Tomorrow? You should sell at market ;). I'll be ready. Nothing like letting emotions run your portfolio.
Maybe a winter trip. I know I wouldn't mind getting out of WY come Nov, Dec. Super excited to see a great franchise in a great location. We truly own a piece of something special here. Honored to be surrounded by such a loyal shareholder group. Thank you. But especially those who have and are dedicating their lives to the defending the nation we all love. Without them, we truly wouldn't be exceptional. Be safe everyone and remember Optimism, Temparment, Patience.
When Tempe Snakes is up and running I say we get a group together and visit the new location. Sounds like we have a few golfers in the ranks. I'll throw my sticks in. Hell, maybe Jrf plays as well. We play a few golf courses and have our 19th hole be at Snakes AZ.
Let's focus on the future for a minute please. No one has info on audit. Our aquisition is going to be amazing though. Morning has spent years developing games and we just added them under our umbrella. Roger knows what he is doing when it comes to strategic aquisitions. And hopefully he is gaining expertise when it comes to audits as well. Gl all and have a great LONGGG weekend. I feel a great PR coming before open Monday that keeps our momentum going in the proper direction.
You asking that exact question provides so many answers. Keyboard warrior you are. Remember to do proper stretching so as not to cramp up while providing such insightful keyboard mashing.
Colombia may not have regulations regarding pesticides, herbicides, etc. But this absolutely makes no difference. If you have done any research regarding the South American MJ sector, you'll see these countries are not investing in this industry for domestic use. These countries are planning on being exporters of MJ. At this point, it makes absolutely no difference what Colombia's domestic regulations are. Any exported product must satisfy the regulations of the destination country, not the country of origin. That being said, Colombia will want a system in place that will satisfy as many different countries regulations standardized, imo. Country x may allow certain chemicals to be used, while countries y and z may not allow these. Would I limit my companies potential by using chemicals to serve country x, and pass on country y and z. I wouldn't think so. I would put in place a system that allows me to pass any regulation in any country that allows my product to be sold. #Grozone. MJ industry is in it's infancy. Many here feel as though if we aren't capitalizing "right now" we are missing the boat. That is just short sighted imo. Regulations will create massive value for Grozone, whether domestic or imported.
Anyone balking at 35% increase in revs year over year is a true slot machine investor. Many here have invested in companies with 0 revs. When said companies close one deal it's "oh my God look at those numbers!". Here at AMFE, we have a business who has continued to break year over year records consistently. AMFE is not a lottery ticket. AMFE is an investment. If you are disappointed with 35% growth yoy, you may want to get out of stocks. So many here would say the same bs if we were up 65, 95, 125%. If I guaranteed an investor in my business at least 35% top line growth and and even stronger gross profit #, people would be shoving money at me. Your guys bearish outlook lacks logic. Revs up ? Expanding subs ? Share Count Reduced ?. Just step back and see with clear eyes. This stock is going to be more valuable a week from now, month from now, year from now, and so on and so forth. Even if we are "only" increasing a mere 35% year over year. Put the compounding calculations on just that percentage over a 3 year span and tell me what our revs would be and our share price. Buy, hold, buy, hold, buy
Hey all, still here. I have refrained from reading any posts other then the people I follow. It's done wonders for my well being lol. I have been studying about audits and financial disclosures trying to prepare myself to better be able to read them and understand. Hopefully helping me become a more intelligent as far as being able to really understand "ALL" the information a shareholder receives on a regular basis. I ran across this article and bookmarked it to share here about a week ago, but got busy. I think it really shows the complexities of recording footnotes in an audit, and how this could be a very difficult hurdle to jump for producing an audit. Tallying numbers is simple. Writing footnotes on the otherhand appears to be able to give you polio. Hope all is good with everyone. Super excited to see what Roger and crew has been up to. Still accumulating. Still bullish. Still cooking crow ;).

Anyone up for a new aquisition? Little pricey;)

What does the stop sign mean? I noticed it today researching eaph. Is that a bad thing? I've never seen that on the equities I buy. I'd be nervous if I had a position here I think.
A broke clock is right twice a day is all I'm saying. To invest using it would have lost someone looking at AMFE a 40% return. But if you want to justify it that's fine. That app is definitely a tool, just like those who use it for investment advice.
So let me get this straight. If someone used Tardchart the last few days they would have missed out on a 40% gain? I think I'll let the market decide the value this "tempararily pink" equity then a free app. But keep posting updates. I can't wait to see you posting that Tardchart has AMFE a strong buy next week. Maybe even tomorrow.
I found this to be a great read on why AMFE is looking to get in the door in the South American MJ industry. Sorry if it has already been discussed.

Keep Plowing man. Great post. Thank you for your well thought-out, logical post. Haven't looked to see if it is stickied yet, but without a doubt should be. Glta, should be a great week.
This is the most obviously undervalued stock on the pinks. That's all. Goodnight all
You mean to say they are investing in their business, making it more valuable and still possibly breaking even? That would be huge. I hope we did as well.
I would sell and lick your wounds if your not sure what you invested in. Nobody invests properly in a stock this young without knowing there will be bumps along the way. People will trade them, but rarely do you find a company with this amount of upside for so cheap. Im holding and red at the same time. Been able to average down a lot the past three months. You definitely have to be confident in a company and their plan to invest this early. Thankfully, whether you like it or not, Roger will keep you up to date regularly. It is important for a persons overall health to be stress free. If something is causing you stress, change your situation. Just make sure it's not ihub that's the cause, and is actually the direction of AMFE as a company that is stressing you out. My opinion only. Good luck

I just read this article and thought I would post it. In my opinion, this is exactly why AMFE is setup to be Trump-proof. His administration continues to go against an industry that has a 66% approval rating. I doubt big oil has that favorability amongst Americans, yet look how we bend over backwards as a country to look out for their interests. I know many of you have stated that you initially invested here because of Gro3, and no doubt I see great potential in this technology in the future. But until this administration either gives up it's opposition to marijuana, or the next administration has a more favorable view of this sector, our record rev producing subs (Snakes, NSI, IK, etc) have plenty of muscle to dive AMFE much higher. Hopefully deep pocket independent investors see the value in these young businesses, giving these young startups in the MJ industry the investment they need to get around our arcaic administrative position. I have no doubt MJ will be delisted eventually, and I think a strong AMFE will be positioned amazingly to take advantage. Can't wait to hear on Gro3 initiatives soon. Thank God Canada has some common sense, and I have faith we here in the States will get there too.
What I think is halarious... If a person we're to stumble upon AMFE on their own, performed the DD personally, and spent a brief amount of time communicating with our CEO about future goals of the company, and stayed the heck off this toxic board, buys would be coming in like crazy. This is why we will bounce post audit. We will begin to see people who put more emphasis on overall company performance compared to other industry peers. Soon they will own the shares of those who have many questions, but no desire to understand. Record revs, exponential growth, and diversity of successful subs will be much more appreciated post audit/uplist. Right now it's all about petty dates and and accusations of p/d. Ask yourself why someone would spend all day and most of the night telling you how bad it is here. No one has that much spare time do they? I have a relatively large chunk of capital invested here. I am long AMFE. From the sounds of it, any new positions entered post audit are going to have to pay a premium, especially when they find out how many shares are locked for years. Can't wait to see who our first institutional buyer is going to be. Should find out shortly imo.
Scapegoat? Isn't rsbm performing audit? I would assume that it is in their hands. It's probably on their computers too. Just one "send email" away from Roger. I SOOO excited for everything coming up. What an outstanding opportunity here.
I believe it is in the auditors hands right now. I'm not sure which office for rsbm is handling it, so I can't get more specific. Hope that helps
I just did.
So going from a couple hundred thousand in revs to a year later 6 plus million to over 9 million in the first two quarters this year isn't the pace you would like to see? Next
Well if producing record revs and drastically expanding business is a goal, then I'm going to have to completely disagree with you.
For you? That would suck man. Especially with all the catalyst getting ready to come to fruition here. I wish you the best man. I'd get a lawyer for sure.
I prefer to wait until the audit is done. It will provide loyal shareholders to maximize gains to spinoff post audit imo. We have seen how initiatives have lost power on this sketchy exchange. Imo, all of the great things the company has been doing for the past year will be much more appreciated after uplist. I completely understand people's hesitance in giving any equity on the pinks to much credit. This is exactly why Roger has engaged in this voluntary audit. He knows what AMFE is, and wants it to be given the credit it deserves by putting it through the painstakingly audit process. I am proud to be affiliated to a CEO that puts the long-term shareholders in a position to benefit voluntary, and in general not giving two cents what flippers want.
Actually the reason for not spinning off prior to audit is so the new ticket can be placed directly to the otcqb along with AMFE. I hope that helps explain the process. This is a great buying opportunity today imo. Don't be left behind.
I have yet to see a bear argument that has cast the smallest shadow of doubt through my time invested here. And that isn't due to "being married" to AMFE. It is solely because the bearish arguments presented here have been presented at a 3rd grade level. It is 100% normal for an equity to be bouncing between bullish and bearish patterns. Sometimes impatience can be the only reason a stock becomes bearish. Business is business. Not everyday does something corporate ground breaking happen. But we as investors hope otherwise. I believe some investors prefer the excitement and possible quick payday. I look forward to a time when I will have that kind of time. In the meantime, I will continue to invest heavily in my own business. AMFE in my opinion is great opportunity to invest long term. We will have some great gaps from time to time, and some will have great timing... Others will not. But what makes me long here, and in an accumulation process, is the fact that in between big PRs and catalysts, Snakes tills are ringing. And double the amount of tills that have brought us record revs have already been franchised. And this completely leaves out the multitude of other subs contributing to our business. That is why I see our long trajectory as up. I hope everyone the best, here's to a great future, with a truly promising company. Glty
Thanks for the update. I really appreciate your diligence here.
Great day fellas. Nice to see the price bounce on a mere tweet. Can't wait to see pps react to audit uplist record revs within the next couple of weeks. Soon we should hear about divies as well. Great time to be a shareholder imo. My position increased $4000 on a mere tweet. Can't wait for the red meat.
I agree totally. Just rebar in the foundation. Looking forward to years of growth here.
Like I promised boys. Barbaque at my place for all you weaklings.
Snakes has been open and expanding since 2010... Possibly the 2nd longest running "fad" known to man. Board games have been around since 3500 bc. Possibly the 1st longest running fad....
My take on investing...
Not a baseball fan huh? Lol
I posted that article from Stanford. It stated that an annual audit is scheduled for 3 months. I personally deduced 9 months since it was for 3 years worth of financials. I'm sure there are variables that can change time-frames, but with the auditor engagement letter being released August 10 2017, we are at month 8 right now. Then the tweet from Roger saying we we're 50/50 two weeks ago. In my opinion we are incredibly close to putting this audit behind us. It will add rebar to our already incredible foundation. It will provide validation. It will also provide as much crow as you need to cram down the throats of those who questioned Roger and AMFE. Not sure how they prefer to eat their crow, but I'll be serving it raw dog lol ;)
I haven't lost any faith in AMFE. I know what I own. And I will never invest in something based on who posts on this board. If you do your in trouble imo.
Well said man. Followed you boss.
I guess I see it this way. I have invested in a pink stock. You, I assume invested here and possibly other pink stocks. It certainly is not my exchange of choice. If you were to criticize AMFE, what do people pick on? AUDIT. That's it. None of us are complaining about things Roger has contoll of. Do I wish audit was done? Sure. But I'm not going to cut my nose off to spite my face. Business continues. Maybe I have more faith in AMFE and my correspondence with Roger then some here. Maybe I don't mind holding longer to let the business mature then some. My position is down 16%. Does that suck? Sure. But that percentage down is miniscule compared to what i see in gains going forward. I just keep accumulating as I want. I'm here to ride this equity through it's growth phase. For me, that's the only play I personally see. As long as rev records continue to be broken, it would be foolish of me to sell as opposed to buy. That is my two cents. If you don't want to be disappointed, don't invest in anything. Optimism, Temparment, Patience=$$$$$
