It looks like a lot of the original plan was slated to take place 2nd half of this year. Well it all seems to be coming into focus.

Starts with a reverse split to decrease the float and bring in new investors. Not often on the OTC do you see a reverse split used for this. Most times it is for the company to sell shares and line their pockets. Not the case here.

This Board of Directiors knows what they have and know where the value of this company can go.
