steven. You seem to know a great deal about this company. In your opinion, how much time do they have to update everyone on whether or not the reverse split is going through ? Since it should have been final about 2 months ago, you would think that "someone" would tell people just what happened to it. Florida

As of 2 days ago, Kevin Blanco was still with FLST. They no doubt have put a gag order on him.

Good morning guys. I tried sending an e-mail to their transfer agent asking them if they had any news regarding what's going on at FLST ???? I also asked if they are still this company's transfer agent ? So far no reply. If they're still the agent for FLST I would feel a lot better. Just have to continue to wait this thing out. Florida

CER, do we have a choice ? It's all up to the company. If they sink, so do we. If they can figure out a way to keep this company going, we might all still escape with a profit ? Only God knows ? Florida

Has anybody ever owned a stock that announced a stock split, and 6 weeks after they said it would be done, it's still not finalized. Even worse than that, the company has not said a word to shareholders explaining just what's going on ? Can they continue forever just not trading and not addressing their announced split filing ? Even more surprising is the fact that neither the S.E.C. nor FINRA seem to care too much even though it was put into their last official filing over 2 months ago. I agree with some earlier posters, it has to rank as the "worst stock" I've ever been in.Florida

That was 280,000 sold at .00001, but now somebody bought 13 million at the ask of .0001. Florida

Today makes the one month birthday of the reverse split that our C.E.O. said would be completed on Jan. 19th. Not only was it not completed but it sent the whole company into hiding. No updates, no answering of phone calls or e-mails, nothing but complete silence from "the gang that couldn't shoot straight" ! The way things are going, we'll be lucky if we hear anything at all "this year" !!!! Florida

They have managed to keep their filings up to date, so it would make no sense for them to continue filing with the S.E.C. if the company was going out of business ???? Maybe you can enlighten us. Is there a time frame on reverse splits, or can they just remain in limbo for months and months ???? From last Decembers filing. This Information Statement is furnished to the stockholders of Fuelstream, Inc. a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), in connection with action taken by our board of directors and the holders of a majority in interest of our voting capital stock to approve a reverse split of our outstanding shares (“Reverse Split”). The foregoing action has been ratified by the written consent of the holders of a majority in interest of our voting capital stock, consisting of our outstanding common stock, outstanding Series A Preferred Stock, as well as our board of directors, by written consent on December 8, 2014. We anticipate that a copy of the Definitive Information Statement will be mailed to our shareholders as of the date it is filed definitive.



In effecting the Reverse Split, we are consolidating the number of our outstanding shares of common stock on a ratio of 1 share for every 2,000 shares issued and outstanding as of the record date set forth below. We will not issue fractional shares and will round each fractional share up to the nearest whole share. Additionally, we will also round up to 200 shares each shareholder whose holdings would otherwise be less than 200 shares following the Reverse Split.



The Reverse Split will be effected as of the date it is filed definitive, but, under federal securities laws, is not effective until at least 20 days after the mailing of this Information Statement. We anticipate that the effective date for the Reverse Split will be on or about December 23, 2014.

Well in 10 more days it will be one month since they announced that their reverse split would be finalized. Since they continue to remain completely silent, we really don't know if we have a reverse split or for that matter still have a company ???? For those folks who contacted the S.E.C. any results ???? The only thing we ever get from them is an occasional filing, so we can only assume that the share structure has remained the same. I guess it would be safe to say we're in a holding pattern. Maybe the reverse split is very close. They want it at .0001 or higher before it splits. At least then it starts out at .20 Florida

Does our C.E.O. realize that some people are still involved with this stock ? To not even come out with some sort of an update when you can't get your house in order and your announced date for the reverse split has come and gone. How expensive could it be to put out a short news release informing stockholders just why there's been this "extra quiet" delay ???? Actually, I didn’t hear from the company but their counsel responded saying that they knew as much as we do right now and that there is NO indication that there have been any changes in their plans. It’s not much…but it’s something.

It was removed this morning. From what I remember, he said the reverse split was known 8 months ago, and that the company can't speak to anybody right now as they're in a quiet period. He also said this reverse split will go through and when it does the company will have something to say. Just from what I remember, I only had a chance to read it once. Florida

Good morning CER. Nothing as yet. If the transfer agent had heard back from FLST, I'm pretty sure they would have responded. They always did whenever I contacted them, so they're probably waiting just like many of us for some news from this company. Sooner or later, whether it's in another filing, or a rare p.r. from them, or both, some news will have to be released. Until then, we're still on hold. Florida

The last time this stock traded was 10 days ago. With them having absolutely nothing to fear from the S.E.C., this could go on for a long time. The big boys draw their pay checks, while any investors that are still left, are kept in the dark. Just the fact that the company refuses to have any contact with anyone outside of the company, means they can do whatever they want without ever having to answer to anybody !!!! What an impossible situation to be stuck in. Florida
