Not quite sure why the pps is not reflecting current status of company.
imo, because many traders/investors will not play a stock that has a gagged TA and an unlimited share structure. Fix those two things and perhaps some new buyers may take a look.
0002 x 0003; 4 x 5
As we are moving into mid-January, I would hope the TA issue will be addressed this week.
no problem, i wish it were better....
0002 x 0003; 5 x 5
No amount of good news is going to stop this negative shift in L2, imo. It's becoming (become?) painfully obvious that ungagging the TA is necessary for any price movement. Of course, which way it moves will depend on what the TA has to say.
Oh, and having some products on the shelves wouldn't hurt either, although I think that will do more to ease concerns of the longs as opposed to encouraging new investors.
Quite simply, many traders just won't touch a stock with unlimited A/S and a gagged TA; there's way too many other plays out there that actually move and provide trading opportunities on a more regular basis.
all imo, of course....
you shouldn't be getting any of that information, yesses, nos or otherwise imo.....
Are you saying that Brian is sharing the information on the shareholder list with you? I would think that would be somewhat confidential information....
oh oh.... 0002s slipping away. 0002 x 0003; 5 x 4 now.
pathetic.
Well, to be fair, the PR said the T/A would be ungagged in "early January"....of course, there's really no excuse for the T/A to be gagged in the first place, so it doesn't really matter.
0002 x 0003; 8 x 3
not great, but ask finally thinning a little
it was pretty much the same most of yesterday if i remember correctly. There might have been only 4 on the ask for a short while...
I'm here Sport....

XYNH looks ready .0014 x .0017 1 x 2

Some brokerages allow market orders on pinks, I'm not sure if TDA does or not. That's how i got rid of most of mine, I just put in a market sell and 10 seconds later they were gone....
and of course, Happy New Year to all and better luck on the next great pinky.
i sure did loose alot of money on this scammy. proceed with extream caution
OK, got it, tx for the answer
Yes, that would be the question then. Where are they? Our Texas based posters don't seem to be able to find it in any stores, that's why i was curious....
Just so I understand....you're saying Austin Beverages has over 120,000 cans of Koma Unwind sitting in their warehouse, and they're ordering (and paying for...) more?
L2 surprisingly looking a little better this morning
0003 x 0004; 4 x 6
The financials for the period ended 9/30 were unaudited, and they're not starting with their new accountant until January, so I would imagine the 12/30 financials would also be unaudited.
The earliest we would have 2 quarters of audited financials would be July 2010, so if he's good to his word no r/s until then.
if....
0003 x 0004, 2 x 7
lol...and now the TA will get a bunch of calls asking "Did Weber gag you guys because you were getting too many calls?"
geesh...it's their job...
OK, let's look at it this way....
Brian has said he would ungag the TA, so the TA invariably gets numerous calls wondering if it's been done...every day, over and over again.
They would get fewer calls if the gag were lifted...
If that's the excuse that Brian gave to you, and by extension the rest of us (since you told us...), then he's playing us all for fools.
That is quite frankly the most ridiculous excuse you have ever offered for Brian's actions. So it's safe to assume that the TA will never be ungagged?
Just curious, but why would Brian tell you that and not the rest of the shareholders?
Yeah, absolutely hilarious...I can't stop laughing. Much better than actually giving pertinent information to shareholders. Who would want that?
It seems to me that most shareholders are interested primarily in two things:
1) What is the current share structure? (and 1a, why is the TA gagged?)
2) Where can I buy the product?
The company seems intent on continually ignoring these two critical questions, and at this point you reaaly have to ask yourself why....
Didn't someone get an email response saying the share issues would be discussed in this week's video?
Is it something like this but in the shape of a can? With doors?

But they go out of their way of making a point that they like this idea better than the coolers that sit on the floor...
If the counter is about 3 feet high, and the cooler is another 3 feet, how do you get the cans out if you're less than 6'6"? Do they dispense from the bottom?
I don't really get it...
Maybe I'm not reading it correctly, but are they saying they are going to put a 3 foot high cooler on top of a counter? What counter in a convenience store is going to have room for that?
MOORESVILLE, NC -- 12/15/09 -- (PINKSHEETS: BBDA) Today BeBevCo (Bebida Beverage Company) has announced a new program for current and potential distributers who order the Koma Unwind "Chillaxation Drink(TM)." BeBevCo and their "Cases for Coolers" program will be giving away counter top thermal coolers to distributors with minimum orders. The coolers are wrapped with a Koma Unwind decal which makes them look like the can itself, and are designed for display on check out counter tops.
This promotional program was designed to entice new distributors, to retain current distributors, and to continue increasing brand awareness by having a 3 ft. tall Koma Unwind can on counter tops in various convenience stores. "We like the Thermal counter top can coolers because with the floor coolers and other types, often stores will stock them with other brands and beverages," said VP Daisy Ramirez. "With the Thermal counter top can cooler, which will look like a Koma Unwind can, there is no doubt what will be dispensed for a curious consumer."
"We are so excited the first of the year is building up to be a huge explosion for our brand. This is not only a program that should increase sales numbers, but also will be another step in marketing our brand by having Koma Unwind can coolers in many store locations," stated CEO Brian Weber.
BeBevCo (Bebida Beverages Company) is the maker and developer of several beverages including: Piranha Water, Guppy Water, Koma Unwind & Koma Unwind Sugar-free (Relaxation Beverage) and Koma Shot.

Well at least the dumper was smart enough to put on the brakes before all the 0003s fell. Watch for the bid to slowly grow again, most likely to be followed by another bout of selling.
all imo
1 x 6 now on almost 45 million in sells over the last 10 minutes
0003 x 0004; 2 x 6
XYNH bouncing off bottom with good buy volume, one left at .0015
I actually tend to believe that most of this week's selling has just been retail shareholders dumping. Many here are holding large amounts of shares at very low averages, or even "freebies".
After seeing pretty good news, the CE removal, and still no upward pressure on the price, I wouldn't be surprised if some long time holders have decided to finally move their money elsewhere.
who could blame them?
0003 x 0004; 4 x 5 again, and it was NITE that dropped off the bid.
Not good, no matter how you want to spin it.
Touche....I suppose that would be a good reason.
However, unless something drastic has happened since 9/30, the financials would indicate that the company doesn't have the money to buy back shares.
What would you consider a good reason for keeping the TA gagged?
