AP, I also assumed CVSI would enter the study soon.. Ambiguity strikes again!
oh my goodness. congrats were given to CW on this board. this new study does not negate what cvsi did. FDA just wants more.
in anycase, have a great day!
No, not yet. I tried phoning ValidCare, but was placed in voice mail. Left a message. It is interesting to see CBD Isolate included in the study. I hope this ValidCure study obtains the results to allow isolate to be used in products other than Meds.
A 7% response to the study is a bit abismal, but perhaps it shows that only 7 of the 100 of the invitees have legitimate processes and/or funds for research. Could very well be that some companies are already in process of independent studies.
But IMHO this is progress!
Congratulations! I hope mom recovers quickly, and baby thrives.
Send me a PM during Fridays happy hour with your registry info. Virtual baby shower!

Well sue me for using the wrong word. Brain is tired from hours of driving. But go ahead and berate a person and judge.
I guess if the patent is approved, and trials go well, we need to discount the science behind it and ignore the fact that there is great potential for the combo to work?
Have you read through the entire patent docs, including the changes. Is it only for "synthetic CBD" or has something else changed in the approval process?
Maybe they originally they went for synthetic CBD, as they did not want to use CBD in order to be able to continue to sell supplements. GW made a mess of things for everyone, not only CVSI. Have you noticed, they have been advocating for Isolate to stay in drugs. How many products out there still use isolates? I bet those products will be pulled of shelves when FDA guidance is finally issued.
Well, the Mona court has been removed from CVSI, and it took a while. I would wager there were others who were hired by the Monas who left last year as well. If price is the only thing at this time, I say why wait for arganic to occur. I would look at it as a sign of conficence to uplist now, if possible.
But, IMHO, no US based CBD pure play company has uplisted to the Nasdaq. I would prefer to be ready to do so, once the green light is given.
Suuuure... Most people would love to carry around the nic gum as well as the appropriate CBD product so they can be taken simultaneously. No matter that buying them separately will be more costly (My best guess), and more bulky and forget the fact that insurance will pay for CV-007. Yep, let's go for inconvenience and irregular dosing.
The thing about CV-007, is the synergistic effect, specific quantities of CBD and Nicotine dosing, and proven safety.
But then people will always look for a way to imitate.
At this time, I don't care what the market is thinking, people are being irrational. But I do have time to wait.
Why do you think NASDAQ is not on board with CVSI uplisting?
Come on people, read the proxy and vote for the split. Lets get off the OTC. If you voted no, go back and change it.
I have very spotty internet, hope this message gets posted.
I'm hoping next week will be better, across the board. I'll be off line next week, won't have access. Have a good week.
On 5/28 CVSI closed down 0.00095 or 0.11%; today, 5/29 it closed up by 0.00495 or 0.56%.
That is some tight control!
I was thinking of hemp-crete( using hemp-hurd) for insulation purposes. I want the walls to be at least 12" thick on the perimeter. I'll have to check into hemp blocks. Thanks.
I did do well with CW, Doing OK with CVSI, I have traded $10K lots 3 time over the past year, and have averaged 53% gain. Not too bad. I am still holding my core investment and am green on it. I can wait. My other investments are fine. The difference here is I worked in the industry, and am partial to some companies, and will invest in them. At this point I am watching 2 other outside of CW to go back into, but not now.
I am going to build my next house out of hemp! I may have to move to Kentucky to do so, but I would love to use the hemp fiber and move towards a greener, healthier planet.
Go CVSI!
You are good at what you do! I wish I had half the skills you do.
Have a great weekend!
So happy I could make you laugh!
Oh, wait, It's probably Fake nonsense again.
Cannabinoids, refers to all components, which naturally contain 95-98% of the cannabinoid CBD, the balance are minor cannabinoids - CBG, etc.. If you take a look at the CW test results available on their website (You have to h ave a lot #), you will see this breakdown across the board for CW products. It doesn't make sense to me, following your logic, that CW would create a special distillate with less than 50% CBD for topical lotion. The Labs are smart enough to test properly, and results show other levels of testable cannabinoids; so their test results, in effect, showed understated total cannabinoids as well.
I know CBs degrade over time, but this appeared to be accelerated. So I am ambivalent at this time to see how the suit progresses. It may very well have been an honest error in production, and they can prove, with new test results, that other lot numbers are fine. I can understand errors in production that might be missed. So I wait... BTW, I could not pull up the test result for lots stated in suit from the CW product page. The lot numbers on the suit might be the labs # V the CW lot, so I wait.
Ania, I'm ambivalent on CW at the moment, still waiting to re enter.
Here's a link to an article on the potency lawsuit.I heven't seen any real movement on it it Pacer. June will give additional updates.

Thank you for you good wishes for CVSI. I wish the same for CW.
Twisting of words? It is a vote for an approval of an RS, if decided. Nothing is currently pending.
Oh, and the $100 raise... It is a shelf raise, done all the time by companies well in advance of a POSSIBLE need.
But then again, my view is just based on facts as they exist, not translating to fit an agenda. My view.
I will admit I have my favorite stock, and sometimes I get a little cheeky in my comments as I am tired of hearing the same thing. I want something new! I should do better.
Have a good evening!
There is a list! Last post in reply. Playing Durak has gotten boring for me..
He didn't say CVSI had proprietary seed. Ambiguity. CVSI has stated that they use seed approved by the USDA, look back in prior posts.
Congrats on CW having it's own strain. That does not take away from what CVSI has and will accomplish.
Go back in time and read. My post is not false.
Most folk refuse to accept the fact that FB18 was to introduce hemp products back into industry, inclusive of the fiber use in hempcrete, paper, fabrics, *lumber*. The Industrial hemp as originally envisioned in the bill was the naturally non-THC product. But THC strains were cultivated to lower THC and thus a higher CBD content.
These new strains are not better in quality over FSHE derived from Stalk hemp. But some folks feel there is a difference and thus share their opine.
What I see is many safety tests coming from PlusCBD products; from an *inferior* strain, from a proprietary process, with unique Mass Spectrometer testing. This translates into other products not being able to piggy back off the work done in CV Sciences. As it also implies CV Sciences cannot piggy back off of others.
CVSI is on the right path, and a unique path. The competitors have their own path to tread. The bottom line is - Do the labels accurately reflect what is in the product? That will be telling.
There is, and has always been an agenda against CBD. We need more articles to debunk the Forbes one.
My hope, is that those against CBD do not take it, and thus experience the natural consequences of their actions.
Other than that, I've developed a head shake from stock action of late!
I absolutely agree. The solution is simple, if CBD works, there would be a watershed pharma will not be able to stop.
I can see partnering, can't see an outright sale of the patent.
A 2 year Post Marketing Safety Study completed by CV Science; peer reviewed, Dam.Weed reports online ahead of print,
The same can be said for Epidiolex. DANG! GW better watch out! Ms. Thong has thwarted tjeir business plan.
Agreed, not comparable. But the LONGs on this board are here because of the potential. Isn't it GRAND??
typo corrected
shareholder of record on Mar 23 can vote,
Good to see you! High quality CBD may very well be the trick. I currently take the RAW and Gold. Morning latte with a dropper full of +PlusCBD FSHE Extra strength (mint) is my go to breakfast these days!
I certainly hope that CVSI can capitalize on this news; and that the FDA issues guidelines SOON!
Have a great weekend! We're going to try to find some BLM land to sneak to! Shh don't tell anyone.
