I don't know if Sand is AWOL or not, but the default judgement has not been granted. The SEC only included an already-filled-out form for the judge to sign, no? I am curious, though, as to what is up. My guess is that he is cooperating in some way or on some level in some area, but perhaps not at the level desired. And he's still filing some forms (while apparently ignoring others). Very curious.

That's ancient history Kaminsky. What inquiring minds want to know is what are you buying now? I know I'd like to know. Seriously. Without your posts I would have never heard of Thresher or the Zeve. LOL! Sorry, I have to laugh every time I type those names.

LOL! What a cast of characters.

Dear SEC,
I heard about this penny stock on the Internet from people I don't know. They promised me it would go up. I know absolutely nothing about the company, nor is there any way to find out from someone who doesn't have a conflict of interest. My broker laughed at me when I told him what I wanted to buy, but I made him do it anyway. After it did go up, my broker urged me to sell, but I ignored him. All my message board friends begged me not to sell. They promised I'd be a millionaire if I held long enough. Now the stock is in the toilet and I lost all my money. Please get it back for me.
Sincerely,
Hapless Bagholder
Yes, all of this is interesting, but the real question is: Where is Bolt? What is he up to now?

Tsk Tsk Sand, another fib on your website?
I see the ingen website periodically changes, presumably you are still 'on coarse' for the, what was it, $11 million in sales this year? In any case, this page caught my attention:
http://www.ingen-tech.com/ovaiopurch.php
This page claims you are a BBB Accredited Business. But that's just not true, is it? In fact, I looked up Ingen Technologies in the national BBB database: http://www.bbb.org/us/
LOL! Not only does it say this regarding accreditation:
This business is not a BBB Accredited Business.
Why Accreditation Revoked
On December 14th 2010, this company's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to recent government action involving the business's customer relations which indicates a significant failure of the business to meet standards of conduct expected of an accredited BBB company.
but it gives a rating of F. LOL! Doesn't get much worse than that.

Yo Zevites, please help a fellow hapless investor. Exactly what is 'Wize Buyz'? An estate liquidation outfit in Florida? Something else? What?
--
Edit: my bad, is it this? http://www.wizebuys.tv/
I hope they get the same creative genius that stuck three bulbs in a piece of mini-golf rough then propped it up behind a couple of babes at the awards show. That was impressive! LOL!
--
22 minutes.
I did a careful analysis of the turds these guys promote. If you manage to get wind of these deals the morning the hapless public gets let in on the sting, you need to be out by 9:52 AM. Hold any longer than that and your returns rapidly diminish, turning negative within a few short minutes, and continuing their dive going forward. Still holding at noon? You're toast. Still holding today? LOL!
--
Why penny stocks rise. This post (and its siblings) is a classic. LOL!
Dang, peb, wasn't but a few months ago I'd throw out a well-deserved bash or two of this turd, and you'd delete my posts. Had a change of heart, have you? LOL!
--
*IF* it is true, dude? LOL! You are clearly Thresher Investor material! It's always good to have a look at the NON OTC-BB daily list occasionally:

Dividend! Yes!!! LOL! Is there anyone left who still has dividends from, say, any of e-check, touchlink, irvine college, or provimex? What would you estimate the value of the whole lot of them to be? Here's a hint: rhymes with zero.
--
Dudes, check it out! I thought this company was toast but it seems someone wants to be able to sell more shares to you guys:
13:00 12/8/2010 THRR Thresher Industries Inc New Common Stock THRRD Thresher Industries Inc New Common Stock 1-500 R/S **
Yo Perry Mason, what are you smokin? Sounds like something a bulb or two might be able to clear up. How about some names and dates?
--
Dang, no wonder you guys lost all your money. You know how the courts are, they like to base decision on precedents, you know, similar cases and decisions that have been made in the past. To gauge your chances for 'end up jail' happening, try making a list of all the times hapless shareholders banded together to bring a class action suit against a penny stock company, with the end result that someone went to jail. List, heck, I challenge to you to identify a single occurrence! LOL!
--
LOL! You guys are simply unbelievable! LMAO again! Suppose you did sue, and you won. What would you get? A share of the assets? There ain't none. You might get a coupon for 10% off some bulbs.
--
I believe a more accurate term is 'enabler'. LOL!
Those other people must be third dude...

Did you use my easy cut-and-paste SEC complaint letter?
Here it is again, in case anyone needs to use it:
Yo Zevites, more stock for insiders to sell...
Why don't you weanies post this info when it becomes available? Don't you all find it mildly interesting?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7570966
This Registration Statement is being filed by Zevotek, Inc. (the “Company”) in accordance with the requirements of Form S-8 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) in order to register 60,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.00001 per share, the amount of shares issuable under the Company’s 2011 Equity Incentive Plan, which is filed as an exhibit to this Registration Statement (the “Plan”).
Now let's see (wait, need to fire up the HP..., okay), in the last 10-Q we read there were some 244 Million shares outstanding. We also read that Metacomet is due some 182 Million at some point. Now we have another 60 Million getting ready to go. 182+60 = 242. 242 Million new shares? That's almost double the existing. [I really didn't need the HP to do these calculations.]
--
Nice find. After all this time I cannot believe that:
a. it is happening at all
b. it is happening the first business day after I posted a whine about it.

Sup Sand? Can you provide a status update on the reverse split?
You remember the reverse split, right? Let me refresh your memory:
1. The one you vowed would never take place:
Ingen CEO Vows No Reverse Split At the Recent Annual Shareholder Meeting
Mon, 28 Sep 2009 10:00:00 EDT
2. Inevitably though, it appeared and was ardently supported by the shareholders:
"With all of the support Ingen has received from our shareholders, we were not surprised that the majority of common shareholders who did respond to the proxy had voted in favor of all of the items subject for vote," stated Scott R. Sand, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
Thursday September 23, 2010, 1:15 pm EDT
3. Curiously, no 8-K was ever filed regarding this, but you did mention it in a pink sheet update. The same update where we first heard about the 'troubles':
The Amendment will be effective on October 11, 2010 and the Company hopes to coordinate with FINRA to make the reverse split effective for trading purposes on October 11, 2010 or as soon thereafter as practical.
September 29, 2010
4. You even updated the Georgia articles of corporation to reflect this on October 11, 2010.
5. Finally, you reassured the worried shareholders on the status of this and other issues, including an update on the 'troubles' in a pink sheet filing dated October 21, 2010:
The Company intends to proceed with the reverse split of its common stock that was approved by the shareholders.
So, Sand, sup with the reverse? FINRA not eager to go along, perhaps due to the 'troubles'? Or is it something else entirely. Or do we just need to be patient? Inquiring minds want to know!
--
Must be one heck of an office:
Leases
The Company leases office space on a month to month basis in Stuart, Florida. Rent expense for the three months ended September 30, 2010 and 2009 was $736 and $0, respectively.
What exactly do you get for $736/3 = $245/month?
--
Rejoice Zevites! Your stock is going up!
I know none of you like to think about realities, but I just can't help myself:
Total sales for the last quarter: $5340.00
How much is a bulb? I forget, but I was using $13.99 before in some other calculation, so I'll stick with that.
$5340/$13.99 = ...firing up the HP now... 382 bulbs (rounding up).
382 bulbs in approximately 90 days = 4.24 bulbs/day
Four and a quarter bulbs per day. That is just unbelievable! And it only cost them $326,677 to do it. LOL!
What's the minimum shipment quantity from the factory? Gotta be a bit larger than 382. At this rate they won't need to reorder for a *long* time...

Ingen a no-show at Medtrade?
Word from the street at 1:30 PM today is that booth 2274, long reserved by Ingen Technologies, is but an empty space. Hmmmm. Well, you know, the only employee of the company ain't allowed to go to Georgia. Too bad, sounds like a nice road trip for the MDU. Whoops, forgot that it was repossessed last year.
--
Yo Zevites, a painful 10-Q, eh? LOL!
1. Cash on hand: $0.00
Cash $—
2. Expenses better than 60 times gross sales.
REVENUES:
Sales $ 5,340
Cost of sales 3,141
Gross profit 2,199
OPERATING EXPENSES:
Selling 137,704
General and administrative 188,973
Total operating expense 326,677
3. Whoops, forgot to send on withheld payroll tax. Yoi!
Payroll Taxes
At September 30, 2010, the Company is delinquent with filing and remitting payroll taxes of approximately $83,227 including estimated penalties and interest related to payroll taxes withheld since April 2007. The Company has recorded the delinquent payroll taxes, which are included in accrued expenses on the balance sheet. Although the Company has not entered into any formal repayment agreements with the respective tax authorities, management plans to make payment as funds become available. Penalties and interest amounts are subject to increase based on a number of factors that can cause the estimated liability to increase further. Interest and penalties were accrued in an amount estimated to cover the ultimate liability.
4. Whoops, didn't forward on some sales tax either. Double Yoi!
Sales Taxes
At September 30, 2010, the Company is delinquent with remitting sales taxes of approximately $16,000, including related estimated penalties and interest related to sales taxes withheld since 2006 in the state of New York. The Company has recorded the delinquent sales taxes, which are included in accrued expenses on the balance sheet.

Got the scoop myself from the 10-Q released today:
The parties have entered into a stipulation of settlement resolving this action on November 4, 2010, which calls for the entry of a final judgment against the Company, requiring it to deliver 182,000,000 shares of its common stock over time to the Assignee. The proposed final judgment has been submitted to the Court for signature, but, as of the date of the filing of this Report, has not been signed or entered.
--
Yo Zevites, I hate to point out the obvious but the stock is in the toilet. Thinking back, I remember the following events that were eagerly anticipated and were expected to send the stock 'to da moon':
1. The most recently released 10K. I believe this was expected to show a gazillion dollars in revenue based on sales of 1 gazillion/$13 bulbs or some such thing. In fact, though, sales were less than one might expect to receive from a mall kiosk, so that did not help. In fact, it caused the stock to be pummelled mercilessly.
2. The 'retail deal'. This was expected in August, I mean September, whoops October, hmmm, must have been November. Still not there so obviously no boost from that.
3. The removal of the dreaded 'D' from the stock symbol. It's been a while since then, nothing but down.
Was there anything else? I can't remember. I do know that a 10Q is due by 15 November. That's about a week from now. Good things in there?

I thought such a statement was just beyond possiblity myself, until I personally met a hapless soul (not me) that sunk his wife's IRA and his daughter's college fund into a pink sheet turd that, unfortunately, was halted by the SEC. This is no lie. LOL!
--
Dang, are you guys pessimists or what?!?!? LOL! Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Rose-colored glasses wearin' weenies such as yourselves should be assuming the best! What if the settlement was simply that Metacomet gets free shipping on all the bulbs their insiders want to order? Or perhaps the Zeve had to say "We're sorry, won't happen again". Could be most anything.
--
Yo Zevites! Metacomet case settled. Who has the scoop?
11/03/2010 21 Counsel reported case settled. (Sanders,C.)(Entered: 11/03/2010)
11/04/2010 22 ORDER of Dismissal. The parties have reported that this action has been settled in full. Rather than continue to keep the case open on the docket, the Clerk is directed to administratively close the file without prejudice to reopening on or before December 6, 2010. If the parties wish to file a stipulation of dismissal (for approval by the court or simply for inclusion in the court's file), they may do so on or before December 6, 2010. The dates set forth in this order may be extended for good cause pursuant to a motion filed in accordance with Local Rule 7. Signed by Judge Mark R. Kravitz on 11/04/2010. (Hamilton, S.) (Entered: 11/04/2010)

Travel restricted to CA, SD/ED of NY (LOL! Gee, I wonder why he can go there?), and FL. So who's going to mind the Medtrade booth? Nobody left on the payroll.

Update on the Sand criminal case.
Another docket entry from 10/29/2010. This one apparently amends the charges and allegations such that if Sand is found guilty, the government will be wanting Sand to forfeit any proceeds he gained from the scheme. It specifically mentions a money judgement of $27,603.00 but it is not clear from the docket where that values comes from.
--
Sand not so busy that he can't testify in the curious case of the cannula caper:
13:42
PEOPLE'S WITNESS SCOTT ROBERT SAND SWORN AND TESTIFIES.
-
14:17

Lehman? LOL! They're bankrupt. I'd give you the pink sheet ticker symbol, but I'm afraid ckaminsky would buy some.
If you really meant layman, well, beats the heck out of me.

Yo Zevites, spent the equivalent of another 76 shares of the Zeve this AM to find this on the docket:

Purpose of 10/21/2010 disclosure report on pinksheets?
Yo Sand, what exactly were you trying to achieve with the latest disclosure report? The removal of the dreaded 'Caveat Emptor' tag? The resumption of pinksheet quotes? If one or both of those, it hasn't worked yet in case you haven't noticed. Perhaps it is the pending litigation that is the cause of it? Or maybe, they also want to see your now overdue quarterly report. You know, the one that is often accompanied by a letter from your attorney that in the past has stated such things as "...To the best of my knowledge, after inquiry of management and the directors of the Company, neither the Company nor any 5% shareholder, or the undersigned is currently under investigation by any federal or state regulatory authority for any violation of federal or states securities."
I know things are probably hectic there at Ingen right now, but I was hoping you could post the quarterly report. I know I'd like to measure your progress against the $11 Million in sales for FY2010 that I read about in numerous press releases. Should have been at least $2.5Million if you are on track and expect a uniform distribution of sales throughout the year.
