I agree, lease is good news...if you do that for a business.
I see the stock price rocketed on the news.
Sure, lol.
Lol, right, demand for a product estimated via the storage space of a building. Please, give us a break.
To me not al all, and IMO it confirms many people views in here that thought that the property investment has been done too early. If that money would have been used instead to pay bills or fund trials, I believe the share count would have been extremely lower now with a much higher stock price.
So, do you believe the trial will meet at least OS targets?
I hope you are wrong.
However, I have to admit that IMO your post has been a good read since it gives a possible explanation to many things that happened and that IMO are very unusual.
Still, I hope you are wrong.
But it makes some sense to postpone it after the PIII results, IMO, both for UCLA, NWBO and BMY, too.
At 25.38...and immediately thereafter...the results seem promising...
Not that changes much.
Anyhow, it all lies on OS IMO. If it is stat sig, I believe it could be approved even if PFS fails, and it could well be approved with some supportive clinical data from other trials and perhaps by requiring the co. to submit data even after marketing the drug.
It all lies on results now, time to see what's on the table.
Very simply because I believe OS might be good, thus you have patients still alive.
I believe they can't trade as they might be in posession of info.
11M more shares is peanuts, I bet you would agree on that. IMO maybe someone just went into the rescue and bought some shares that turned to CA because they wanted to see the end of it, meaning the end of the trial and final results.
However you turn it, the level of communication and the length of the trial don't IMO go along well.
I wish you are right, but my gut feeling isn't positive on PFS. I am more optimistic for a number of reasons on OS. If PFS and OS both good, then great for all.
Whatever the reasons, IMO the co. could have stepped in and explain what they were/are doing in a more precise way. The fact that they didn't, IMO, can't be seen as optimistic, especially when there are so many private palcements at these low levels, as long shareholders have experienced.
The fact that has gone past primary for PFS is IMO very worrisome. Personally I believe PFS failed, but might have a chance in OS.
IMO next week, I have this gut feeling.
You forgot accounting, lol.
Anyhow: talking about the property, IMO it has been by far bought too soon. They probably didn't expect the trial to last this long, but I believe there was a lot (IMO maybe too much) optimism that led to buy the property too much in advance of trial data (even interim trial data, it seems to me). IMO we all know how that money would have been so useful, if not vital, right now.
But hey, it's done, so why bothering about that? Anything is IMO now focused on a couple of matters:
1) SEC investigation;
2) Trial interim blinded data;
3) Publications;
4) Possible further partnership.
I personally believe we will get some news next week.
By the way, your post are always welcomed, I can see you are a true long and you always write in a very rational way. Best of luck, cheers.
We are a lucky message board. We have graphic artists that talk like scientists, people who live near Sawston and could go to take a grasp of the building plus they are engineering estimators, we have those who pretend they talked to someone at the co. and spread the wisdom in here (never materialized so far), those who "I know it all" but didn't get one right so far. Well, welcome to the world of bulletin boards.
I believe your numbers are somehow right or at least close to current estimates. But still, we are dealing with so many people in this message board that only have the intent to push it as hard as they can while it goes down. Go figure.
Actually the money was spent well in advance of any possible hint about the results of the ongoing PIII trial. Do you have any basis to say the opposite?
Are you twisting words again or you have seen an 8k talking about a publication? Just wondering.
Don't have time to discuss it further, but I do partially agree with you (and partially not). One thing I do agree is that IMO it will most likely not be a delay to make payment in due date to push the co. toward BK, if the co. has reasonable beliefs that it could pay it in the near future. However, we don't know (and if you do, please share) if there are covenants toward those payments, plus most likley a default in the due date would most likely not allow a new financing from third parties using the same property as a collateral.
I don't damn anyone. You surely can do whatever you want with your investment.
This thing about buying more at lower prices is excellent, some people in this message board, supposed to be longs, even came up with the investment idea that they were happy that the stock price would go lower so that they could buy even more. Lol, go figure, you never know at the end if they are real longs or shorts.
Presentations are not an indicator of good data around, so I don't see it as a bad sign. However not presenting and not updating on topline results yet, needless to say, worries me. I am still hoping to get some news very shortly, but I believe things are getting very tough.
So it's not that BPs tend to, as you said, but you have a specific argument to believe it is different this way. Needless to mention that I believe your argument to be extremely weak and unproven. Many companies with small trials end up bought out or signing in partnership with favorable terms. Anytime that something doesn't happen, someone in this message board is ready with an amazing excuse. After months and years of this stuff in this message board, it's time to quit it and being at least a bit rational.
Right, those BP that buy companies in their PI or PII are just dreams.
Lol. Ok!!!
Debt settle would have been a good news, if that had been taken care of, why not disclose it? Sorry but I doubt debt has been taken care of as of today, though I hope I am wrong.
Are you trying to joke with words or what? You answer was in reply to the post where the author mentioned: "revealed that a partnership with upfront money". Here is the link to the original post you were referring to:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135312595
And this is your reply:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135315494
Where did you read, listen, or got anyhow aware of a partnership with UPFRONT MONEY???
The 8K stated:
"While anticipating the disclosure of interim blinded data"
They anticipate the disclosure. I don't see any evidence that "they are waiting" for that data.
Me, too. LOL!
Yeah right...why bother? Lol!
I have been reading the same thing over and over in this message board, anytime always the same. Why don't you at least for once take a look at the stock graph?
I am still searching for the exact amount due in November.
I tend to agree that if nothing happens within the next 10 days or so, IMO it will be very very tough. Very very tough.
I leave science to scientists and statistics to statisticians. There are so many in this message board that they all did so great in predicting the stock price.
