Man, for someone who is bashing LSU for providing information you have not provided anything of value in the 40 posts you have solicited. You said you sold your shares, you said you were leaving the forum (twice), and offered nothing in value related to the company. Who do you think we should listen too?
I haven't seen anything that looked like "Boarder Line Leaked" information. LSU has shared his perception of what he saw and what he heard from the staff of GBLX. Take it for what is worth.
He probably actually has something going on in his life that precludes him from posting all day every day about nonsensical stuff.
I think they generally have 4 days to provide an 8K after a material event. But, who is to say that there are not some negotiations still going on? Patience....
If you are that interested in the acquisition why don't you contact the company and ask? Send investor relations an email.
Hmmm, I had no idea it was that cheap. I might even sign up although I don't have that much interest in the court case. it could drag out for years and I am not convinced DECN will prevail and, if they do, I'm not convinced it will be a very large settlement. I would be more interested to see if they ever get any real sales or business relationships that will provide sales instead of dealing with one shyster after another.
there is probably resistance because the cost of the pacer account would be worth more than the investment they have in DECN.
Man, you nailed it. How about tomorrow?
thanks Loan
By the way, this is a ligit question because elsewhere they were referring to someone as Scotty in reference to the Our Diabetes web site. I would be interested to know your perspective on the whole business relationship if Scotty is you.
AAAAAAAANNND! hes back! that didn't last very long GBLXFan.
As for the ownership numbers....Personally I find numbers like this posted on 3rd party websites are inaccurate. Hell, you can probably find 3 or 4 websites with different total share counts at any given moment.
Scottsmith, were you the one running ourDiabetesclub? I heard elsewhere that this website had shutdown.
Well, someone struck a nerve with Gblxfan. By the way, this is the second time you have said you will no longer post here. Since you are calling out everyone for their integrity....what can we expect from you?
Public companies can verify their shareholders and it is not uncommon for large shareholders to visit the companies. Honestly, if you have the opportunity, that is the way its done.
WOW, GanstaP, way to put your neck out on that prediction considering its only about 3 cents away.
I'm beginning to think you have a man crush on LSU.
Berman is probably freaking out right now trying to figure out how to drum up some interest.
Lmfao wrong again
wrong again? He hasn't been wrong yet so how could he be wrong again. On the other hand your analysis of the patents, infringements and their bearing on the sale of JnJ's division has not fared so well.
Even in this case, what IP is saying is that Bermans PR indicates that Berman may try file a strike suit to possibly have an effect on the sale (this implies that the current case will not have that effect as it currently stands). This will most likely fail miserably since the patents are expired. I am not even convinced Berman will go down this road. Looks like strawman to me.
Dude, give it up. Why are you doubling down on your insults to this guy? You offer nothing and he has a lot more street cred since he has had personal contact with this company. Take it for what its worth because it is better than run of the mill info.
My question was more rhetorical. I do not believe this to be the case. Patents expired. If there is pressure for JnJ to sell their division it wont be because of DECN.
How is this helping DECN? Is the implication that JnJ is going to hastily offer a big settlement to DECN because they need to sell the division quickly because of falling sales?
Mmmmmmm, WB should define is sentence subject better but, yes, IP's posting has been solely related to DECN if that is what he was speaking about.
It's the only board posted on
Mmmmm, you are incorrect.
LOL, its not about whether JnJ accepts the offer or not...The offer has been made by a suitor so they are obviously willing to accept whatever the outcome is....so, yeah, JnJ can and will eventually sell this division.
Isn't the priority date for these parent patents 1995?
You know, if they already have an offer from a company I am sure the suitor is aware of the lawsuit. Must not be all that worried about it because the patents are expired and JnJ is on the hook for past infractions not the suitor. And, of course, nothing is guaranteed that DECN will win.
One last thought, Why would JnJ settle for 500M when Berman would jump at something in the neighborhood of 5M?
So, who is it that is doing all this naked shorting on a 5 cent stock? Isnt that like picking the left over meat from the chicken bone?
No one is laughing with you dooshbag.
Oh, there are plenty of people reading and paying attention.
No one is shorting this STOCK.....For Christ's sake! it goes down because people simply don't believe the narrative Berman puts out anymore. I am always amused at the OTC mentality that it must be shorting because there is no way, I mean NO WAY, the company could be the reason
Dang it, that's funny MW
LOL, hadn't thought of the packaging that way but yeah.
Anyone want to start a pool on an NT for the annual? Any takers on the NT and then how long it will be before an unaudited annual will be filed between April 1-15?
Could DECN be a victim of naked shorting?
Someone's naked alright....see previous Emperors New Clothes post
Try again. It's not rocket science. Dont overthink it...
This means Zoran doesn't know. He never really gave it any thought. He just thought whatever Berman said sounded good.
IP, these were my thoughts exactly. Going forward there is no real risk to the buyer. If there was infringement, JnJ will have to continue to defend it.
what delinquent filing do that have outstanding?
Hmm, I guess there is always fear of a shareholder suit but since the SEC is taking action against Friedland and forcing the return of shares there wont be much in the way of damages. Most of the recent share price decline is because of lack of news on initiatives and general sector slowdown.
I sure have but its not fraud. And, if a lawyer hid that information from them you would have a hard time making that case. The SEC will not go down that path.
probably a better one than you did...Fraud requires intent. If OWC did not know the lawyer had been disbarred and the lawyer did not notify them then there is no fraud on OWC's part.
Here is the truth....the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I have stated this before so its nothing new. I have been around for a long time. I used to have an investment in this company. I realized this company is a scam. I have watched many others come to this same conclusion. Now, I drop in periodically to keep tabs on this circus.
