I don't know but as an investor I would sure like to see it PR'd on the 19th which would be the first possible day we can trade.
I can only say that I spoke with Michael J. Bongiovanni, CPA, MBA of GreenTree and he said he got his retainer last Friday.
And getting a stock halted would help the shorts wouldn't it?
I verified that the accountant got the retainer last Friday.
What?
Bishop is saying otherwise.
How? Everybody constantly says you can't short pinks and I know my broker won't allow it.
Very true CKYS needs to produce audited numbers that are reasonably close to the unaudited.
I meant you can short pinks in the U.S from outside the U.S. Are you saying you can short pinks in the U.S. if you live in the U.S.?
You can short pinks outside the U.S. I have been told.
That is fine that you don't agree but I do think you were uncivil in calling me a liar.
I respectfully disagree and do think that complaints that originate from outside the U.S. should be scrutinized.
Hey if they don't produce audited numbers then I got taken. I don't really care how I look.
You may disagree with my opinion on whether this but calling me a liar is not called for. I simply asked them to investigate what I posted about because I don't think foreign citizens should be able to file complaints against U.S companies in general especially ones doing business with the govt. I also asked him about the process. I never asked him about specifics involving the case only about the complaints origination and offered my view.
You may apologize at any time.
Click on the link to the left of the date on this link and you will see the following at the bottom of the page.

If any broker dealer or any other person has any other information that may relate to this matter, they should contact John Reed Stark, in the office of internet enforcement, of the Securities and Exchange Commision, 202-551-4892.
If you read my post I did not say they gave me any information. That number is the information line about this investigation. I was calling to express the issue that I raised with him which I believe to be a national security issue. And also to find out about the process. Will we trade on the greys or pinks etc. after the 16th. his answer there was that it isn't up to the SEC. Lets not forget North korea's govt have extensive counterfieting operations is naked short selling that unrealistic.
They can knock on my door. I simply said that they should investigate if the complaints are organized. I am astonished that people in other countries can file complaints against U.S. companies. I clearly told him if CYBERKEY turns out to be a scam then that is one thing, but if they turn out to be legitimate then I think they need to take a look at whether the complaints where the result of an organized conspiracy.
I think I posted that and Janice Shell agreed.
I spoke to the SEC today. I called 202-551-4892 http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2007/34-55237.pdf
that is the number to call with information about Cyberkey, and left a message yesterday. I got a call back today.
I was very disturbed to learn recently that foreign citizens living in foreign countries can lodge complaints against United States companies through the SEC.
While they would not give me information about the complaint's origination. I informed the gentleman I spoke to that I believed them to be of foreign origin and to be the result of an organized effort by IHUB posters mainly from Canada that could be involved with naked short selling.
Besides the obvious absurdity that citizens in other countries can direct and influence in anyway how my tax dollars are spent there is more to this.
I informed him that it is possible that the SEC may possibly be acting unknowingly as an instrument for foreign terrorist organizations. Unless they are a complete fraud, Cyberkey solutions is a supplier to the department of homeland security and other government elements.
The SEC has no way of knowing whether these foreign citizens have ties to off shore terrorist organizations that are using naked short selling as the weapon of mass destruction to attack business's doing business with the United States govt.
Cyberkey clearly has to prove its revenue etc. but regardless, I believe this to be a loop hole that must be closed in our nations struggle against financial terrorism.
Yes I am just waiting. People can try to cloud the issue 100 different ways. I see it simply. Jim Plant needs to produce audited numbers that are reasonably close to the unaudited numbers and verify the contract. If he does we are fine if not we are screwed.
I think the contract has been filled and they are waiting on one more payment. I guess from CYBERKEY's end they could claim it isn't filled until they get the last payment.
I think this will come down to the audited numbers. The investment community is not being scammed if the numbers are real.
Well if they prove the revenues I think it would be as easy to prove the govt. contract even if it is through a third party. I don't see an in between. Cyberkey is a fraud or not. If audited statements prove millions of dollars in revenue then they are cleared. I don't see how the revenues could be there without the contract. And if the numbers are proven then they are proven. The SEC wants to protect us from a fraud and a scam not get wrapped up in a game of semantics.
Yes I agree with that. If the audited numbers produced are reasonably close to the unaudited numbers just released then this should blow over. They need to verify the contract and the money.
No that would do it.
Cyberkey needs to produce the audited numbers to answer the charge.
Basically they need to produce audited financials to answer the charge.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of CyberKey because of questions that have been raised concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, (1) the company’s purported contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies,
(2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
Can someone that lives outside the United States file an SEC complaint?
Soup NAZI.....
What is sad is the pleasure people take in other peoples pain. Very unaware.
It is published on thier site and until otherwise proven I think it more likely that the shorting is as the CEO claims around 25-30 million dollars. Besides the share structure has nothing to do with the complaint. They need to prove revenues and contracts. Here is the share structure.

What do you call recent? The A/S's has been 500 million since I've been in.
I think if they produce audited financials then they will still trade on the pinks.
I realized after I posted it...
Whiteshadow that is why we were stopped this morning. Click on the order.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
They don't get it. We are going to audited financials when all is said and done.
Yes we've already settled that somebody posted 5 day chart that made it look different. The difference here is we are being asked to prove contracts and revenues and even Janice admitted that audited financials would be a positive event.
That is because the order has been filled.
Yes I think this is clear. The short position is between 25-30 million dollars. I guess that to be 5-8 times the float. 95% of pinksheet companies are less forthcoming than Cyberkey is. While the company certainly isn't perfect there is no evidence to support a halt.
I think the biggest effect here is that new investors will not be able to buy the stock after the Good Morning America program. We only need a small portion of those 4.5 million viewers to become investors and send us over a dime very quickly in my view. Now they will have to wait until the 16th or actually the 19th.
Of course we need to wait and see CYBERKEY prove contracts and revenue. Audited financials answers everything here.
Well, now they will have to put the audited financial in front of all other business IMO.
Yes but I think there is an ad in the pro-bowl program guide like there was in the super bowl.
Gabeh, You can say if , if you'd like. I am sticking to when. I have verified that the accountant has been retained. Obviously this SEC halt will speed up the audit.
Furthermore, you are a Canadian citizen and not only bashed this stock but have bashed the U.S. govt here before. Anything you say is meaningless to me.
