That is a great post! It sums it all up in a nutshell.
Great, take your money and invest in another company then.
You are 100% correct. These idiots aren't reading the news.
Do your homework, prices in the US are cheaper than Europe. That's why the merger makes sense.
It's good to get official confirmation. 5 billions dollars is within reach!
As long as this company continues to grow the stock price will take care of itself. Even Facebook crashed to $19 after its IPO and it took years for it to get to the current levels. That's just the way the stock market works. Nothing happens overnight.
I don't know why our resident mental case expects this stock price to move overnight. Perhaps it's because he's mental! The best guess is he is in a mental institution using a 20 year old laptop the staff gave him to keep him occupied.
If you're so sure that this is a dead cat then you should have no problem selling all your assets and using all your money to short this stock. Go ahead, I would love to see that. Put your money where your mouth is.
Keep shorting if that is what you believe. Put your money where your mouth is.
Poor little mental JaJa. He still thinks he is going to make millions shorting this stock, even with the latest developments. Talk about mental! JaJaJaJa.
Yes, things are moving very quickly now. It's very exciting. 5 billion dollars are withing their reach!
Poor little mental JaJa. Over a year of hard work for nothing. JaJaJaJa.
"Exponential growth", "This is only the beginning", I like those words. There are 5 billion reasons to be excited about the future of this company.
Enough listening to the noise from one misguided little mental case. It is time to focus on the important things, and those things are the latest developments. In my opinion, the news could not have been much better. The company has high level, highly experienced new executives joining a high level conglomerate in a high level company targeting a high level 5 billion dollar European market. It can't get much better than that!
You might be right, poor little mental JaJa.
Like I said, a real mental case. How is that influencing going? Did you influence anyone today? JaJaJaJa.
Scare tactics aren't going to work. Throwing a tantrum like a child isn't going to work. The future of this company is set. Deal with it.
Stops happen all the time for many different reasons. It means nothing.
Sometimes one has to wonder if JaJa is reading the news from the right company. Maybe he isn't interpreting the news correctly because he can't read properly. We all know he can't spell very well, so it wouldn't be surprising if he couldn't read very well. It would explain a lot. Poor little JaJa.
Yea right, no one wants to buy a company with high level executives joining a high level conglomerate that is targeting a high level 5 billion dollar market. People may not be buying at a high level right now because of this crisis but that will change soon.
No one is buying anything right now. It will take some time but the stock will skyrocket eventually. You shorters are so brave until you get crushed, just like at Tesla. Poor little JaJa.
Poor little JaJa. Over a year of hard work for nothing.
Their new team looks very impressive. So does their new owner from Switzerland, SIV. The Swiss do things right. It looks like a very exciting future for CBDD!
I didn't realize the product is cheaper in the US, that's good to know. The European conglomerate is making more sense now, on top of the 5 billion dollar market!
It makes a lot of sense to target Europe because they are one of the biggest users of cannabis in the world.
Poor little JaJa. He worked so hard (up to 10 posts a day) for so long (over a year) to keep this company down, but he failed miserably.
His employers will not be happy with his failure. They will definitely take away his benefits including his $10 cell phone, his 20 year old laptop and his McDonald's gift cards.
It might take a little while but the future of this company is set. They are joining a conglomerate that is targeting the 5 billion dollar European market. That's an exciting future!
Poor little JaJa, he still thinks he's in the game.
Poor little JaJa.
This is the worst news for manipulators, shorters and anti-social personalities.
All good news here. It looks like they are putting together a conglomerate. This will only strengthen the company. No chance of going under now.
All of our messages were deleted! That's too bad, we were just trying to help the poor little fella.
It's amazing how every symptom applies to him so accurately. You hear about anti-social personalities in the news and see them portrayed in the movies, but most people seldomly run across them in real life. This guy would make a great case study for those whom have studied mental health like myself.
Thanks for letting us know, that's good news.
I did a search on the definition of a sociopath and this is what I found:
"A person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience."
Some of the symptoms include:
1. Using wit and charm for personal gain.
2. Highly manipulative.
3. Compulsive lying.
4. Lack of remorse or empathy.
5. Narcissistic behavior.
6. Obsessive need to win.
7. Ignoring social norms.
8. Deceitfulness.
9. Hostility and agitation.
10. Aggressiveness.
11. Conning others for personal gain or pleasure.
Sounds exactly like someone we know, doesn't it?
Despite the desperate and sick behavior of one unfortunate individual or entity (Jaja 19) on this board, good things are happening with this company. Merger or not, financials or not, these new products are a big deal. They will attract the attention of bigger companies and bigger traders.
Despite having to deal with the presence of JaJa19 on this board, good things are happening with this company and it needs to be acknowledged and commended.
Like I said, psychotic behavior.
The only ones who will go bankrupt (morally) are those spreading BS and negativity. This isn't normal behavior, it is psychotic behavior. This isn't my opinion, it is scientific fact.
The company should be highly commended for this.
I think we might be underestimating the importance of the last news release. Addressing our health crisis will create a lot of exposure and good will. Merger or not, it will add greatly to the growth of the company.
