Sorry, it's still a dog POS stock .It's only still there to appease those of us who bought in to this garbage ticker years ago. Intended to hold off the pissed off investors and make them feel like they have something that may succeed . "not going to happen " Sad but true my friends .

Atco up a bit today which means another manipulated down turn tomorrow so the gains today can be sold tomorrow by ATCO . No need to by this controlled POS stock. We are being used !!!!Sell on next up swing.

ATCO stock PPS appears to be very much manipulated, evidenced by the big up and down swings and never any negative news to cause the decline of the PPS but dives anyway.One more upswing and I'm done with this over controlled POS.. An investigation should be in order due to the obvious price fluctuation by ATCO itself.

OMG, doesn't anybody on this site even have a clue on how a block trade or trades work ? Briefly, a Single institutional buy or buys over 10,000 or more shares actually is indicated at the time as a purchase without a direct change in the stock price itself.

"DPLS" my be a sound pick, but monies for acquisitions need to be found ,that's why the speculation about a R/S and obvious dilution is a valid concern.My ongoing DD created my purchase,just digging a bit deeper.
