Has anybody ever owned a stock that announced a stock split, and 6 weeks after they said it would be done, it's still not finalized. Even worse than that, the company has not said a word to shareholders explaining just what's going on ? Can they continue forever just not trading and not addressing their announced split filing ? Even more surprising is the fact that neither the S.E.C. nor FINRA seem to care too much even though it was put into their last official filing over 2 months ago. I agree with some earlier posters, it has to rank as the "worst stock" I've ever been in.Florida
