Well if they prove the revenues I think it would be as easy to prove the govt. contract even if it is through a third party. I don't see an in between. Cyberkey is a fraud or not. If audited statements prove millions of dollars in revenue then they are cleared. I don't see how the revenues could be there without the contract. And if the numbers are proven then they are proven. The SEC wants to protect us from a fraud and a scam not get wrapped up in a game of semantics.
