Good post narvo. That is exactly what I have believed since we stopped reporting.
From 79' to 90', I owned a commercial sign business and dealt with developers, CEO's, purchasing agents, business owners, gov't officials, lawyers, etc., and one thing that I know for sure is that secrecy is paramount if you need to scoop your competion. Often I was privy to information about projects that had not been announced pubicly, and for good reason.
Like it or not, this is the way certain things have to be done in business in order to be successful.

Climax? Is that like an orgasm?
Speaking of Saudi Arabia...Did anyone watch that excellant Frontline program last night on Saudi Arabia on PBS?
They covered everything from the begining in the 1920's of the House of Saud, right up to the present day war in Iraq. After watching this Frontline program, I think that anyone can see that Saudi Arabia is the main culprit in allowing the spread of Islamic Fundamentalism and Extremism to start in their country, and then spread throughout the world.
I was thinking that maybe we should try contacting PBS about this NSS/Stockgate issue, and maybe Frontline will do a documentary about this. Being public broadcasting, they should be able to put togethere a fair and unbias documentary about Stockgate.
Yeah...I tend to agree with you on this. All I was trying to do at the time, was to get as much exposure for the cause as I could.
I think Micheal Moore lost a lot of credibilty by going after George Bush the way he did. Last time I saw him on Jay Leno, he seemed like a defeated man. Maybe he was just having a bad day?
John Good
I thought of contacting Micheal Moore last fall with the Stockgate and Dateline info., and I sent him an email a couple of times, with the standard article that was circulating around at that time on Stockgate, Dateline, NSS, etc.
He was really busy making the talk show rounds at the time, as this was pre-election time. I never did hear back from him.
I heard him say that his next expose was going to be on health-care or the drug-companies.
Maybe if it's a group of investors, he will pay more attention. Personally, I feel that we as investors, as a total part of the population here in North America, compromise a small percentage of the total, and therefore what's important to us, may not be real important to everyone.

For us CMKX'ers, here is some interesting reading that I found while searching Google.
It has to do with Speculative Stocks like CMKX.
I'm not pumping or bashing anything here...just thought this might help someone...it's interesting. No I haven't read the book.
Here is the link...
http://formeraboutguides.com/investingcanada/library/weekly/1999a/aa032299.htm
Here is the excerpt...
The Life-Span of a Speculative Stock
Bunka goes on to discuss what he calls "the most important component of speculative investing", cycles. Speculative companies have what Bunka calls life-spans and frequently more than one of them. Here is a short account of a life-span of a typical mining company as described in the book. Although it is easy to dismiss Bunka as a cynic from this account, I think it reflects a knowledgable assessment of what really goes on.
A company starts with an idea. It takes about a year from that point to get the company up and running. During that time the "directors and other insiders issue themselves 5 million shares of seed stock at $0.01 per share" The management also develops a plan to acquire properties, conduct research and so on. And they start to sell an additional three million shares "to friends and close associates who are willing to spend $0.15 per share in order to get a closer look at the company." Along with the $50,000 invested by the directors, this brings the company treasury up to $455,000.
The stock is now listed and "since virtually all of the shareholders are of the same mind, it is easy to move it to $0.50." Over the next six months "the story is peddled by brokers whose companies are taking part in this public financling." Another two million shares are sold at $0.50 raising a further $1 million.. Costs and commissions over the previous 18 months have eaten up the original $455,000 leaving the company with 10 million shares issued and $1 million in the bank.
Now the first geophysical results come in and "Surprise! Surprise! Anomalies are discovered that warrant further investigation." The company spends its money on drilling and six months later "results start to trickle in." Disappointing results cause the stock to pull back but "just in the nick of time, the final two holes produce very good results that have investors foaming at the mouth."
As the stock starts climbing towards $2.00, the insiders sell half their stock. The company issues another three million shares at $1.50 and "outsiders leap at the chance to participate in this momentous story and lap up the new stock."
Then, as "investors realize that it will be six months before the story can be spruced up again in the next drilling season, a slow, aimless decline begins."
Six months later, with additional properties and drilling programs under its belt, "the drama repeats itself" and the stock, which had settled to under a dollar, starts to move up again. The stock climbs back to its former highs, but drilling results are "inconclusive" and "insiders take the hint and sell the rest of their stock." When the disappointing final results come in, the outsiders are left holding the bag.
The story gets worse, says Bunka, as the insiders now have no stock themselves and thus, "no interest in doing anything constructive with the company. Only if and when the stock finally declines back to around twenty cents are they interested in creating a new story."
Although the details may vary, this is the basic life cycle of a speculative stock. Not for nothing Bunka calls his book an outsider's guide. It is of key importance for outsiders "to locate where the stock is in the life span cycle before even thinking about investing in it."

This will get you to their homepage.
One thing though...You can't trade any Canadian stocks with these guys, since they are an American company with no Canadian branch offices.

Gold Monkey...
Check out optionsXpress. I believe there is a link on this site for them. I am from Ontario, and I couldn't find a reasonable priced Canadian online broker and optionsXpress came recommended by a broker from Nebraska at the time.
I have been with them for about a year and a half, and they have been excellant.

Speaking as a former seller on eBay..."Buyer Beware!!!".
This seller has no feedback...Would you risk $250,000+ on this auction?
Personally, I thing this is a hoax. Happens all the time on eBay!

Update out on the filing this morning! Good news...WNMIE should fly today!
Try "investment clubs for canadians" in Google. It will return about 19000 items in the Canada Search.

I wanted to post this sooner but I have been traveling all day and I am finally home. Warning had a PR planned to go out today. The "WARNING" name trademark is approved and there is already a pr ready to go out. Some sort of misscomunication between the PR company and Warning is the reason the PR didn't go out today....Go Figure
I don't know if we should expect it tomorrow or not considering it is a Friday............lets just say I had a one on one conversaton today.
I'm sure I will recieve many inquiries on this post. Those who know I don't post BS wil believe me. For the oters LOL
I am going to do my best not to post until after the holidays..........Yeah right>>>>>? GLTA HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!

Good One!!!
Please leave the house more often!!!
Late afternoon breakout...in anticipation of a good Q3???
Yes...And I just heard on Good Day Live that Arafat's widow whom he had no contact with for 4 years, extorted $22 million dollars of this money, in exchange for telling the Palestillians where the money is hidden. She apparently wouldn't let the people into the room where Arafat's body lay, until they agreed to this.
These people disgust me!
I'm just going by what the past PR's have stated. I feel that a few people in management know the results of the test holes, but certainly not any of us retail shareholders.
To give national exposure for CMKX to attract attention and investors to fight the NSS issue and to promote the various companies associated with us.
If you read up on motorsports advertising, you will find that it gives a great deal of exposure for the dollars spent.
Besides...we are actively drilling and testing at the various sites in Saskatchewan.

With all this volume, something's definately coming down the pike!
From a retired business owner's perspective...There is no way that I, or anyone that I know in business, would let something as important as the Carolyn claims lapse...unless there was a good reason to!
I'm positive that whatever happened here, happened for a reason and nothing more.

Gold Monkey...I got my USCA dividends forward split 3X, last week. I'm with optionsXpress out of Chicago. I also received my CIM dividends recently.
I'm from Ontario, Canada and if there are any Canadians here that are looking for a top notch online broker, check these guys out. They are not the cheapest out there, but they are the best overall 2 years running, according to Barron's.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
John Good
FWIW...When I signed onto my optionsXpress account this morning, my UCAD(USCA) shares had increased by 3X.
Freedom...If your asking about MRU Blaster, I don't know for sure, as I only downloaded it a couple of weeks ago.
If your asking about Spybot Search and Destroy vs Adware, I use Spybot and am happy with it. I have no practical experience with Adware, so I can't form an opinion regarding it.
Sorry, but I can't help you much here.
Since I am not a Premium Member, I cannot reply privately to you, so here is the info. off PC World's site:
MRU-Blaster
Your computer keeps more secrets than the CIA--and its operatives are nearly as hard to find. MRU-Blaster roots out the hidden information that your PC is hiding from you. Some of these MRU (most recently used) files, such as temporary files, may not be doing anything worse than squatting on your territory. Others, like cookies, can invade your privacy. MRU-Blaster detects and deletes over 30,000 MRUs, leaving you with a cleaner and more private PC.
MRU-Blaster is free--but if you like it, you can show your approval to the vendor with a PayPal donation of any size.
Wouldn't losing your connection 20 times a day, even for 5 sec. make it difficult and annoying to trade stocks thru your online broker?
I am in London,ON and I have never experienced a loss of connection yet since signing up with Rogers in Febuary.
I thought of something last week...since Rogers added a Slower connection than Hi-Speed Lite, and also added a Faster connection than Hi-Speed, MAYBE they screwed with the Speeds of the old connections when they added the two new services. I could swear Hi-Speed Lite was advertised as at least 3 times faster than 56K modem when I signed up for it, and now it's only twice as fast.
Maybe it's just me!
We'd better get off this none stock-related topic before we get shit from above. LOL
Thanks Beaverdam, but I am pretty up to date on my preventative and detection measures. (at least I think I am LOL!!!)
I run Spybot Search and Destroy, Housecall Virus Detection, BigFix and RegClean weekly. In the morning just before the market open, I clear the History, and delete the Temporary Files (make sure to check the "Delete All Off-Line Content" box, according to optionsXpress, to make sure my Streaming Charts work properly). I run RamBoost and MRU Blaster while running IE6. I run Disk Cleanup, Scandisk, and Disk Defragmenter on the weekends. PC World have a great FREE daily newsletter that I read daily, that provides tips, hints and downloads to keep your PC running smoothly and safely.
I am in my 50's, and all my life I have believed in preventative maintenance to keep things running smoothly and performing as they were designed to do by the manufacturer.
I am always open to and appreciate any suggestions from anyone, so Thank You Again.
Yes, I noticed this too! I have noticed a slow-down in iHub for the past 3 weeks, and Raging Bull is even worse for me. In fact RB won't even load anymore...I get a "gateway timed-out" error message since last Friday.
I contacted my ISP about 2 weeks ago, and they said that according to them, everything is OK with my connection. I have noticed a general slowdown on almost all the sites I normally frequent. Currently I have something called Rogers Hi Speed Lite, which is faster than modem, but not as fast as regular Hi Speed cable.
I think that it's time for me to pay the extra $15/mon. to upgrade.
FWIW...I got my UCAD dividend shares today in my optionsXpress account. I got 12 shares/1,250,000 shares ratio.
This ONS Financial has to be a HOAX!!! It's too blatantly obvious not to be!
Who in their right mind would advertise their illegal services this way.
Gator is a well-known form of Spyware! Don't say you were not warned!
Last year I downloaded this free Password/ID form-filler, and I couldn't get it off my computer, once I discovered what it was. I had to use Spybot Search and Destroy, to get rid of it.
If you really want a free form-filler, try Roboform...it's free, and it does not spy on what your doing, etc.

zen...Thanks for saying what I was thinking about Janice Shell.
The way I look at her is, if she is the person mentioned in the article about the lawsuit against her, and is the person in the picture, then we don't need her here...AND...if it's someone else impersonating Janice Shell, it's even worse!
Either way...I'm putting Janice Shell on ignore!
I just saw this on the HSM site...it seems to add more credibility to what zeninvestor32 said earlier today.

Hi Zen...How about (b)A Casavant Diamond is to "Eternity and Beyond"!(/b)
PS:Thanks for keeping me and my investment partners in this stock. Your opinion (and a few others), are highly respected by us here.
