Please no pumping. It’s nice here now.
Agree. Nice post.
I’m over it. As I said, they are irrelevant.
This Group is definitely less pumpy and more reasoned.
This company is going places!
Agree. He is irrelevant to this board. I wish him well.
Ihub won’t make or break this stock! :)
Need I remind you that the company brought this up in the 10-k?
It’s possible, but we are close to the 10-Q so that I think that is unlikely. I’m ready tho just in case.
Definitely.
Designates us differently than other pinkies. Gives us more credibility. Traders can trade on margin now.
Pretty big deal I think.
I’d love to buy more. I’m waiting for sub .04.
Who is saying that it’s going to happen right now?
You may be tired of hearing it, but it is mentioned in the 10-K. ;) It’s a possibility, probably more likely than not, so It is a discussion worthy to have.
I’m buying and holding, btw.
That would be fine with me.
But if we do a r/s, the price doubles on open.
Thanks. ??
If you do one, get at least to .50 and do a 1:5 split. I’d be more than fine with that. Although there has been some DD done and someone came up with .63 as far as true value. We should be capable getting there without a r/s I would certainly think.
Amen, brother!
LMAO! It’s not going to be 1:1000.
An Amazon buyout is a rumor, nothing more. John is not going to base a r/s on a rumor.
I think it would be very beneficial for Amazon to buy us out at some point. And I really think that is a distinct possibility. But I don’t see that in the picture for at least a year or so. Let’s get to the Nasdaq and explode pps first. Then, if Amazon buys us out think of what the buyout price would be. Hmmmm.....
Much sooner!
Consider our sector in the midst of a pandemic. Consider who is our biggest customer and what their market share is. Consider the possibility of a buyout by that customer.
With this business, The sooner we get to the NASDAQ the better.
OTC is a flippers dream. The Nasdaq is the Investor’s Dream.
You will still have the same amount of money, just fewer shares. Again, if a company is not ready to do a reverse split and they do anyway, it most likely will end in disaster.
I have no doubt that if and when we do a reverse split, the company will be more than ready in the share price will not go down but it will go up up up.
I’m hoping that we are over .50. Not sure what split ratio they would use. It, of course, has a lot to do with the current pps.
I’m good with or without a r/s, Though for my own personal financial goals, I’m kind of hoping that it happens. I believe it will get me to my financial goals much faster.
I can certainly understand your concerns. I’d love to get there organically, however doing so is a battle process against bashers, pumpers, manipulators, and MM’s.
Reverse splits that are unsuccessful are usually done by companies that are really struggling with revenues and debt. So in order to save their business, they do a reverse split even though they are not financially ready to do so. Disaster in the waiting period.
TLSS on the other hand, is an expanding company in a growing sector with real revenue growth. We are also dealing with the debt problem. A reverse split will get us to the NASDAQ quicker, give us the visibility and bring in big investors to get us to $40+ pps.
In the right hands, a reverse split can be a very good thing.
Sincere question, why?
I agree with that. If we had anything other than a seasoned, get-er-done CEO, I would be a little concerned.
Not with John Mercadante!
I’d love to see us .50-.75 before a r/s is done.
“Flippers look to dilution for long term success; shareholders look to company growth for long term success.”
And if and when we do a r/s, John will make sure his company is ready. He ain’t gonna shaft the shareholders.
I work in the medical field. We are definitely going to need a vaccine for this virus. You don’t know sheet.
Very nice DD! Ty.
Certainly $1 is a possibility. I know I didn’t say it wouldn’t.
I hope it does hit a $1. I may or not be here. I haven't decided yet. If it does and I'm not here, I'll be happy for all of you.
But I will not judge someone else because they chose to sell and make a profit. I just won't do it.
I love your post!
Kirk out.
Here's my point:
My first introduction to iHub boards was a month ago. On that particular board everyone was saying a $1 this, a $1 that when it shot up to .27. However, then it dropped substantially. Where did those dollar forecasters go? They all left the board and moved on to another pump scheme.
I am certainly not saying you are a pumper. You're probably just like me. A regular guy who wants to make a lot of money to pay off bills, live a better life etc. Maybe the person who sold had a real good reason. Maybe they are paying off hospital bills or their child's education. You're excited about this stock. Great. I am too. I'm just not a fan of somebody who judges another based on their own life's goals. Not everyone is the same.
Anyway, my 2 cents.
You don’t know it will hit $1. That is your view. Trading is about taking profits. I don’t judge another for doing that. Certainly this was not a must read post.
A vaccine will not be here until December at the earliest. don’t bank on that.I suspect it will be Spring/Summer 2021. Regardless, it will not come in time to cover the fall and winter months.
Here is my covid-19 and protester take...
...TLSS is in a perfect position to thrive in the next year or two. Here is why:
Regardless of what you think of our President, he has failed to prepare the country for onslaught of Covid that will hit our country in the Fall/Winter...and move into next year. States have not taken the threat as serious as they should. States are re-opening too early. Some states shut down way too late. Cases are starting to climb in Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, California, and other states.
With the protests taking place with a virus still out there, many not wearing masks and not maintaining social distancing, we are setting ourselves up for either another lockdown in the fall, or a period where consumers just will not feel safe shopping or going to restaurants, etc.
What does this mean for us? Home delivery. Lots of deliveries. Our revenue for Q3, Q4, and Q1 (2021) will be huge, IMO. We are in a very important sector right now and it is going to be even more important in the coming months.
We have to understand that we live in a global community. What effects one country effects other countries. We cannot separate ourselves from our friends in the world and expect our companies to thrive. "America First" policy will hurt American companies and the American economy.
Relations with China and our European friends will improve, and so will the growth of American companies. A lot of damage has been done these last few years. I expect TPTW to grow much more next year and beyond.
Why is this a “must read?”
