i would have to go way back and look it up but i remember a CDA in 2011. the board thought it was with pfizer. it was for K.
i would be concerned about it if i had ovarian or renal cancer. many people suffering while professors horse around gathering papers.
i am talking ab out stuff like the epi pen and the like. i wonder how DF would like a write up about K.
i do not believe DF does not have the connections to push something like that. etc.
i do not buy "it has always been done this way", that didn't happen with gleevac. why a year for peer review for a journal. that is really silly when you are dealing with a pain relieving life extending drug. ever hear of penniciilan? the business side of these endeavors are the holdup. imo they should not be tolerated and wouldn't be tolerated if exposed by our press.
like Raegan said -he believed in the common sense of the common man. it is happening big time in the country right now and the process for drug review is on the agenda. it is going to be a very interesting scandal imploding time. i look forward to it.
isn't that convenient? we have been hearing johnny one note for 5 years. great reception at presentation. lots of interests and CDA's. share price goes south. what are investors supposed to think about that.
I say negotiate for one drug and get the share price going and stop the drama.
what a shame (IMO) we have such a stubborn CEO
Like I said. some big pharmas are not dancing with joy over CTIX success stories. hmmmmm.
i wonder what big pharma is behind these stupid hit pieces. who is benefitting the most
i don't see how you can say this due to the results so far with test not taking into account the short time the drug remains in the body and Mwenon's record thus far. an ovarian lesion disappeared with a one shot a week dose. new dosage will be tested soon. also don't forget it was Menon who said the ester of Ziagen would cure or almost cure psoriases and voila! he is about to prove it.
my gripe is with the share price . i think the CEO should do a lot better. if he is getting good offers - take one and get this cliff hanger show on the road. i don't think it should be solely up to him what is good and what is not. not all of us are millionaires that live in boca raton.
we will know more about after the soon to be initiated ovarian test. my money is on Menon. He is adjusting the test to suit the products abilities. he did this for years at Eli Lilly and received an award for it. He was correct about the dosage of B and that is another success story.
The point of my post was to make newcomers aware of past history of what i think is Leo's way of dispensing info which does not please me.
how come other astute investors are not aware of this? what in you know who's name is holding them back. what in the same name is holding leo back from letting us know info that he has now?
you know what is always on my mind is all the weasel words when K was ay cohort 4, 5 and 6 and he never mentioned that the P53 activity had leveled off and did not keep pace with the acceleated dose.
Now i believe we have good products here. including a diminished expectation of K. It is still a barn burner but not as great a barn burner as originally put forth. B has already been proven and B-UP looks solid. Now come P and it is a short wait and see by preponderance of c current evidence says it is a go.
my question is - Is Leo ever going to pull the trigger before he runs everything into the ground.
you really think so?
it was a joke
i like your prediction the best.
she quit on advice from her doctor because her CA number went up (i believe). She had many improvements re energy and general well being etc as i recall. went on hikes etc. before being bedridden.
you know i want to believe but i think leo can discuss and discuss and discuss some more and not achieve a payoff. i really hope he would do so for ONE of the drugs and then fool around with the others to his hearts content.
so that's who you are. come on leo, get er done
maybe Mrs Aruda said "I am tired of waiting for Mr slowpoke to make up his mind. Since we have enough stock for future billions how about a cupla million now to enjoy life?" You don't want to be like Mr wishy washy slowpoke. I am tired of studying teenager sex habits and your business was never a barn burner. This fell into your lap because the patent lawyer slipped up let's take it. I want a yacht too. Helene has one."
Pougkeepsie it is.
IMO one word LEO
shareholder letter.
they did a deal with aspire
maybe he is getting a very good offer but not taking it or reporting it. the board doesn't seem very strong to me.
I wonder if Sullivan thinks they will have to wait another year for 1.70. I wouldn't think so.
Sullivan needs and EXPECTS 1.70 for starters.
That's what I was thinking. They have seen the NDA's.
Do you have a guess as to their billing rate? How high would the SP have to go to match it? If you
don't mind.
that seems to me to be better news yet. If they pay that price for the shares that means they have reason to believe those shares will go much higher. right?
does anyone know off hand how many shares and warrants the lawyers got? How does a judge determine the penalty with a fluctuating stock price?
i wonder what made leo pick 1.70. wish it was 2.50
i am not knowledgeable enough to see these patterns. thanks anyway
keep focused on that 1.70. somebody has been shown (told) something to entice them to represent a tiny bio tech. bet they were given a time frame too.
wonder if the judge, miss snail pace" will find the time to publish the sanctions before years end. wouldn't that be loverly. , 1.70 plus
I am wondering what Leo is going to do to goose the SP up to 1.70 to pay the lawyers in the MAKO case.
If i remember correctly the lawyers got stock but can't sell it until SP is 1.70. Leo must have showed them something (that he didn't show us) that will get that price up to 1.70.
You made my day. Let's hope we finally get a pay off.
Merry Xmas
but he could turn down what a lot of investors on this board would consider a very good deal. he has no one on the board of directors that would represent the majority (imo) posters here and other places.
I will be very happy if he ever makes a deal and i don't mean $5 but i can just see him dinkikn around even at $50 and above. he has too much power imo.
That PR was from when Leo had the pills and locations in europe plus the lawyer to facilitate distribution throughout europe. Leo had pills in hand and one foot in the airplane when he decided against it and didn't tell anybody for several weeks. watch out. he might do it again.
saw that after i posted. Merry Christmas to you also.
I contacted Kris at CTIX about posting the new location on "History of Changes. received an "out of the office" real;y with standard message not to reproduce etc the email. Might be some clues if anyone wants to check.
