According to what has been stated. Shares of NIT, which will IPO, will be given at a rate of 10 for every one share of RCGP that you own.

This is why the company is doing a reverse split. Share structure needs to be reduced to get NIT shares in line for IPO at around 10 mil shares.

JMO of course but it looks as though this is the deal.

So to answer your question. If this was be case, u could own 1 share of RCGP and qualify for 10 shares on NIT.

Why would a company with such a small float and AS structure want to do a reverse split? If the shares were maxed out I could understand.

But it looks to me like their debt is being payed down or is paid off.

Something much much bigger than reverse spilt and dilute is going on here.

Last financials show decreasing debt and increasing assets. My guess is the convertibles are paid off and they are looking to uplist after the split.

I can only imagine the PR that is going to come with the reverse talking about stock dividends and debt satisfaction.
