Bankruptcy or not, the NSS still have to be bought back.
Didn't they have an appeal hearing on April 10. Anybody know what became of it?
Gonna holler WEEEEEEEEEEee before the EOD today!
I can see the same happening with MESA.
Here are some for you to try:

Looks like its you, me, and one other person here at the moment. 3 boardmarks. This looks like a good play and a good pincer to me.
Hawaii fares could rise by $200.

Weeeeeeeee! 2.80 with 36 percent of the float short.
and daily and 10 min and 5 min. lol.
MESA 15 min pinch
Yup, I'm waiting to see. Don't mind it either. This is actually less than when I first got into this so a little more right here might be what the doc ordered.
This is just a good company. Glad to have the opportunity to buy right here. In a few months, I think we'll see this at 4,5,6 or more.
Wish it coulda been me. I would have went all in and hocked grandma's rings to short it.
I did too...
Here's what lowtrade had to say about t-trades
---------------------------------
Lets tackle the form T question first.
These type of trade letters are used on some exchanges and not on others. Some exchanges have different meanings.
I'm not sure if there is one place to read about what letter fits what meaning or what exchnage uses what letter. So you may have to research each and compair.
As example years ago the form t was just used for institutional trade made after hours so their large buys or sells wouldn't effect the normal flow of the market.
Since the major increase in ETCs hedge funds have become large block traders also and the electronic platform speed has basically change brokers fee structures, lowering the cost for each trade.
Thus, large block orders can be broken into smaller orders, allowing stealt with out order protection by floor traders and the like.
It has been my understanding trades reported after hours with a form T still indicates a single private client protected trade. And brokers or floor traders will accumulate during the day (personal inventory) to close the client AH.
What exchanges use this or weather institutions & hedgefunds or just big guy private investors, still do this, I'm not sure. But you still see form T on the NAZ OTC market.
My guess has been institutions & hedgefunds don't trade OTC much. And before form T meant those traders.
Thus my rule of thumb has been, form T big guys, no form T M&M daily share swap book settles. I may be wrong, and IMO it would be hard to track down what exchange & what group still uses From T as a type of trade.
I've only seen it on the OTC, but haven't really checked anywhere else. Becasue I'm not concerned with market manipulation on larger exchanges.

The FDA still lists CKDN as an acceptable US industry.
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/usindustries2007/ac.htm
There is probably a legal reason why the new corporation was listed as foreign due to the identical names but I'm no lawyer.
Doubt they would comment. However, it is not trading under that symbol because there has been no reverse merger yet IMO. Legally correct, however subsurface there is more than meets the eye.
Hell, that's what shells are all about and I would say there is more potential here than with most.
Ask yourself why Martin Moore-Ede would want to form a new corporation called Circadian, Inc and be associated with "long defunct Californian corporation which used the name Circadian, Inc." in which he was also a principal.
"It has come to our attention that one of our entities, Circadian, Inc., a privately owned, recently incorporated Delaware corporation, has been misrepresented on several investment websites as being traded under the symbol CKDN.PK. As a privately owned company, Circadian, Inc. is not being traded and is not in anyway associated with a long defunct Californian corporation which used the name Circadian, Inc."
Well, legally he would be correct at this time. There may be no legal association between the two RIGHT NOW.
However, what a coup it would be to RM the new corporation into the shell for virtually nothing.
I am not selling. Either we win big or go down with the ship. It is worth the risk to see an extremely likely 50 bagger for me in my opinion.
No dude, I've been at meetings last night and this morning. Just got in.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Can you explain? What do you mean by "he didn't sign this"?
This is all because yesterday buyers took it up so fast the MM had no shares to sell so they sold them short because with the buying at the bid they had no choice but to fill the orders.
Today, you have them buying the shares back on a huge drop. The amount of the drop bodes well for the future because it will take them relatively few shares to recoup their money and THEN we start up.
It's coming, just wait. There are way too many good things uncovered here to justify this pps.
Nah, it will all be good in the end. Just bought 10500 more which is all the available funds I had.
Hmmmmm, couldn't begin to imagine why. At the time 45 was the ask.
04/07/2008 15:30:25 Bought 20000 CKDN @ 0.045 -909.99
04/07/2008 15:30:33 Bought 7320 CKDN @ 0.045 -329.40
04/07/2008 15:33:44 Bought 4680 CKDN @ 0.045 -210.60
I just picked up 32,000 more at .045
Very easily could be a buck or more next week. Just getting started here.
Most all of it is in the Ibox. 6 million authorized, probably 2 million in the float. At .05 the max value is $300k for a company which works with half of the Fortune 500 and foreign designation with the MA SOS after such a long time. Something's up and it's good.
Not many shares available. Martin must have most of the certs. Maybe less than 2 million float with no history of dilution. Amazing.

Fleetrisk Advisors and CKDN
---------------------------
Le Manoir Richelieu, Quebec, Canada (August 8th 2006) - At the National Tank Truck Carrier’s Summer Board Meeting, FleetRisk Advisors announced the production implementation of an advanced predictive modeling and risk analytics system for Dupre’ Transport, LLC. The initiative began as a pilot project in 2005 using data aggregation and pattern recognition technology to identify risk signatures of drivers, vehicles and schedules. The pilot focused on which drivers were most likely to be involved in an accident or service failure. The production phase began in the first quarter of 2006, enabling Dupre’ to devise new risk management and performance monitoring strategies with the aim of simultaneously reducing operational costs and mitigating risks.
Tom Voelkel, President and Chief Operating Officer of Dupre Transport, stated “This is the next step in moving us closer to our vision of being the safest transportation and logistics company in North America. Predictive modeling helps us see the future today and gives us the opportunity to create the future that we want tomorrow.”
The primary business objective of the production implementation was to combine historical data with the current month’s operational data to predict next month’s safety performance. In order to accomplish this, FleetRisk implemented a new processing platform at Dupre’ which consists of the following:
1. “Near” real-time interfaces to primary operational systems:
* QUALCOMM FleetAdvisor® fleet management system
* Circadian Alertness Simulator
* TMW dispatch system
* Profile XT – driver profiling
* Dupre’s internal accident & incident system
* Dupre’s internal human resources and training programs
* Dupre’s internal vehicle & fixed asset systems
2. Interfaces to external data such as population density, zip code, weather, traffic
3. New predictive models incorporating the expanded datasets

CKDN works with over half of the Fortune 500.
--------------
MOORE-EDE: Well, it's very tempting to look at a pill, but in fact, there are very safe ways to manage this issue. We work right now with over half of the Fortune 500, and there are solutions to do with how you schedule people that work rest hours, how you train people, the lighting conditions at the workplace, and how treatment for sleep disorders -- very effective ways of managing the problem of 24/7. And that going to medication is a dangerous thing.

Next leg up coming soon.
can i say wheeeeeeeee! yet?
Well if a foreign pharmaceutical company has decided it wants to bring a product to market based on the patent Circadian owns we would be talking 4 to 5 DOLLARS in short order.
