It reached a low of $0.02 in 2020
And ran up to a high of $0.897
On Feb. 10, 2021
That was a 45-bagger.
And 45x current price now = $0.2025
And I think we can exceed that price in 2023.
Will be $0.20+ by this time next year
At the latest.
When we get 2023 revenue numbers.
$14 - $20 million in revenue for 2023.
= minimum of $0.20 per share.
Let’s see what Q1-2023 revenue shows, during next spring season.
$25.07 ….
Once the $100+ million annual revenue is audited.
Once everything for the merger completion is official.
Only 17 million O/S here.
I’m factoring in 10 million additional shares added to that, as given to the merger company.
$677 million market cap ($100 million revenue)
27 million O/S
= $25.07 per share.
LOL ….
Yep,
Shorts are totally screwed here.
$20 million revenue just blindsided them.
The PR and Conf. Call
Couldn’t have gone any better.
It truly was a “Best Case” scenario coming in to today.
We are on the shrimp journey now, and eventually appear to be headed for “paper land” here by mid to late 2023, at the latest.
And maybe uplisting to the Nasdaq as well.
That is what they are setting out to do.
This is like investing in the Bubba Gump shrimp corporation for sub-penny.
You can’t write this stuff.
Up to $20 million in revenue expectation for next year.
$14 - $20 million range.
Yeah, this stock should fly high.
How many OTC companies do that kind of revenue?
Hardly any. Less than 0.1% of them do.
TSNP (Humbl) ran from $0.0003 to multi dollar land, on way less revenue than that.
Current or past annual revenue was mentioned at $7 million, so they’ll be accelerating fast growth soon, at 3x that amount.
And the market looks “forward” on future revenues and technology.
He said they can produce shrimp for less than $5.00 per pound, and that basically no one else can do that. That should help our profit margins and profitability be really high here.
You basically gotta be a few bucks per share
To be up-listed on to the Nasdaq ….

Click that link, and scroll down.
Yep, I think we are Golden here
Once all of this comes to fruition.
You da man MJ19
Dude, if all of that is legit ….
We could potentially see paper land here.
$1.00+
Wow.
“I need more shares now”
Thank you D-Money ….
For all the great DD you did on this ahead of time.
Way to go.
You are a legend.
Holy Cow,
I mean Holy Shrimp:
Mr. Thomas concluded, "We are supremely confident that we will be the number 2 land-based producer of shrimp in the United States in 2023 among all private and public companies and our genetics business will continue to grow."
Also ….
“As soon as practicably possible, the company will hire an auditor to up list to a senior exchange.”
My take on that: That right there will screw over all shorts.

Wow, this is exciting:
They plan to become the largest producer in the United States.
If what we own in stock here becomes a part of that?
Wow.
Trans American Aquaculture:
Trans American Aquaculture was founded by the Granda family and their business partners. The Granda Family have been a major producer and seller of shrimp in Ecuador for 5 decades. In 2017, the family and a select group of business partners purchased an 1800 acre parcel of land in Rio Hondo Texas with the goal of building the largest U.S. based, land-based producer of pacific white shrimp in the United States.
Yep, the latest PR said ….
They are putting out news today at 4:00 pm.
And then the call is an hour later at 5:00 pm.
Therefore, investors have an hour to digest the details in the new PR today, to give enough time to come up with questions for today’s call immediately an hour after the PR.
Does anyone know how much revenue Adam’s shrimp company did in 2021 ???
Or any revenue information at all about the shrimp company that may be relevant to us?
CBD lube is a real product.
Look it up yourself on Google.
So yeah, CBD shrimp is possible if CBD lube is.
Maybe more? 5 million tons of shrimp
Which = 10 billion pounds of shrimp
That is 160 billion ounces of shrimp.
Which is something like 300 billion pieces of shrimp.
So that may lead to more than just $0.25 per share.
$IBGR - Hey TommyBoy, thanks ….
Thanks for this great forum.
I heard you’re bullish on $IBGR.
It has monster potential.
How high do you think it can run to?
Thanks again.
CBD shrimp ….
With full spectrum CBD viagra included in the shrimp.
Lots of elderly people will spend big money, BIG Money.
Would anyone be upset at this news headline?
Shrimp company to buy out Gold River Productions.
Shareholders to receive $1.84 per each share of stock on massive transaction.
And the PR from GRPS telling us about several foreign people from various countries on that call.
Should be exciting.
And GRPS now stands for:
GRPS
(Global Revenue Producing Shrimp)
Fits like a glove with our ticker GRPS.
And shrimp is a super high profit margin industry.
So the company should be very profitable from within all of that revenue.
For consumers, shrimp is more expensive to purchase (per pound, or per capita) than over 95% of other foods in the entire food industry. Leading to increased profit margins.
Looks like we will be the largest manufacturing company of shrimp in the entire world.
Currently, the world’s leading country or company is at 600,000 tons per year, per the link below.
But our shrimp farm will be manufacturing 5 million tons of shrimp each year, which will dwarf over that, as we’ll be the new #1 world leader.
Here’s the current leader now, at 600,000 tons per year:

Shrimp is the future.
Over 70% of Americans need to lose weight.
Most of them are wanting and willing to.
Enter shrimp.
One large shrimp is only 9 calories.
Eat shrimp multiple days a week = lose weight each and every week going forward.
Easy formula for anyone looking to lose weight.
Eat shrimp. Just make sure it’s our company’s shrimp ….

Holy Cow that link is awesome.
Thanks for posting it.
5 million “tons” of shrimp people.
That is 10 billion pounds of shrimp. (one “ton” is 2,000 pounds)
Even if only $1.00 profit per each one pound of shrimp, that would be $10 billion dollars. Oh my ,,,,
https://algeriainvest.com/news/relizane-us-company-invests-in-aquaculture
Up to $59 billion in revenue.
There are companies in this industry making up to $59 billion in revenue, per the Link below.
Even if our company here can just do $59 million, as opposed to $59 billion, then we’re all filthy rich.
And $59 million is only 0.04% (tiny fraction) of the total industry from the link below. We can do this.
https://www.zippia.com/advice/largest-seafood-suppliers/
$59 million in revenue, could lead to about a $500 million market cap value. Shrimp is a profitable industry, good profit margins.
They will make 5 million “tons” of shrimp.
One ton = 2,000 pounds. And this is 5 million “tons”.
That is 10 billion pounds of shrimp, per the link below.
Which means you will always have plenty of shrimp.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=170010075
That’s the one.
Thanks.
I remember reading that a week or two ago, but couldn’t find it today. Needed it, because someone I know is potentially interested in putting big money as an investment here, but they wanted the official language (verbatim), and official DD trail, etc.
Thanks again.
Thanks, however.
That’s not the one.
No mention in there about shrimp.
Can someone post the original link about the shrimp and merger/acquisition opportunity?
Thanks.
And our Dr. Goulding ….
Dr. Richard Goulding
Has no violations or charges on his public record.
That’s why no one can ever showcase a link or show any proof when they say “Richard Goulding is a scam artist”.
But when asking for proof, all they say is go to Google.
When asked to post a link or show proof, they always fail to paste a link to show that proof.
It doesn’t exist.
His record is good.
APSI - Best “Ratio” ever? ….
All I know is this is the best “ratio” I have ever seen in the OTC for “highest revenue” to the “lowest Float and share count” ratio I have ever seen or heard about - ever in the OTC.
If someone knows a better ratio in the past, please let me know. I like to study these types of things on mergers.
Make sure it had a very low float and overall share count.
That whale investor who bought a ton of shares here for $2.00 each at that time of the offering ….
He didn’t do that without believing he would see at least 4x to 5x (or better) return.
He obviously believes we’re hitting near, at, or above $10 per share.
Yeah, but ….
The average market cap of a company (Vanguard, all stocks combined in the entire market) is 6x annual revenue.
That is why you see valuation experts and enthusiasts plug in 5x and 7x equations (of annual revenue) for computing market caps.
So let’s say this company is an “average Joe” in terms of their profit margin (i.e. their level of profitability).
Let’s just use the generic 5x multiplier, as opposed to 6x or 7x.
If 2022 revenue didn’t even grow, and stays flat at $95 million (which was 2021 revenue).
$95 million * 5x multiplier = $475 million (market cap)
Let’s say O/S goes up to 27 million shares, “after” issuing the merging company with 10 million shares.
$475 million / 27 million OS = $17.59 per share.
And it’s basically $20 per share if using the true stock market average of 6x their annual revenue amount for a market cap calculation.
You’re correct on if this company is losing money, it could hurt the valuation.
But with doubling their revenue from 2021 to 2022, that is a very good sign.
Amazon operated on a “break even” model for years, without making a profit, and still achieved a Trillion+ dollar market cap while doing so.
Yep, current market cap is only around $5 million here.
A $100 million+ revenue company coming in would turn this market cap in to the $500 million to $1 billion range.
So when doing the math:
$5 million to $500 million (or up to $1 billion).
Makes this a strong candidate for a 100-bagger to a 200-bagger.
Good to see you here …..
This one is a hot one.
Reverse merger.
Already agreed upon.
We’ll be getting the 8k soon.
Merging company coming in.
Per the CEO’s tweet, and confirmed by people I know who have texted him ,,,,
They did $49 million in revenue in 2020.
They did $95 million revenue in 2021.
So they doubled their revenue, year over year.
Fast growth.
If you add 2020 and 2021 revenue together, its $144 million.
It’s assumed at the current rate of growth; they are probably on pace to push $150 million to $200 million in revenue in 2022.
Only 17 million outstanding shares here.
The Float is even less.
But $100 to $200 million in 2022 revenue ($95 million in 2021, per the CEO), and only 17 million O/S, you do the math.
This stock could go down as one of the best reverse mergers in history for % gains for early shareholders here pre-merger (such as us).
Speculation is this stock could run anywhere from $9.00 to $60.00 per share, once merger is official, audited, etc.
Seems to be very low risk, and super high reward here, based on these prices, and low O/S.
Clean shell here, and no debt. That definitely lowers the risk, and is certainly why this ticker was so appealing for the $100 million revenue company coming in.
Adding the rev together = $144 mil
2020 revenue = $49 million.
2021 revenue = $95 million.
(this was confirmed from the CEO in a text)
Add them together = total of $144 million.
We don’t know 2022 revenue yet.
The revenue doubled from 2020 to 2021.
If it doubles again in 2022, then revenue would be close to $200 million in 2022, which dwarfs over $144 million or $95 million (either way).
5 million “tons” of shrimp
(which is 10 billion lbs. of shrimp)
I translated the language to English.
See the image pasted below.
The translation came from the link below.
