2021 and still haven't started my 100 bagger move (Spectra7 SEV, Lightwave Logic LWLG)

Warren Buffet one's told investors that some businesses can have idiots as CEO's and still make money. I don't think S7's business is simple but you don't have to be Einstein to run it.
Good, imo. Means the market is there. Changes to get bought out are increasing too.
Hi Steve,
Thank you for sharing. We are aware of this company which products have not gained traction with the market, mainly due to sub-par technical performance issues.
We will continue to perfect our craft which is the best way to keep competition at bay.
Best regards,
Bonnie
Maybe they need it for higher revenues?
Alerted Bonnie and Ron about this
Posting for a friend:
I think it is important information for investors and short sellers to see that both individuals and institutions have been adding to their holdings YTD and 92.5% of those shares were supplied by short sellers. The implication is that the FUD is ineffective and accumulation continues.

Blue, look at LWLG. Fools gold turning into real gold. I believe in this company’s active copper product. DC’s need higher speeds, they aren’t ignoring ACC or AEC, it just takes time.
None of it matters what we all do here. Still it’s good to post DD, comment, think out loud, etc. It’s also good to hold the line collectively. Wait patiently for even bigger wealth, more independence, evolve as a human being. I wouldn’t miss it for the world those ASM’s
Thx NBRTNS for looking around. One day we will hit gold. Im sure
Great post Steven
Ignore my count. Lol
I count 9
Im not sure why you keep bringing this up. We use CREDO as a reference, to compare technology with. I thankful they are ‘out there’ . It gives us value as an active copper player
Just placed my order for that book. Thanks Future
Thx. That what i meant to say.
Redrivers: Spectra7, Macom
Retimers: Credo
I wonder if there are other companies choosing one or the other
Great article indeed. If retimers are so great, i wonder why other’s companies like Credo don’t start using it. Maybe I’m not aware. Need to reread the whole thing again. Just heading out on my holiday to Greece.
Future, do you have a link to that article please? Thanks
What do you guys think about cars and our potential? Not really sure what kind of cable is needed. S7 always keeps it in there presentation but never allured something is brewing.
They TH, i feel i need to say something as a shareholder in S7 and has very big believes in their future. I love a good underdog or a big turnaround story.
I was always really motivated to find these companies with low marketcaps and bought a bunch of them. Bad business or wrong moves, below average management and/or undercapitalized chopping away investors money.
But that’s what i love to do. I still search for them and find them sometimes. You don’t need a lot of them, just a few to win big.
Lwlg will be a very big win for those that bought 5 years ago. People that bought a lot higher (average 15$) will no doubt feel a bit less enthusiastic. The pain is in the shareprice, not the business.
As for active copper cables in datacenters, the market has never looked brighter. Moving away from those slower, very thick, heavy weight copper cables because servers need faster speeds. 400G, 800G or even 1600G.
In short S7 missed the mark many years ago with wallpaper TV’s (too little volume), HMDI (too much competition) and VR/AR ( still crappy tech, no big adoption). Only one big player with succes is Sony, and S7 is designed-in, won a multiyear contract.
Their ACC cable is already in production in DCs, little competition in this area. With a marketcap as little as 30M being the goto cable design in a market of 1.5B by 2026, i really feel to have a shot at another potential 100 bagger.
Thanks Proto for putting that together
We better bought...

If that happens to Render Token? Then whaleflip it into LWLG. That would be brutal.
124M to spent in my case.
Good question Beurstips. It's more of an exercise how long does it take to get to that desired penetration number. I'm not sure if the TAM is still correct because it somewhere between 400M and 1.x B by 2025/2026
And that's just for the DC cables.
But...I hope S7 can double revenues starting this year, and every year following that.
2021 5.5M
2022 11M
2023 22M
2024 44M
2025 88M
2026 176M ---------> any guesses PPS what that could do?
5M cash in Q1. That's what Bonnie said in the most recent interview. Not sure if that's USD or CAD. I think it's USD.
Well that’s an interesting statement. MC is high, doesn’t make it a ponzi, maybe just overvalued
Hey Proto, not sure Raouf said anything specific on our competition aside from having other players increase activity in the ‘active copper cables solution. Not specific AECs from what i recall.
Im the one to blame to make it more of a ACC vs AEC battle.
I did reach out to Raouf back then to hear his thoughts and he responded quickly.
“This is a competitive chip addressing the same ACC market – similar to our GC1112 announced last year“ reply from 2021/11/3
Also:
“1. our are proven. Tested . In production
2. Lower power from what customers tell us “
Look at the date Proto, MACOM is still pretty much behind. Bonnie said in the last interview S7 started ACCs products in 2017. MACOM launched their chips at the end of 2021. And making a chip is not making a cable.
This is ACC competition but they don’t have the experience S7 has in this field. If their ACC consume more power, they are DOA.
A word from our competitor MACOM, who also has a chip introduced last year for ACCs. From the transcript of 28/07 earnings call.

Yes. Thank you, and congratulations on the record operating margin. Steve, when you talked about TAM 4, you said you’re happy to see 800 gig activity. I was just wondering does that mean some customers will be skipping 400, meaning going straight from two to four – two to eight? Or is this more of a timing thing where the market is actually already starting to do some 800 gig designs?
Steve Daly
I think it’s very early Tore, for 800 and we have – we are engaging customers with not only 800, but 1.6. So Tore, so we’re addressing the highest speeds and customers are coming to us for analog solutions. And so that’s the point I wanted to make there. And so I don’t believe customers will be skipping 400-G. In fact 400-G is becoming or is the majority of our revenue today within the data center and that’s across a wide range of sub segment. So, we actually divide internally our data center revenue into about nine different categories, depending on the distance, the length and the speed. And when we look at our 400-G platforms, whether it’s short reach DR4/FR4 or active copper cables even in all cases, we see the 400-G revenue growing. So, we do have a very strong position from our product set point of view to address the market. So, I think that no, I’m not suggesting that there are customers that are skipping the 400G.
*******
Finally, our Data Center end market revenue was relatively flat in Q3 following a strong Q2 performance based on continuing demand for our high performance analog solutions. We are pleased to see modest revenue contributions from our new 25G DFB laser portfolio and our expectation is for continued slow but steady laser revenue growth and market share gains during the remainder of FY 2022 and throughout FY 2023. Customer interest in our recently introduced linear equalizers remains high and we see growth opportunities and active copper cable applications at both 200G and 400G data rates for high performance computing systems.
*******
An important element of our strategy is to leverage our existing capabilities and technology portfolio to find adjacent opportunities to expand our markets. Some examples of this over the past couple of years have been our 0.14 micron GaN silicon carbide process, our pure carbide product line, active copper cable ICs, KV CAPS, and RF power amplifier pallets. We believe thus far, these new products have helped us expand our SAM by about $400 million to $500 million.

Could this chips act bill be beneficial for Spectra7? Direct or indirect?
“Indirectly yes. For sure.”
Hahaha good one
I agree Future. Ron and others have done more then their fair share. S7 never have ask me for money (participating in the PP). So, I conclude this financing dilutes but given the market size opportunity S7 should really blast forward in 2023.
Nice article on Credo and it's succes story. Congratz Credo. Hard to believe the difference between CRDO and SEV in marketcap.
800G copper cables will battle I am sure.

Some great slides in there. Thanks Proto for posting.
I'm going to get me an apple watch.
Hey F2, I would really love to believe that but then again the testing equipment didn't go that high. I keep thinking about what that "Breakthrough' could be. And he said it twice with a nerdy laugh.
We are going faster, mother nature is working with us.
This is a technical paper I've found on their latest chip GC1122.

Market opportunity: OSFP-XD format with 16 channels giving the cable 1600G output, that could really be an important milestone for copper cabling. And who will be able to pull that off? Retimers has a lot more stuff in their chips and from what I hear that isn't going to fit inside. Redrivers could very well do this because it's a smaller chip. Cram in 2 times 8 channels with better cooling too.
Question: I called the video “A Sunrise Business” but Michael said “A Sunrise Technology”
Should i change it or is my mistake a form of creativity?
Our man getting his price.
X, i had to remove the video because something went wrong with the volume. I posted a new link on Reddit. I think I forgot to post it here. But you guys pick it up. Thx
I really do. The sound of the video is not good. Now my pc won’t start. Grrr crap
