nothing is going to change that.
Blue, you are always going to be angry with Wave, in my opinion, because I think Wave will be a five bagger in the next 12 months and maybe even a 10 bagger.
You will never get rich and retire on 5400 shares. Someday you will say to yourself: Self, I could have bought at $.82, Self, I could have bought at $1.82 and Self, I could have bought at $3.82 etc, etc.
See, you will always have a bad feeling for Wave no matter how high it goes because when it does, you will be mad for not buying in at much lower prices.
Just think, you could have bought another 5400 shares at $ .75 and you would have been much happier right now.
Oh well, you can take a horse to water but I guess you can't make him drink.
The best to you.
Blue, you really have to give us a break here. Your broken record is really boring now. Don't you have any new material?
Give us a break and enjoy the holidays. I doubt ANYTHING will happen or be announced before next year so whatever you are looking for is at least a month away.
Most don't answer you anymore because they have you on ignore. Most are trying to tell you something by their silence. YOu are beginning to talk to yourself and that is not healthy.
Happy holidays,
pulsetaker your post is disgusting and is deleted. Please control yourself in the future.
mig, alladinator is on very shacky ground here and racists comments on this thread will not stand. We will not debate this, and any future posts in this direction will not stand. This thread is about Wave, not racists comments.
Doma I as thinking the exact same thing. In traveling to other countries the first thing I look for everyday is USA Today. On board ship I get the news bulletin printed by the ship everyday. I want to know what is going on at home even if I am not there.
Apparently Wave thought it was news worthy enough to put out a PR. And even if WaveXpress only receives $500,000.00 a month, that is more than any quarter on their books. And this is just one niche, think 10-100 niches and tell me this adds up to nothing.
There are some posters on this thread that no matter what comes out they will only see negativity. Others side traction and success.
We are there but you will have to go find it. No time now.
squandering of nearly EIGHTY MILLION DOLLARS got us on the Intel board and the IBM web site.
Blue, you said "(e) anyone who would acquiesce in being deceived on an investment should probably be parted from their money in as rapid a fashion as expedient"
I agree. Do you think you are being deceived by management? And if the answer is yes, how to reconcile the above statement?
Just talked to Nelzoni and he told me Nelzoni was doing good. He is home and resting. I am sure you will all see him soon.
Bake, even though the status has changed, and they are waiting for updated software, it shows that Wave is working with the Govt. and I think your initial find is tremendous.
Where there is smoke there is fire. A lot more to come in my opinion.
twinkie, being the honest person that you are, do you think you are being deceived by management?
Twinkie I will root for you. At least you are honest.
twinkie, seriously, if you are soooooo afraid of this investment, why do you still own it? Really? I would never stay in an investment I did not trust the management. You and many others consistantly post your distrust yet you stay invested. WHY?
Do you trust management? If the answer is no, why are you invested?
Kevin, just wait. I am sure his 3rd post will give us some long awaited news we have never read before from him.
I wish he would come up with some new material but with what Wave is now doing (deploying with Intel) it's awful hard to find something negative that does not go back 2-3 years.
I hope you didn't.
VC and Rooster don't let these guys get to you. Everyone else here appreciates what you do.
All one does is attempt at humor (poorly I might add) and the other one seems to have an agenda on the short side.
I don't consider them really community members. Believe me, the real community wants and appreciates all the DD you both bring.
I am sure that neither one of them has ever read the CCs that UncleverName posts. That would be to much reading.
alladinator why am I not surprised? If you don't like what a poster is posting either skip over him or put him on iggy. Very simple actually. You are another that supplies great DD here. It's not nice to throw stones when you should be greatful for the work done here.
twinkie, the reason most old longs here know more about Wave then others, is because of the great DD done by members of this community. No one has ever said that articles dug up by this community means that Wave is involved. They may be and they not be. The point is we have members that look and find articles that relate to what Wave is doing. This gives us more knowledge of what's happening in a field that Wave is involved in.
I don't know why you seem to want to attack these posters for their DD. If you don't like the articles don't read them. I don't see you offering up anything except criticism or others fine work.
To criticise all the time without offering something in return kind of shows your agenda.
Have a fine day.
Hhh you could save all some time if you would just copy and paste your three posts each day. I don't see anything different in this post from your last 100.
FWIW, I don't think this is tax selling. I think the MMs are just stepping aside to pick up cheap shares. If it is tax selling, then I believe those that are selling at these prices will pay more to buy them back 30 days from now. JMO.
Just talked to Nelzoni. He sounded good, the operation was a success and he will be home late tomorrow evening. It will be another week before all the results are in so don't stop praying.
He thanks everyone for the good wishes.
Right, Intel, IBM and HP don't get it. SKS pulled a fast one on them. Ha Ha Ha
Some you guys are really funny. You are all dealing with investors that have been here 4-8 years. You think your 'the sky is falling' is going to scare us now, just when the market has caught up with us and Intel is shipping our product and IBM and HP are selling our product on their website? You guys are really funny. Hah hah hah.
In case you don't know it we are be accumulated on these dips. Many smarter people than you or I are accumulating big positions in this stock. This is a stock for the future. We will be here but you funny guys will be long gone by then.
Enjoy the day,
