Well stated MrSparks!! I would hope EI agrees with your opinion. I sure do. GLTY - Saraman
Thanx - I'll be watching for the update.
Emailed IR about an hour ago asking if EI will be on time (with respect to the extension) on 10-K filing. I will post on IHUB when emailed is answered.
My point is they need to concentrate on being prompt. Better yet - proactive. That way investors don't have to decide on their positions for one day, one week, month etc........ Master these traits with this public traded company and leave less doubts on how they align with shareholders. Unlike FINRA, EI is solely responsible on reporting. We have heard, seen and ate enough setbacks.
These makes it crystal clear;
The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-K for the relevant period has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-K impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than fifteen days after its original prescribed due date.
There's no excuse not to get the filing out on time after the extension. I, like probably most others, would have liked to seen them before 4/15. Investors need positive signs of EI integrity as it applies to ETNL.

Shareholder Bulletin
Dear Shareholders,
A recent NOBO report indicates that Eternal Image has over 3,600 shareholders. This is an increase of more than 1,900 shareholders since the S-1 process started in 2008.
We anticipate continuing to add new shareholders to our base as we transition on to the OTC:Bulletin Board.
Thank you all for your continued support.
Al - I bought a ticket for the ride. Still, and will remain aboard unless something unforeseen happens.
Thank you for your service. Army big in my family tree WWII, Korea and Nam.
Have a great day.
Saraman
The company still retains its great potential. Stock needs to start reflecting the same. Their ships need to start sailing in the same direction.
You got me. My confidence has eroded some. I still want to be a believer.
Thanks al44!
I've always appreciated your contributions to the ETNL board. Your posts are a good example for anyone to follow. You read my post as it was intended, a candid unbias opinion. Even though ETNL isn't progressing in the conservative timeline that I thought, I'm sticking around for a longer ride. Good luck to all of us on ETNL.

Well, then they need to unmuzzle themselves. FINRA has been the main issue in 2009, no doubt, but let's look at it from an investors standpoint through 2007 to present. Not a pretty picture for the stock. You know I want this to prosper just as much as anyone. We don't need to go there. Yes, IMO, EI needs to turn the corner and support ETNL. It was "go" time a long while back.
A .0095 PPS (.000475 Pre-Reverse Split PPS) is the only certain at this present time with ETNL the stock. Even with some longs continued support, ETNL has been a sinking ship.
How much longer can peeps be convinced that the company and the stock are miles apart? Maybe the track record, concerning the stock, should be looked at more closely. MM manipulation and FINRA are an issue, but when is EI going to show some life with its stock? I'm sure fellow IHUBers remember when 2007, then 2008 was going to be ETNL's year. Will we be saying the same in 2009/2010/2011? Now we have reached the lowest PPS since I can remember. I'm just being constructive with my comments, but I'm through giving EI a free pass with their stock. They hold a high degree of responsibility to support in my opinion, it seems EI isn't of the same opinion. Their potential sold me over two years ago, but will the potential ever start to reflect on the bottom line.
I was in N. Billerica for training and wanted to check out Beantown in anticipation of the 2009 NFDA with EI. But I took a wrong turn and ended up in S. New Hampshire and that guy gave me directions, then he sold me an AKC urn for my German Shepard.
Just kidding. Lurker is alright in my book. Like many of us a fellow vet and an asset on EI DD.
Hi Bee -
Here's hoping we don't age like this poor fella by the time the Form 211 is satisfied. Good Grief!!!
LOL - Saraman
You got that right!! LMAO
I couldn't agree more! :0) Hopefully, they won't come back with 9 more items to be addressed the next time. There isn't much that would surprise me anymore.
No they don't. They need an entity to regulate FINRA. It's amazing they can be self-proclaimed regulators. It's all redundant as far as I'm concerned. SEC approval should cement the action, anything else just opens things up for more fraud.
I'm holding on too. Even though it's been damn foolish the way I've played it.
I didn't see the update before my previous post. GEESH..... I guess the beat goes on.
A non-governmental regulator, FINRA is dedicated to investor protection and market integrity through effective and efficient regulation and complementary compliance and technology-based services.
I wonder just "what" isn't kosher for the pending uplisting to be continued for 94 days. IMO.... You can throw the ten day reply period out with the bathwater. EI had one additional comment to be addressed and returned it no later than March 6, 2009. Is the uplist solely being held up by MM manipulation???
I would say that no one knows for certain. It really sucks being left in the dark after coming this far. I can only speak for myself, but is there anyone else out there that believed in this company, whom is tired of waiting for compliance?
What will it be next? I expected EI and ETNL to be alot further along by now.
Maybe it's ten working days versus calender days. Obviously, I don't know, I've never been through this before, but I definitely share in the frustration. This has went on long enough. Hopefully, they won't come up with an additional comment to the comment to be addressed. We need this out of the way to move forward.
You crack me up!
I've decided it's just better for me to relax and let this run its course.
Good Morning Fivestar -
Wouldn't this require a form 4 filing by now? I'll be the first to say that I don't know.
Thanks - Saraman
Hi Basser -
Thanks - I wanted to call IR yesterday, but couldn't fit it in.
March 31st, June 30th, September 30th ...... Sounds good to me
:>)
The additional comment returned to FINRA (let's assume it was 3/06/2009, why not state the date?) has to be close to being finalized.
It would be good to have timely audited financials over 4Q and year 08. If nothing else, just to show EI is has their act together in reference to time frames.
Nice to see the .013 close. If EI does get the NFL one day, I hope the casket logo doesn't look like the below pic.
Two types of Cowboy trains???
The interview confirms EI has been in talks with the NFL & NHL and others. Don't know if we'll land them, but there has been some mutual interest. I like the way Nick mentioned the web site and being a public traded company.
It's nice to see EI get some face time in the Metro Philly market. With their rabid fans and home of the reigning MLB champions, winners market, unlike NY or Boston! LMAO
After spending all this time in drydock it would only make sense to be aboard when she sets to sea and stretches her legs.
Seriously - Thanks
Saraman
I had to go back to the original post. The intent was for the acquisition of shares through buying versus selling. I apologize for the confusion.
Check your yahoo email.
This makes over $15,000 worth of shares in the last 3 weeks disposed by the CEO. With the exception of JP's sell on 1/30, they have all been sold on a Weds. and reported after hours on Fri. (Since they have been filing Form 4's)
Here's a great concept - How about acquiring some shares? (Buy-not print)
LOL I guess not, but I sure wouldn't mind if it happened!!
Daily out - Still no ETNL
Hi Bee -
Is EI's quarterly due in a couple of weeks or less?
Thanks
I'm 100% in your corner on this post. The move most certainly didn't make me break down in tears. Time to move forward.
I've met him a couple of times when he pitched for the Tribe. Believe me, they're being nice stating 290 lbs. IMO he's closer to 325. HUGE man.
