Yep. Once the shake is over it will comfortable settle today @ 0.003-0.004 range before the journey upwards begins.
Will go up by close after all retailers are out, in my opinion.
Lots of small guys getting out ............
Good read. Interesting . They are constantly doing above 50 M.
Me too. Not worried about dips caused for accumulation.
Based on my analysis. But waiting to talk to Andrew.
Called Andrew's office and talked to Kerry. Andrew is still not in office. But by all counts, it seems like there are no new shares . O/S remains the same.
This will go up again. No hard selling required.LOL. There are no new shares in the market based on my analysis .
Agreed.
I will try and get in touch with Andrew if i get a chance today.

May 12 ActionView International, Inc. (OTCBB: AVWI) announced that the company has entered into an initial agreement in the form of a letter of intent for an acquisition transaction with Jim Palmer Trucking, Inc., a leading transportation company headquartered in Missoula, Montana. Jim Palmer Trucking was established in 1966 with one truck and has grown into one of the premier refrigerated carriers in the United States. Jim Palmer Trucking operates in 44 states and maintains a fleet of 350 trucks and 500 trailers. Jim Palmer Trucking's top five customers by percentage of revenues include Anheuser Busch, the Kroger Co., Coors Brewing Company, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, and Tyson Foods. Jim Palmer Trucking also has drop lots located in Fontana, California; Tampa, Florida; Portland, Oregon; Wenatchee, Washington; and Chicago, Illinois. The initial agreement in the form of a letter of intent provides the framework for a subsequent definitive agreement under which ActionView International would acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Jim Palmer Trucking, Inc. in exchange for a majority percentage of ActionView International. The details of the proposed share exchange will be included in the definitive agreement. The letter of intent outlines additional due diligence, audit work and other terms that must be fulfilled to proceed to definitive agreement and to subsequently effect a close of the transaction. The post merger plan for Jim Palmer Trucking includes a potential acquisition strategy, the addition of new members to the management team, and the development of additional business lines within the trucking industry while maintaining and growing existing accounts in its core business. "Jim Palmer Trucking is a mature company with substantial revenues and a solid strategy for additional future growth, and we are extremely pleased to have reached an initial agreement for an acquisition transaction," stated Steven R. Peacock, president/chief executive officer of ActionView International. "We look forward to the completion of the ongoing due diligence and moving to a definitive agreement with Jim Palmer Trucking once the terms of the letter of intent have been met." Stock

LEAD: Roadway Services Inc., one of the nation's largest trucking companies, said yesterday that it had agreed to acquire Viking Freight Inc., a medium-sized trucking company, in a deal worth about $125 million.
Roadway Services Inc., one of the nation's largest trucking companies, said yesterday that it had agreed to acquire Viking Freight Inc., a medium-sized trucking company, in a deal worth about $125 million.
The move is the latest in a string of acquisitions by Roadway. It continues the consolidatiion within the trucking industry in which the largest companies have been growing steadily, often through acquisitions. At the same time many medium-sized concerns have gone bankrupt, have been taken over or have had to retrench in the face of the pressures of deregulation.
Roadway, a nationwide long-haul carrier, has been given an option to buy 800,000 new shares, or 20 percent, of Viking, for $35.50 a share. The company, which is based in Akron, Ohio, said it would start a tender offer for all of Viking's 3.5 million shares outstanding.
Viking, based in San Jose, Calif., operates mostly short-haul routes serving 10 Western states. In 1987 it had revenues of $192.8 million. Viking is nonunion; Roadway Express is represented by the teamsters.
Paul Schlesinger, the transportation analyst for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, said that the acquisition would fill in gaps in Roadway's coverage of short-haul trucking markets and help it compete with its leading rival, Consolidated Freightways Inc.
Great News. looks like we are finally having a great deal.....
Trucking industry tryin to consolidate........
I hear 5 trucking companies coming together to create a 100M dollar business. Only rumors so far. Not sure.
It is about to explode ............
Whole lot of buys.
Only two MM's at 0.0035.
Serious run after 0.005. We got to get rid of all flippers.
yes once we have the final merger agreement signed.
looking great. Seems like we will have another big day today.
It will break out one of these days.
GM all, we should see a nice rally here today.
Thanks righty for getting the details from the meeting. Looks good for a bounce here.
Today profit takers killed the run. Watch LTDI & AVWI of a bounce
AVWI will catch more steam and go further up tommorrow.
I own a lot of shares, just say millions. But most of them bought at 0.0012, then at 0.002 and also have bought some @ 0.004. I entered this stock not to flip , but to make some real dough here . I do flip stocks that are running on scams , but not this one. Having said that I am also a little concerned with Sir Peacock and particularly his doings on AERP.
i would like it better if they dont dilute now and instead JIm Palmer absorb the cost of the merger. That will get him a bunch of investors that will stay in long term with the company. Just dont like it go AERP way particularly with Peacock involvment.I don't expect it to happen. But this guy is good at wiping out the debt , generating cash with stock and paying the expenses of merger and himself with shareholder money. Hope he does not repeat himself. Rest all looks good.
Good honest analysis. Can't understand why day traders and flippers are happy making 0.001 on this thing. I am gonna wait and amke lot more. Downside is less given the O/s and A/s size. This stock was trading at 0.001 even before the announcement came. GL to all patient longs here and happy trading to day traders. Lots of $$$$$$$$$$$ here.
run satrted at 0.001, went to 0.005 , consolidated at 1/2 way and will move up again. All peeps with patience will get rewarded immensly here .
