SPCL is empty shell they are taking over by Pixelmags but Fins nothing to do with SPCL and Pixelmags is a private company now turn into public company so the reason why taking so long for them audit the financial that why I said this quarter will be release!

The reason why so taking long to do the fins according to the tax term end of year quarter report had 90 days to finish them and report it! I am in business and do all the fins report all times I know how it work let me state out here for you easy understand not sit here bashing out.

Quarter Report: There are four quarter of the year mean Q1: 1-3 Q2: 4-6 Q3: 7-9 Q4: 10-12
Annual Report: Jan-Dec

So in this case they waiting to end of March 2017 to report the fins included 10-Q and maybe 10-K combine that the reason why taking so long and all shareholders is waiting for now!

2. SPCL it not a Garbage
3. The merge is done confirm on last Dec 8-K
4. Revere merge will never happen before the Financial Release
5. The email for Neil listing it incorrect everyone cant it that I agree will have him fix it on Monday! I will call in by Monday then
6. Any questions or not sure this will going happen here call the Investors Relation Hot Line they will provide all the questions you may have
7. Financial is in progress now will release very soon this month IMO
8. Some other post mention company revenue over 70mil and 10mil that wrong and misleading! The revenue could be 30-40mil range and final number will show up when financial release

What you mean phone not working the number I called working for me fine and sometimes they not answer and the voicemail message is greeting PixelMags/SPCL investors relation. What number did you called in?

I did send him an email couple of times also in linkedin but still not response! I think call him directly must better! So many email coming in I don't think he available to read over 100 email a day and response of each person!

I did spoke with Neil CEO, he told me is the fins is audit right now and release very soon! He can't disclose any date when fins coming out! But anytime now! Also Neil mention that the revenue people talking about 10mil is misleading! Other then that very good conversation with him!

If you don't understand about SPCL/Pixelmags please go back research on it more or call the CEO ask all your questions you may have please not sit make any comments nonsense!

No, I mean you can buy when fins drop out and people may sell out or holding strong to get move uptrend that point we don't who can sell! But you mention about revere split coming out before fins is wrong that what I mean!
