Careful you two are dancing around the more pricks the better the efficacy theory espoused by some.
I'll sticky the list of questions if we can get consensus and submit in advance of ASM.
I think point 7 included a touch of sarcasm in that the extent of collusion is not plausible.
Trademark does not pop on USPTO site, but I'm guessing they are part of the shutdown. So, dare I say it.........stay tuned.
Intriguing. Nice digging.
The Super Bowl champions and their coach made it into the playoffs this year by the skin of their teeth winning the last game of the season. Many don't see them getting past the first round (apologies to Eagle's fans). Should they fire their coach if they don't win? If they hadn't made playoffs should they have fired their coach? And if so in either senerio replace with whom???
Please keep mind Dick Vermeil (Eagle's fans will remember him) was a head coach for around a dozen or so seasons (between college and pro) and had some success. But, was consider washed up and had two "sucking" seasons before winning the Super Bowl. (Winning only 4 games the season before)
Yes, I'm familiar with the less is more theorem which also make sense. Perhaps biomarkers will also help identify those prone to adverse response to anti PD-1 for a win/win/win.
Make sense targeting assistance to enhance anti-PD-1 therapy. Will it also help mitigate some of adverse effects, highlighted by Longfellow, such as rapid progression? That would be a win/win.
Also noted Mr. Ramos received some adjunct engineering education via MIT.
I would suspect Mr. Ramos' passport has been stamped in Asia more than once or twice.
Makes one wonder if they have any process automation expertise in related areas.
Thanks.
True dat!
I'll go with George S. Patton jr's take on the fixed fortifications thing.
That is a good question. I'll delve into when I get some free time.
Not to be cliche, but "reading tea leaves" has led to "all the tea in China".
Also point out IU is one of the PIII trial sites. Intersting they'd bring Dr. Liau in at this juncture.
I tend to agree, but also like the message this potentially sends. BP is aware the China is investing heavily in biotech. First with biosimulars ( Samsung model ) leading to cultivation of a homegrown (more or less....or less is more) biologics industry. Which is China's long play.......we on other hand are having difficulty now down to day to day.
Also appreciate dmb's and Umibe's insights on pharma industry in China and direction and overall business climate.
Does add to the intrigue knowing LP's international business background and that she's been dealing with unrelated third party for some time. Along with the timing of other recent events surrounding Huawei and NWBO.
Cell and cellular mates.
Perfect visionary....
lt would confound things a bit to count a progression event if same patient evolved into a 36+ month OS contributor.
In late 60's Walt Disney bought land in central Florida outside of Orlando. He acquired the acreage for his new theme park before anyone knew what was going down (or soon to be going up).
Yes, saw that and thanks. No harm in guessing.
On another front a while back AVII posted a link with a virtual tour of the Vision Centre clean room suites. Seemed there was more than two suites and smaller than the two appro 2,000sqft* listed in the Catapult report. Suites appeared to be a few hundred sqft in size like image I have of Memphis. Does Catapult report list all cleanroom facilities even if capacity is dedicated (not available)?
*for metrically challenged
Is there another unrelated party?
I would agree in their Sawston planning document they were coving all the bases (baseball reference) or all contingencies. Much like filling a patent you make your claims as broad as possible. Albeit with patent filling a seondary motivation to broaden claims is to block potential workarounds. As noted Sawston has a a lot of capacity for expansion. I would not expect all this capacity to be needed or used for NWBO.
If deal is done with "biggie and friends" the terms should not be as sweet as last time which was done under the pretense of knowing only the 2017 blinded data.....which was convenient. I suspect this could be a backup plan already in place with similar out clause as before.
As I get older I'm not sure I trust my fully "checked" immune system. As a holder of both BMY and MRK thanks for keeping us up to speed on HPD. One would think with all the combo trials ongoing that dialing in effacacy is in the future. Perhaps this will happen after they exhaust all the non-autologous options and move on to more combos with autologous options.
Rest, assured NWBO is not my first questionable URL.
Same could be said for B. Madoff and K. Lay.
Understood. And I should have added to my earlier post that I admire the challenges in the form of wagers you've proposed.
I would guess golf viewers to have higher average incomes and likely a higher percentage play the market than other professional sports viewers.
The Living Dead* confoundment. Seems to be more of them afoot in 2018.
*when one normally should be
I get your drift on Bigger and agree. I've been making point this is clearly not a vulture play for him as some, including AF, have attempted imply. No doubt he cut a sweet deal, but also think he agrees with you on what ultimately will move SP, hence the four month out clause. I would also point out deal was cut seemingly based solely on 2017 data as was Rago's white paper. (at least the pretense exists) I would think deal would be less sweet with 2018 data......I do enjoy watching him engage the various sources of criticism.
Harry Caray -"Oh for the long ball".
Hopefully PR does not bring another Harry Caray refrain to mind- "An ice cold Bud* would be good now"
* you can substitute Falstaff or Old Style.
Not me so much, but thanks. Now that I've been a wet blanket(which also can be an effective survival tool if trapped in a forest fire). I didn't give much credence to Scotty's assertion that Liau would release new data on Saturday. But, and on some levels it pains me to say this, the dude was right. LP has to follow at minimum with a PR in the AM (and I know it's AM for some now). Being this is a short trading week I hope LP makes the most of it.
They just got to 50%+ containment which is generally where they start to feel their gaing a handle on things. Below that level it's too dangerous for organized relief efforts. If the weather cooperates probably see more on that front this week. I happened to be in Seattle the week in August that city was inundated with forest fire smoke and the air was nasty. Flight attendants made announcement masks are recommended
Regarding Mr. Bigger (admittedly my dd may not have been as extensive as some.....Mav) I've been comfortable for a while that he's in for long haul and not playing vulture financier. Dude has recognized other significant opotunities early....Amazon. He's had interest in the bio area for a while and has a hired gun in Dr. Rago. (Also noted Mr. Bigger made trip to visit Dr. Liau month or two after Dr. Rago completed white paper. No doubt he has picture of himself and Dr. Liau to be posted on Twitter at the appropriate time) He and his team IMO are making a concerted effort to find long term opportunities in the bio space and having them onboard is a plus.
On a more serious note. Flying into S.F. this evening arriving 2hrs late due to smoke impeding air traffic. Family in Bay Area, none of them native Californians, have already made trip up to Chico with truck and trailer loaded with donations for victims of Camp fire. Because this is what we as country generally do in these situations. I will donate $ because that is what I can do. And would be nice if NWBO(on topic) has some significant news in the AM so I can increase the significance of my donation. Lots of missing whom likely will not be found alive.
Beartrap, indeed, looking forward to enjoying a long holiday weekend. (Pun also intended)
