Another SS update to follow.
Thanks, their not slowing down any, for sure.
WULF: After watching just a 1 pt. dip this morning, from the $1.5 close at 20:00, now it is starting to rise again.
Even with any further dips, this is acting much stronger than in the last couple of weeks IMO.
Yep, both THAR & WULF seem to be coming off bottom with some actual loading. Still limited, but I think a corner has been turned.
Good Luck Marky. 😜
WULF: Having a stronger than normal AH's. Normally, the MM's are pecking it down a couple of points at this hour.
Instead, some decent buys.
Could be, but instead, I'm picking up small amounts as it drops. Never know when these new guys might put out something that makes it rocket.
But at the same time, never know if a unpleasant surprise hits too???
Would like to know what those last 2 Nv. filings are about.
Well, hopefully they will not take forever to put out their 10-K, but normally, when a company has a lot of debt and is selling shares to pay it off, they are not in any hurry to put out their filings.
Meanwhile, the flips are less frequent and much smaller. Only when they dip down 20-30 pts.
Been pecking, but think the real buying opportunity is coming soon.
I think you will appreciate this guy. Or, maybe it's just that we tend to like to hear someone confirm our biases. lol He does that for me.
THAR: Yes, some nice buying coming in. Loading before the Exploding I think.
THAR: Appears so. Although it does say "estimated". So any delays in recruiting, could push it out a week or two. But we have no indication, that this will happen, as of now.
T/A update: They now have 105 certified units. Up from 100, when I last checked. Can't seem to locate Ultracks though???
lol, it was the only Satch Bros. that I could find. About as likely as Ultrack getting any market shares with their ELD, IMO.
Misstatement to this earlier post. I confused WULF with THAR. It was THAR that had been having a Borrow Fee of 467%, which went to the 325% area, but is now at 249%.
It was correct that WULF's fee is 2.4% at this time.
THAR: https://ctv.veeva.com/study/an-evaluation-of-the-absolute-bioavailability-of-th104
Been holding & adding for almost 2 months and rebound should be within reach.
" estimated start date of Jan. 26th "
WULF: After the recent strength of the trading for this one, I noticed that there seems to be a bigger push to bring it down this morning.
Will keep watching to see if this could be Shorts completing their cover.
For a few weeks, I noticed the Borrow Fee was at 467%. Then last week I saw it in the 325% area. (forget the exact number), but now it is at 2.4%.
Out of all the possible "investments" that these pleasant sounding fellow's could have gotten hooked up with.....................................? SAD!

SS has doubled since R/S & PPS is down from .15 to .01
SS Update to follow
Due at the EOM
Small test Bid @ 64 was filled below that. Next Bid 56.
Rather than who is selling, maybe the thing to recognize is, the stock is down by almost 50% from this months high, on small volume.
That shows little support.

WULF: Hinting at continuing move off bottom.
CDIO: Started back in on Friday. Slowly
WULF: Over $25M traded today https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/NASDAQ/terawulf-WULF/stock-price
WULF: Just noticed that this is trying to recover.
It's not gone below 30's since The Hartless Crew has been here. Not saying it can't, but don't expect it to. JMO
CDIO: Heading back into the 2.30's.
I think it's important to read the entire filing. Folks tend to seize on what confirms their own biases.
And I'm not claiming to be a loan expert in the least. But I do know the Mid Penn was not the only one involved in 1 of the 2 loans.
And I'm sure that nobody here believes that Mid Penn just up and walked away from a Million Dollar loan default. That is to say, that the Intellectual Property comes nowhere close to that value, as evidenced by the failure of the attempted restart of YIC.
I know that they seized David Yuengling's house last June and that would have already applied to the SBA for their portion of the loan guarantee.
That said, the SBA is not going to just walked away from the loss. If not repaid, it gets turned over to the Treasury Dept for collections.
It being the intent that the following liabilities shall not be assumed by Creditor: (Creditor being Mid Penn)
a) All liabilities of Debtor; and
(b) All liabilities or indebtedness or obligations owing by Debtor to Guarantor. (Guarantor being SBA)

I think we need to wait and see what is put out in the way of numbers by the company.
Remember, the filings told of a Cancellation of Debt by Mid Penn Bank and that was the only thing it said.
Only by Hub posters, did anyone say Debt Free.
WULF: Started back in yesterday @ 1.44. I did take a small loss last week because of bad timing, but the recovery should more than make up for that.
THAR: Short fee stayed around 467% for a few weeks, but has now dropped to 315%. Covering going on.
THAR: Driven down to load? https://ctv.veeva.com/study/an-evaluation-of-the-absolute-bioavailability-of-th104
WULF: Offering yesterday with no price. Often see these spike before crash.
