It's the Face ERBB Shareholders Make
Facial recogniation is the face that ERBB shareholders make when they look at their holdings. It is often followed by a loud sucking sound.
Good buy huh? Ive heard that at .06, .05, .04, .03, .02, .01, .077..........All great entry point
Opposed to American Green's State of the Art Website?
Both companies have websites that look like placeholders. The Zazzz site is a joke, launched several weeks ago and still ZERO useful info about the machines, the locations or the company. The corporate website is equally as basic and Greenzine is so infrequently updated, it's actually easier to find the same MJ market info elsewhere
Not a Small Part for Me
I'm not invested in ERBB for the other sectors. Don't get me wrong there is plenty of money in cultivation products and the industry will scale as MJ gains legal acceptance but I think Zazzz is what really sets AG apart.
Zazzz has the potential to be a massive, high margin item and AG has a strong lead in development but that advantage is quickly dwindling.
Thanks JJJ. Great post.
I think we all appreciate the time you took to not only visit AG HQ but also to share your discoveries.
I'm still confused as to why the dispensaries are unable to sell flower from Zazzz especially if they are able to sell other forms of THC product like oils, edibles and concentrates. When I visited Herbal Elements last year and saw the Zazzz Mach I, the shop did have Open Vape products in the machine. The reason I am confused is because here in Los Angeles, there are already dispensaries selling flower from vending machines (not MD8X or 3DXC machines but regular snack vending units). These machines DO NOT have any age verification devices and can be used by anyone granted access to the shop via a doctor's recommendation/prescription.
Also, the speculation regarding the sales of MJ and revenues crossing states lines is compelling. However, considering the examples of machines above, I am not sure if that speculation is accurate. The machines at one shop in LA are leased from a NJ vendor. Now, if we were to apply interstate trafficking laws, that NJ vendor is technically in violation of the law drawing revenue from MJ sales in California, right?
Who knows?
I also have an issue with Zazzz Mach II and the digital display. That is complete overkill and causes additional burdens that are not worth the upgrade. Sure customers get a pretty digital display of the goods in the machines but is that really a major advancement opposed to a clear window to actually see the products? Also, it adds several extra steps to putting product in the machine. Now, shops will have to generate HD content to correspond with the product additions, upload that content and maintain a database of images for any content. Finally, employees will have to maintain that display and it yet another expensive part that can be easily stop working.
I don't want to cast doubt but want reasonable discussion as to what sort of issues are facing AG. I don't think AG has comprehensively discussed all these options and it has caused some serious delays, as well as outright failure.
AG needs to get their ducks in a row because and pretend like legalization is going to happen tomorrow because if it did, AG would be caught with their pants down, not at all ready for market giving someone else the chance to swoop in to eat their lunch.
I Doubt the Govt is in Any Hurry
In terms of pro-MJ laws that would specifically benefit companies like AG, I doubt the government is in any hurry to pass legislation. It's been over 10 years since California opened dispensaries that are basically retail MJ shops and the federal government has done nothing but drag @ss. Even worse, the DEA still raids shops, taking only money and product as if they were doing rips like a small time gang.
What the industry needs is a ballsy leader who will snub the gov and just take profits from THC based sales, instead of waiting for lawmakers to get off their high chairs. I'd love to see AG take their Zazzz transaction fees and book some real revenues. If Uncle Sam comes knocking to serve AG with lawsuits, then AG should create a federal case, literally. It would cost a fortune in legal fees but a favorable settlement could pay that off in a heartbeat and set a precedent that opens the flood gates on the MJ enterprise.
Great News
That's great to hear that Zazzz is greenlit in Washington. Now fire up those darn machines in Seattle Caregivers!
Unfortunately, I don't think it was the Wasington legal wranglings that caused the Zazzz delays and it isn't the answer to all the other problems facing American Green.
Zazzz and Verified Vending are the only real proprietary sector of American Green and also stands to make them enormous revenue. Somebody posted a link about the vending machine in Canada that makes $1m annually and I have discussed the strong revenues generated by 2 machine at a local LA dispensary (basic vending units NOT from an AG competitor). A fleet of Zazzz machines could generate 10s, even 100s of millions in revenues. It may sound optimistic but keep in mind Zazzz machines aren't vending $3 candy bars, they are selling $50-100 items.
The other sectors of AG are somewhat compelling but I don't see them as major revenue draws. Illumin8edsurfer has raised several good points to that effect;
The indoor grow space is extremely crowded and is not a massive industry. Obviously as MJ markets open up with legalization, the grow space will scale up but I just don't think AG has the revenue to keep up with advancing R&D needed to stay competitive.
Onward and hopefully upward with ERBB
That Not Accurate
Not everything is on a message board is hearsay. If I went to Hempful Farms and shot a video of myself using the Zazzz machine while discussing it with the owner, then posted a link here to the video, that's not hearsay. Sure, you can make up wild claims that the video was staged but if others could corroborate the details, then it's merely reporting facts. Same goes for credible technical and fundamental analysis. When I say Zazzz is a failure after launching 12 months ago but to date only having at most 2 operational machines despite PR and projections ranging from 18-1500 in that time frame, well, that's may be an opinion although it's backed with credible evidence.
Look anyone can type this;
I called Nature's Kiss today and the employee said Zazzz is the hottest thing to hit dispensaries since THC honey sticks. The guy said the machine is doing thousands each day.
That's not DD unless it's backed up by credible proof, ie videos, other eyewitness reports, revenue reports.......
Hope that True but It's Not "DD"
I want to believe you Old Buzzard but there are just way to many red flags here. That is hearsay, typed on a message board for starters. I don't doubt a Hempful Farms employee told you what you transcribed but that is equally suspect.
420i Don't Matter a Jack
Nobody cares about that s..tshow anymore and the ones who do don't have the collective buying power of a toddler just visited by the tooth fairy, especially for those followers who bought VAPE at 3-8pps when 420i recommended it as a buy. Eek, that must hurt to see the 52-week low.
VAPE has been and will be at the whim of forces much greater than that huckster. My hopes is the revenues continue to improve. The uplisting is possible if VAPE can get back over $1 and hold it for a few months but I'm not holding my breath there.
I do think VAPE is definitely undervalued. Unlike some other MJ penny plays that are all hype and little follow through, VAPE has quality products on the market that have a loyal customer base. By all means Hive is a popular brand with good packaging and a catchy name/acronym.
VAPE ON!
Herbal Elements for 10 Months
And Doctor's Orders delivered but never worked, according to a channel check from a close friend in Denver and several calls I made to the shop.
Yes, They Would Place Machines that Don't Work
And they have. Knowingly. Placed machines that are inoperable. Why would they do this? To me this is incredibly shady. It stinks of seriously questionable behavior. What would be the purpose of releasing a machine that isn't operable? From a business perspective it is just PLAIN STUPID and leads to additional costs to release, fix, and re-release a machine, adding up extra development, manufacturing and delivery costs.
From a more sinister perspective, releasing inoperable machines indicates somewhat fraudulent activity like window dressing so it appears to regulators that AG is conducting the business they PRed about.
As for the ExhaleMedCenter, a location in LA I am extremely interested in visiting, I'm confused by the delays in getting a Zazzz to EMC. See here in CA the regulations are not that stringent for vending machines in shops. Literally, around the corner from EMC is Zen Healing Dispensary and I kid you not when I say it is LITERALLY around the corder from EMC.
http://zenweho.com/#1
This dispensary has had 2 basic vending machines for nearly a decade. The machines DO NOT have any age verification aside from having to be an MMJ patient to enter the shop. The machines are NOT from ERBB competitors and they carry edibles, smaller quantities of flower, and other THC goods.
So why is it so hard to get the Zazzz into EMC when it would just be plug and play? Someone should ask Stephen. I have tried but he does not respond.
Did the MMs Delay Mueller's Ruling?
Must be.
I hear the MMs also promised 1000 machines by end of year 2014. Maybe the MMs are the reason Stephen over promised and underdelivered? Actually lets call it fail to deliver.
Either way, this company stinks pretty badly
Sounds Like an Anti-MJ Vet
I had a Tibetan Spaniel who had severe glaucoma in the last 5 years of his life. My vet in West Hollywood recommended MJ and the dog lived to be 19, stoned everyday and loving it. Even up to when he was 18 he would chase my Rott and Geman Shepard around all day, stoned out of his mind.
Another anecdote;
My sister's Rott accidentally ate almost a dozen weed brownies which they were terrified about, not because of the MJ but the chocolate. The dog was fine albeit the pooch sat in a chair for about 12 hours in a complete daze.
Dogs have identical cannabinoid receptors as humans. There is absolutely no way your friend's dog's heart stopped from MJ. Maybe it had another undiagnosed condition, maybe it was a biased vet or maybe your friend was just yanking yer leg.
ERBB ON!
I Agree with You 100%
Ok here's we we can see eye to eye....
There is no doubt in my mind that these continued delays on Mueller's ruling are political games being played, in all likelihood due to the Lynch nomination. If the decision was not controversial, it would have been released without much interest but a pro-MJ decision would cause massive ripples.
Lynch is a clown. Her position on MJ is antiquated and it is shocking from an African American woman who represents a group that is disproportionally incarcerated due to the DOJ's ignorance.
How this will affect ERBB, who knows? I'm not holding my breath
Doubts the Ruling Will Provide Much Tailwind
If she rules in favor of rescheduling it is a great step forward in ending MJ prohibition but I doubt it will help the MJ stocks. There may be a small windfall but I'd expect everything to go back down shortly afterward. It's not like the next day MJ will be rescheduled and institutions will suddenly be allow to pour money into the market. The decision will be appealed, hopefully all the way up to SCOTUS but that will take years.
Besides, at this point AG is such a mess that I don't see why any company would want to buy them out. For the xxx millions of dollars it would take to buyout AG, a company could easily spend that in R&D to develop what AG has been floundering about with for the past 12 months. Let's not pretend a "networked" vending machine is a device that will be getting humankind to Mars. And I'm still not convinced of AG's rights to the Tomassi patents. Baseballdoc gave a great breakdown but it did little to highlight the details of ownership/licensing.
The Gap Above
I have referred to Tuesday's gap in several of my posts. There is a small gap above from Tuesday that I mentioned would likely be closed and sure enough it appears today may be the day. The only gap left that concerns me is one from Nov 2013 in the .0025 range. This is not to say I think this number is likely as there will be a lot of buying pressure if ERBB sinks to that range but it is certainly something we should all be prepared for.
Investors Play the Waiting Game Too
The real "investors" are playing the same game as the insiders. I'm no penny veteran but it seems to me the game here is buy the dips, sell the rips. Most of these stocks don't make the best "investments" because of issues like bankruptcy, reverse splits or dilution so holding can be a disaster. However I held ERB8 for 2 years before the real fireworks (although I did buy the majority of my position in Nov 2013).
That's why it interesting to see officers deferring stock sales when granted shares especially in the penny world. I threw some shade at Kyle but it seems like maybe he does have a decent plan. His physical appearance, discussed recently after a video of him aired at a conference, does not make a difference to me. It obviously helps to have some level of professionalism especially in the industry but Steve Jobs was a dirty, bearded, stinky hippy so those judgements have no bearing on the ability to develop a business.
Malvern I feel your anger bro. I'm sure Kyle will be selling the shares if and when VAPE gets back to $2-3, just don't be the one buying then if you're gonna get back in
I Think AB Started Recommending VAPE at 6-8pps
If memory serves me correct that is when he started touting VAPE.
And I do care that people take the time to expose this fraud. He had absolutely zero prior experience with MJ until he realized it was a way to resurrect his failing financial career.
Where is the BOTTOM?
Over the past few weeks, in between all the hateful PMs, a few have asked me where I think ERBB will bottom. As with calling specific price targets, I'm not much for calling bottoms but here is some analysis regarding how low this can go.
The obvious bottom is zero as in insolvency. Personally I dont see that happening but it is a reality everyone should be prepared for.
Here is what I am watching closely. There is a small unclosed gap at .0025 from about mid-Nov 2013 before the big run. For those who do not know, an unclosed gap is a technical gap between trading days that has not been "closed" as in the pps never finished below (or above) the gap at the close of trading. Some technicians don't care if a gap is closed fully at the end of day and only care if the gap is "covered" intraday. For me, I like gaps to be covered and closed.
So that gap has been nagging me especially as ERBB dips under a penny. Ironically, there was a really small unclosed gap under a penny from last week that I posted about and subsequently was berated by those who said the gap didn't matter. Sure enough ERBB popped over a penny and barely a day later retraced below a penny to close the gap. Today, there is actually a gap above which is a good sign.
Back to the bottom talk. So the .0025 gap is something to consider. Of course if and when ERBB dips to .005 there will be a lot of buying pressure as even I will consider adding there. Unfortunately, that will likely lead to a technical bounce but with a complete lack of fundamental follow through by AG, that bounce will not hold. Since ERBB blasted through the sub-penny range during the 2014 run there is little long term support below a penny so I'd expect lots of whipsawing.
I think ERBB will flounder in the sub penny range for a while. There really is no catalyst to bring it out of the dumps. Sure, the CA court ruling on the 25th is a big deal but that will just be hype becuase ERBB doesn't have much revenue generating power to back up any hype. Maybe the ruling will pave the way for institutional investment but that will still be a long time away. The ruling will be appealed, but then has to make its way through several appellate courts before reaching SCOTUS. This will take years.
So where is the bottom? Your guess is as good as mine. Keep an eye out for the .0025 number and watch for some small pops. ERBB is in grave danger of involuntarily having to do a reverse split to allow for more toxic financing becuase the company can't generate revenues to saves the bsuiness
It's the MMs Fault!
Havent you heard yet!
It's the MMs fault that Stephen's explanation was insufficient. It's also the MMs fault that American Green cannot "follow through for sh1t with anything" or properly update their websites.
Darn you all powerful, all consuming Market Makers....er sorry.....Market Manipulators (shaking fists at sky towards MMs)
Today's "News" as Bullish as it Gets
I understand it's a little underwhelming and doesn't disclose much of VAPE's business objectives but the latest PR is my kind of business. Hearing that insiders are deferring their salaries in lieu of shares says to me they have a lot of confidence in the company and are willing to sacrifice their comfort for the good of the company.
I think I'm starting to understand and even appreciate VAPE's strategy of not releasing PRs. The company only seems to relase information when it is firm and actionable instead of releasing unconfirmed business goals. See another MJ play I follow (starts with ER ends with BB) is in the habit of prematurely releasing info only to have it blow up, fall apart or just plain not happen. I have discussed the other company's COO with Kyle. I was a little shocked when Kyle disclosed he did not like the business practices of the COO but I'm actually starting to understand what Mr. Tracy was saying.
VAPE is coming off less like a hype machine and more like a company trying to build a solid business. From my analysis, it's hard to see VAPE reaching a $500m market cap but I am liking the company more these days.
Just picked up 10k more shares tod and yesterday
Funny, Not a Genius because I Accept Reality
I've repeatedly stated that ERBB (and other MJ plays) is my first and only foray into pennyland with the exception of buying S!RI at .25-.50 in 2009 and also now having a sub-$1 cb on @APL after a 2:1 split in 2005, then 7:1 in 2014.
I don't claim to be a penny expert or any sort of expert, just good at spotting patterns, trends, and above all bs. Plus I am blessed with an overabundance of luck (I like to think of it as good karma).
ERBB has performed according to my analysis.
The past few weeks I have been pretty spot on, calling both technical bounces while others were claiming the small pops were the start of a new run to 52-week highs. Let's think about that, I was completely berated when I posted that the pops were technical bounces. Devout ERBB supporters said I was bashing, or I was trying to get the price low by calling the move a technical bounce so naturally I'm on the defensive presenting an opinion contrary to popular thought. Notice I even had the respect to call it a "technical" bounce instead of saying a dead cat bounce.
From there the discussion just fell apart because of some truly vulgar and rude PMs.
I don't care how many times you repeat it to yourself, the MMs are not "in control" of the stock. That's like blaming a car salesmen for a faulty ignition wire. Sure, the salesmen is sleezy and it is his job to sell you the car at the best profit possible, but it's not his fault if the parent company cannot provide a good product.
I've been in the market too long to make up excuses or bogeymen to explain a stocks poor performance when the company it tracks is in shambles and that's exactly what is happening with ERBB / AG. Maybe one day ERBB will be in dollarland and we can all forget the past while passing a J around at a shareholders meeting but until then I will continue to logically and rationally dissect AG/ERBBs problems.
I'm not here to make friends, or convince others how to trade/invest but I am here to exchange information
Interesting Read but Still Not 100% Confirmed
Thanks doc. Appreciate all the hard work you put into the issue. Great speculations and breakdowns.
The email is compelling. I was a little confused as to where Tomassi's words ended and yours began but I got the gist of the message. Unfortunately, it does little to convey any rights to the patents. I'd like to hear something like Tomassi gets 200m ERBB shares and xx% of annual revenues in exchange for exclusive rights to the patents for said timeframe. This is something AG must clear up in order to bring legitimacy to the company. Total disclosure.
Not Ready for a Suit Yet
Here's are the 2 reasons there is no legal consideration here yet:
1. No revenues from companies - The "verified vending" is merely a concept today and any infringing technology is not in wide enough circulation to make a suit worthwhile. Yet
2. No damages for AG - since AG doesn't even have any machines drawing revenue it would be silly to get in a legal tussle without being able to prove damages, ie loss of revenues
Can anyone here confirm the "ownership" status of the Tomassi patents? Does AG outright own the patents or is it a long/short-term license?
I Feel Ya Felm
It is a mistake to think ERBB was different or even able to stand alone in the publicly traded MJ market. I do think had AG accomplished at least some of their goals with Zazzz there would at least be good reason to support the company and bring value to ERBB. After all the launches, multiple generations, legal hoops, software glitches, PRs of shipments/orders, tweets,of 18 machines, live delivery video, networked websites......after all that hoopla there is only one machine in operation at Hempful Farms as confirmed by phone.
If AG had at least 10 in Zazzz in operations I sincerely think ERBB would be a flower among the weed patch of MJ companies.
I do think there is plenty of sense to be made here. I have been trying to discuss reasonable causes for ERBBs decline. The sentiment here is overwhelming and deservedly negative due to months of poor performance by the company and stock. Much of the pps movement is out of the control of the AG but the disaster that is Zazzz, the misleading sale of OneBode and a botched Jurassic Water deal is certainly controlled for the most part by The company.
"Insignificant" Gap but It Was Closed
I don't consider any gap insignificant.
I sure didn't add to my sunken swing trade. At this point I'll just wait it out and dump.
Here's the real problem people, saying the low end pps estimates come true, what brings ERBB from the dumps? Sure buyers will come in, myself included but that will only bring the pps up a little.
What does AG have going for it that will create revenue and value for ERBB?
Rescheduling. Awesome for society and now institutions can bring capital but Now I'm doubting that will help AG. First of all cultivation materials like those sold through OGTea, Truth and Jurassic Water ARE legal and have been for decades. Most people, even lifetime MJ users couldn't name a single brand associated with growing MJ. Companies like HydroFarm and BCuzz are not household names. And yes, the cultivation market with scale as MJ prohibition ends but the ones who will own that space are MiracleGrow and Scott's.
I'm no longer debating whether Zazzz has been a failure to date but going forward, AG is in a really weak position. I just saw a tweet from Stephen explaining the difference between Zazzz and a similar vending group. According to him, there is no IP infringement because their machine "denies" and the Zazzz "allows." Seriously? So that difference in semantics is enough to avoid legal jeopardy? What's to stop a competitor from doing the same thing? The Zazzz debacle seems to get worse and worse from every angle.
I just don't see how AG is going to pull out of this tailspin. There may be some techincal turbulence over the next few months but I don't see any reason ERBB will experience fundamental growth.
Reality Bites
Hard.
Funny, last week when ERBB was above .01 I mentioned there was a small gap just below .01 that I would have like to seen closed before any move up. So many lovely responses, but guess what happened? That gap got closed (see chart below).
On the flip side, today created a nice gap above the current pps SOOOOOO my best estimates would say we pop over a penny before resuming a further downturn but don't count on it. Either way, there is now a gap above which works well for bulls.
Unfortunately the other outstanding unclosed gap is from late 2013 right before the run up. When I bought my largest chunck of ERBB to date it was at .0017 and the next day gapped over .0025 but from there the pps took off to the .11 highs. That .0025 gap has been looming over the chart for a long time. Stretch the chart below to a 2 year weekly time frame and viola!
That is grim but a very real possibility
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ERBB&p=D&yr=0&mn=4&dy=0&id=p84514984508
You Need a Reaity Check
"Feels like there is support here"
Oh yeah, please elaborate on that "feeling"? I could buy 10,000 shares of ERBB if I had a dime for every time I heard people here call for "supports" or "bottoms". From .11 down to .01 there were so many feelings about rebounds, bounces, support, bottoms..........
Time may only raise more Zazzz questions. In the 11 months since launch, time has done exactly nothing except get wasted by AG.
Update? Sounds More Like Excuses
Pardon me for being stern JJJQ. I appreciate the time you have taken to write that message but it truly lacks substance. I will break it down in an effort to qualify my rudeness.
Yes, AG is a "startup" company but let's not act like they are revolutionizing cannabis purchasing. Sure buying MJ from a vending machine is a new experience for some but vending machines have been around for a long time. Cigarettes, alcohol and even medicine has been dispensed via machine over the last century. As I have posted before there are shops in LA that have vending machines, look up Zen Healing West Hollywood, the basic units are right there on the site, no IDs required and not MD8X machines or any other competitor.
AG slapped a digital interface on the machine which is the logic progress of vending in the 21st century. Again, this has been done. From Proactiv beauty products to high end electronics, modern vending machines sell nearly everything. The machines are also networked to maintain inventory, track sales and as an added security feature. Countries like Japan and South Korea have some pretty incredible machines that are so wired users can not only make purchases with their mobile phone but they can locate machines and preview inventory. So let's not pretend AG is installing a Zazzz on Mars. Networked vending is a logical extension of POS registers and is in already in play worldwide.
Additionally, it's not like it takes a team of PhDs to sell, deliver, setup and educate clients about the machine. I have a friend who does this with MRI and CT Scan machines and trust me, if he can get leasees, assist in delivery/setup and brief the medical staff in usage, then Zazzz shouldn't be too difficult. Zazzz isn't much different than setting up medical or office equipment. "Extreme coordination" is a grand overstatement.
That said, there are understandably some significant development hurdles. Unfortunately, AG has run into those hurdles face first, over and over and over again. WTF is AG doing "releasing" a 2nd generation of a non-working machine to multiple locations and then sending out PRs as if the machines are ready for market? Why didn't AG take the time to hammer out the kinks with a single machine and once they reach a clear strategy, then send out the machines? If they knew it took so much effort to get a machine up and running, why not just focus on getting each location setup before just dumping multiple machines at multiple locations only to have them waste the space they are claiming to create?
These are simple product rollout questions that were overlooked? AG didnt just out the cart before the horse, they rode out hard on the horse forgetting the cart entirely, then had to go back to get the card but the horse died so they dragged the cart themselves only to come upon a new horse that was really a Shetland pony and they reattached the cart to the pony's mane......
Verified Vending is catchy and could be a valuable IP if AG really owns the Tomassi patents. I still cannot find out whether AG actually "owns" the Tomassi patents or if they are "licensing".
Thank You Vman - That Rocks and Also Sucks
VMAN'S POST SHOULD BE STICKIED
I did the same a few days ago but was going to give the shops a chance to call back before going to press with what I found.
At this point, I'm becoming extremely skeptical about American Grenn. Zazzz is looking more and more like a hype machine with the only product inside being b.s.
How can anyone defend this disaster of a company? Unbelievable.
What Proof? Hows ERBB sub .01 for Proof?
These arguments against me and pro-ERBB are absolutely NUTS!
What proof do I have that billions of shares have been sold off, that the Zazzz rollout has been a failure or that AG is floundering as a company?
You cannot be serious. No, I mean YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!
Knuckles hasn't proved anything other than stuff that would get my post deleted if I said the real truth.
You don't want to play the American Green PR game because the company has failed at nearly every recent PR. They sent an extremely misleading PR about the OneBode "sale" for $3m and then an erroneous PR about a $1.7m deal for Jurassic Water, actually $1.17m which never happened in the first place. Zazzz has been "launched" ten times in as many PRs. And nobody here has done any DD that requires the body to be vertical.
People are out of their minds, telling me to 'sale' as a rebuttal to my facts or mentioning how the Kennedys made their money "threw" liquor. How do you arrive at "better 'sale' now" as a retort when I plain as day proved another person wrong about people not wanting to be seen purchasing/using MJ on camera? These are non-sequitur, ad hominem attacks.
Please come back to reality and discuss ERBB.
Despite All Reason, I'm Long - Tech Analysis Too
Like I said, the MJ market could someday be enormous and these penny plays are basically akin to lottery tickets for me. I have a paid off position in ERBB and really want this one to succeed.
Its possible ERBB gets a bounce from here. I know the .005 number has been tossed around by longs and shorts alike but the past 2 days of chart activity shows a weakening in selling pressure. Granted volume has been lackluster, between yesterday and today's candlesticks, it looks like the selling is easing for now.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ERBB&p=D&yr=0&mn=4&dy=0&id=p84514984508
Blows My Mind How Clueless
Felony? First of all, possession, purchasing and smoking weed in small quantities is not a felony in any state except maybe some dirty South state. Charges range from misdemeanor to simple violations.
Examples of prevelant pot use, on camera, in social media, for all to see:
Prove It.
Please give us definitive proof that Zazzz machines are in use? Press and radio interviews don't mean squat. Show us a video of a "customer" using Zazzz and people will stop questioning.
The other argument is just plain silly. There are thousands of "medical" patients who a). do not have cancer and b). would have no problem posting Zazzz use on social media. Let not pretend like this in Drugs, Inc and MJ users are some shady part of our society.
As for the other guy claiming I am "worried" about anyone's investment, I could care less. I'm not here to convince anyone to buy or sell. I'm here to get quality info about ERBB and AG. Currently, the "thinkers" here have deduced that ERBB is down because MMs are "manipulating." That explanation is total nonsense unless your into making fertilizer from words.
Are You Kidding?
"Sick" people?
You mean all the people on Instagram, YouTube and other media posting pics and vids of themselves ripping bongs, sucking vapes, dabbing concentrates, burning jays don't want to be identified? Better tell Snoop Dogg to lay low before the government finds out he's doing pot.
I'm have a real job, friends who are anti-MJ and when Zazzz comes to LA, you better believe I'll happily give a full report without fear of repercussions.
What a terrible argument for why there is zero social media on Zazzz.
Logic is King, but Emotion is Queen
And in this game of chess that is money markets, the Queen is all powerful.
There is absolutely zero logic in claiming MM manipulation has lead to ERBB's downfall from .11 to sub-penny. That is purely unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. A logical discussion centers around the infinite other tangible market forces at play causing ERBB to drop over 90% from the highs; , earnings reports highlighting billions of shares issued to pay for services, MJ market bubble, short pile on near highs, lack of revenues to justify hype, poor business models, fraudsters, SEC involvement, DOJ involvement....about 1000 other issues are at play before the trades even make it to the specialists. Besides, over the past few months there is so little activity and decent spreads in ERBB, very few are making money long, short or otherwise.
The emotional side of the MJ market for me is knowing that someday the MJ market in the USA will be massive. Between recreational, medicinal and industrial applications of cannabis and hemp, the scale could seriously be in the trillions, I kid you not. And the hope is that some of these small publicly traded MJ startups will actually get a chance to run with the big dogs once the gates are opened.
But in the years of following these penny MJ plays, I know that likelihood is maybe only slightly better than odds at a casino. When I see the way AG has executed business objectives, I am scared back to reality and those odds look worse than ever. I'm not saying I have the magic solution or that I could do much better.
The real frustration for me is the complete lack of execution. Its bad enough that ERBB's pps is in the dumps along with the MJ market as a whole but the AG is a disaster internally. Look, I've been through ups and downs including holding A@PL since 2003 through numerous 20-60% retracements but that never bothered me because the company was so solid.
American Green is the exact opposite. The pps is reflected in all the screw ups.
Management needs to stop with the wasteful, nonsense PRs. "ExhaleMedCenter chooses Zazzz". Awesome. Zazzz is coming to LA. Four weeks later, nothing. By the time it gets to LA will there be another 4 weeks until the software is settled just like the 2 month delays at other shops? Who knows? Based on prior Zazzz placements, the EMC machine may never work, or even happen.
Longs like myself are obviously holding based on future prospects but those goals are based on the ability to create a business. Right now, AG has been unable to form any sort of coherent enterprise. Yet, I refuse to stare in the face of evidence of problems and displace blame elsewhere. Posters here claimed I lied when I stated AG has paid for services, specifically vending machine development with shares and when I backed up that claim with hard evidence in the 2014 annual reports, the same people switched the topic to suit their position and then call me a fraud.
I know I'm on the right side and will not mindless follow anyone except myself.
Nah, I'll Wait Until Its In a Real Shop
I don't need to see it at a trade show full of dingbats.
I'll wait until Zazzz is placed in ExhaleMedCenter before I do any channel checks. My goal is to check out the EMC machine and spend some time in the shop to get a sense of usage.
The KungFu Vapes news is okay but we've heard plenty of talk about partnerships. Whatever happened to the USEI partnership? Was the Zazzz vape pen line just a one-off? AG has nothing to develop that and rightfully so, considering how crowded that space is.
So MMs Control the ZERO Iinterest in ERBB?
Do they control the fact that NOBODY is buying ERBB?
Do they control the fact that the Zazzz rollout is a complete failure?
Do they control the bothced $1.7m ($1.17m) Jurassic order?
Do they control the fact AG's last ER was garbage?
Look pal, barely 200 people even watched the latest "live streaming Zazzz event" and the most vocal "buyers" here who claim to be dip buying are playing in 100k share lots for a whopping $1000 of investment.
None of the above have anything to do with MM actions but sure have a lot to do with pps.
You keep dreaming of future riches and chasing bogeymen. We'll see how far that gets. And whatever happened to the guy who's brother worked for an MM and was supposed to prove me wrong about MMs? I guess his bro couldn't text him back because he was so busy manipulating markets on behalf of some dastardly specialist group.
5 Million Shares Traded Between .0101-.0098
You MMs bogeymen chasers do realize that MMs make money off the spread between shares prices and with a whopping 5m shares exchanged today, even if we supposed the max spread from today's movement to be .0003, THATS A TOTAL OF $1500.
And even on the average volume day, around 30m, the max on these pathetic half of a half penny spreads barely generate $10,000. But that's supposing the MMs get in at the low and sell at the high, or vice versa and we all know that doesn't happen like that. In reality, the specialists probably make about .001/share on each transaction. Compared to broad markets where MMs make about $10k per trade, the MMs here are extremely luck to make that in a day
Get Real, No "Beasts" Waiting to Buy
Give it up. At .01 the pps is o laughably low that anyone with any real buying power wouldn't give half a damn about getting a "better" entry.
To the same point, any accredited investor with a 6-figure investment plan for ERBB would be better served to contact AG directly to arrange financing.
There are just absolutely zero catalysts left with ERBB. I wonder if even rescheduling MJ would help at this point. AG's business is in such shambles who would seriously entertain a buyout instead of just developing the same stuff independently. It's not like the 12 month lead time AG has had has been fruitful.
