I beg to differ, up-listing certainly holds weight, Hell yes it matters. In fact, it is of utmost importance as it means hope for the investor, myself included, of escaping the quicksand that is everybody's worst fear in OTC Stinky Pinky land! Go Matt, get us out of this Quagmire! $GCGX...
On that point, we agree!
Thanks, that's what somebody else said about a year ago only, he was asked what price he paid; he said give it $0.0. Sure would be nice though if our tax base was $0.70 to $1... Anybody else have anything to add?
You might want to loosen up a little, widen you scope of possibilities: I submit there is an entirely different possibility having a little something to do with the complexity of the cannabis industry and Global's plan to up-list. $GCGX...
I've been told that on the day our shares drop into our accounts, if LOFB trades for a dollars on that day then that becomes our tax base; anybody else hear the same thing?
You're absolutely right, if that were to happen we all should band together and file a lawsuit. That said, I eventually ended up with 220 million shares of vgid before it was all said and done. Who knows, maybe I'll getting an even larger spin-off.
Now, though it's fun to think about the possibility of a larger spinoff this is a completely ridiculous conversation, it just isn't going to happen and you know it, because that would be completely unlawful... $LOFB.
Yes, I absolutely believe that Buzzy will get it done and that I will get my $LOFB shares and you will too, that is, if you are even entitled.
Agreed!
I honestly don't know where we are in the process but according to the process Buzzy put out and timeline, we are right there. I'm expecting shares to start dropping anytime now and continue to drop through the end of the month.
You know, it's funny you mention that Buzzy should be more hands on in the process of getting us our share. With Fernhill, he was running around trying to help the shareholder get their information to the TA which is not his job and certainly above and beyond. Let's just give it some time, let Buzzy and the TA do their job, and I believe everything will work out just fine.
Why all the name calling? Besides, you're biting the hand the feeds you. Go Buzzy! Go $LOFB...
Rodger that.
Well, you certainly can't compare Fernhill with Leaf of Faith any more than you can compare Buzzy to Mike. And just because you haven't got your spin-off shares yet doesn't make Buzzy a crook. In fact, you might want to blame the shareholders, perhaps even yourself if you were one those making all the complaints, and FINRA...
Why is everybody in such a rush here? After all, when we do get our $LOFB spin-off shares, and we will soon enough, then we still have to wait 6 months for the restriction to be lifted. And just when your patience is completely worn out we then need to give Medi Mike another 1 to 2 years in order to establish a Nationwide distribution, maximizing his earnings, and our potential returns!
Now, for those who can wait that long the rewards could be tremendous. In fact, I expect Medi Mike to be earning a couple million dollars per quarter by then, not per year, per quarter and that equals potentially 65 cents PPS. I think I can wait that long to retire... In fact, the timing is just about perfect to cash in a few free shares of Leaf of Faith and collect my social security at the same time... Go Medi Mike, go $LOFB...
Let me set the record straight that was an answer to a question, "what did we get for those diluted shares" that Jack was talking about. Now I've said it a thousand times, nobody has gotten shares yet and you know that... Though, any day now Cusip numbers will start dropping into our accounts.
Look in the most recent report, that block of 76 million was designated spin-off shares. Now, there was 1.6 billion shares Outstanding on the date of record 1 for 12 equals 135 million shares approximately had to be set aside for the spin-off. However, Buzzy refused his shares, about 67 million shares too since he owned about half. So there's plenty of shares in that 76 million block to go around for everybody with a few extra. So, it's already baked into the cake, our shares are part of the share structure already and now it's just a matter of time before the TA disperses them... $LOFB...
Here you go: $LOFB
https://www.instagram.com/patiencecbd/
So now you're trying to demean me for borrowing money to buy into an opportunity that looks to be successful. Wow!
Never said that... I said I will receive my spin-off shares and I also said that it's a matter of law. I don't know when but it will happen...
What I got was 13 + million shares of Leaf of Faith what you got, I don't know. What the shareholders get is twofold, the possibility of another run and the possibility of another spin-off like $LOFB such as, Hollywood Star Cuts!!!
I beg to differ, there were those who disrupted the entire conference, running around clucking like a chicken, acting like childish buffoons, not just disrespecting the CEO of our company but disrupting the very information that shareholders have been desperately in need of for months; you must not have been there...
Well that's just one man's opinion but whether or not it has any basis in fact would have to be determined by the evidence. And, since Buzzy has been investigated time and time again and because it's been determined that there has been no wrongdoing then your claim is unfounded and therefore, the onus is on you to prove otherwise. Try as you may but this cannot be tried in the Court of public opinion...
Look, this has been Buzzy's business model for quite some time now. Granted, it's unique and I understand you may not like it, hell, I'm only just figuring it out myself, how to play this. And, with so much riding on this, I too have concerns. Although, if I get my LOFB shares in the next couple of weeks then I think everything is going to turn out just fine. In any case, we will see soon enough if hitching my wagon to Buzzy's pays off. My time and effort in this has been huge, my crystal ball doesn't work very good, but everything tells me this is going to turn out to be very much worth my while. $LOFB certainly has my attention at least!
All things considered, I like Buzzy, we have had a number of conversations, and I've always considered him to be a straight shooter. And, except for this recent period of radio silence, I've always considered him to be very transparent, even once said he was like a Chatty Cathy doll because he was so proud and eager to discuss his plans with me. I hope I didn't get him in trouble because I am also very transparent.
The bottom line here is this, if you think you're going to lock Buzzy up and throw away the key, well, I've got news for you, Buzzy is likely to be around long after you and I are gone focused on his next spin-off.
$LOFB
Here here! In fact, $LOFB could be the trigger for the next VGID run!
Cap, that was a great article. Thanks for sharing.
One more thing, I assure you Buzzy has broken no laws. He has been investigated over and over and been found to be clean. He is in the clear and cleared to create his next spinoff, a masterpiece called Hollywood Star Cuts. This is another Buzzy spin-off that both you and I do not want to miss out on...
Think about what you just said, even if you took all of Buzzy's shares and then threw him in jail, well then you'd have no value whatsoever. Again, you just keep cutting off your nose to spite your face... Come on, go with the flow, play the stock the way it was meant to be played, and reap the rewards.
The only way you could possibly be genuinely angry or disgruntled is if you thought Buzzy was going to produce the next Vitamin Water, he did that already, or the next Monster beverage for vgid. But, you might as well face it, he's probably not going to do that, at least not until he's finished with this spinoff plans. So, considering, this is what we know he is going to do: he is going to create a new company called Leaf of Faith and reward the faithful shareholders with spin-off shares of $LOFB... Go Medi Mike, go Buzzy...
Oh, I assure you Mr 13 is real and when I saw VGID spike in volume 2 years ago, at that point I was all tapped out in another stock I owned, but I was undeterred and I really did borrow $35,000 and bought 80 million shares of VGID and turned those shares into 156.5 million shares held on the date of record. Now, do the spin-off math at 1 for 12 equals Mr 13. $LOFB...
Why do you keep blaming Buzzy when this is his business model? Buzzy is just doing what he does and the value is in the spin-offs. Let him do what he does best and then reap the rewards. I contend that all of you so-called disgruntled shareholders are just cutting off your nose to spite your face as it's likely that too many complaints slowed the process.
Now, it's either that or maybe you're really not so disgruntled as you make out to be. In fact, I think more likely you're just as excited as I am about this spinoff despite the fact that it's taken nearly two years! Go Buzzy, go $LOFB!
On 10-31-17 Buzzy had 815,650,000 shares which was a little more than half of the outstanding shares which at the time were 1,624,197,000. Now, there are about 3 billion outstanding and Buzzy owns just shy of 1.5 billion shares. So, you're right, Buzzy picked up another 600 million shares in the last two and a half years. Now, I suppose those shares were part in salary and part in other work that he does for the company. The rest of those shares which you call dilution were used in the art of the deal and went to clients.
Bottom line, I'm not worried about those 1.5 billion shares in the least. For instance, if I said there were 50 shareholders I bet I'd be pretty close. If 10 of those shareholders end up being whales who buy 100 million shares each, keep in mind I bought 220 million shares before it was all said and done, only had 156.5 million shares though on the date of record. Anyway, then there would only be a half a billion shares left to go around. Keep in mind also, Buzzy is not selling any of his shares, not in the foreseeable future with so many spin-offs yet to come. So the reality is, my point is, there won't be enough shares to go around and vgid will live to run again, mark my words...
Now, let me tell you also that when she ran last time it was so exciting. Man I'd love to have a couple hundred million shares for the next run because in the last one I was selling big blocks of shares, 10 million at a time and they were gobbled up so fast it would make your head spin, lots and lots of energy!
One more thing, you know better than to say that Buzzy is diluting Fernhill. Fernhill is not owned by Buzzy and neither is Leaf of Faith. If there's any diluting of Leaf of Faith it will be done by Medi Mike, the one and only owner, and I have no reason to distrust Mike in the management of his company. Finally, I have no reason to distrust Buzzy either.
That said, I wonder about FINRA though because I have work for the government my whole life. I don't think the next spin-off will take as long, although, I said that about Leaf of Faith too because I thought Fernhill should have paved the way; I was wrong. Anyway, so long as Buzzy gets it done again I think, just like last time, he will be rewarded, sort of, in that there will be another run. Go Buzzy, go Patience CBD, go Mike, go $LOFB!
Well, you can choose to believe who ever you want but facts are facts, stubborn that way, and the fact is Buzzy was long gone before Hat Trick failed... $LOFB
Okay, again, so let me get this straight, you claim that there is no date of record for Leaf of Faith, and that Buzzy, in his PRs, deliberately deceived the shareholders. Well, okay then, if that is correct, and there is in fact no Leaf of Faith spinoff then you have a case. In fact, we'd all have a case against Buzzy and the company. After all, the date of record and the shares in question are now a matter of law...
Now, if you think you have a case, you can't just claim it over and over again without proof. Just because you're having a hard time finding the date of record for $LOFB on FINRA, on a Friday night when, like many of us, have probably had a few too many beers, well, it just doesn't matter, you still have to prove it. Frankly, it's a preposterous claim and you must either prove it or stop it, the onus is on you...
So, let me get this right, you think, because it's difficult to find the date of record on The Daily List, especially for those using smartphones with browsers that don't support, that you can get away with this charade? The Date of Record is October 31, 2017... $LOFB...
You prove it, the onus is on you; show me the daily list, Date of Record, for October 31, 2017. $LOFB...
Vgid will not fail: because Buzzy needs this vehicle to spin off a bunch more new companies! $vgid... $LOFB...
You know that FINRA approved the date of record, October 31, 2017. In fact, it's a Matter of record and the law now. Furthermore, the spin-off will hit the daily list any day now when they are ready to begin distribution. You can't put the cart before the horse. Know this, it's happening and no one can stop it... $LOFB...
What the hell are you talkin about?
And the truth is, I even borrowed that $35,000, bought vgid, sold some in the run, bought some more vgid and was holding 156.5 million shares on the date of record. When it was all said and done, I sold all my vgid shares, paid back my loan, and will end up with 13 million shares, free shares, of Leaf of Faith, literally free! $LOFB...
This is just not true: Buzzy did not go to Mike, in fact, it was the other way around. Mike went to Buzzy, with a lifelong dream of his and a business plan, for help in starting his new public company; calls it his baby!
Now, Buzzy may not know much about the MJ business or CBD but Mike sure does. On the other hand Mike doesn't know much about the beverage business or starting a new company but Buzzy sure does. Together, the two teamed up and set out to start a successful new business called Leaf of Faith in the Cannabis sector. And, though it may be a little early yet, it seems Leaf of Faith is destined to be a huge success. Personally I think this new company looks exciting and potentially very successful with Medi Mike at the helm and with Buzzy's help!
About Leaf of faith: Mike's business plan had to be profitable early and scalable. And Mike had to be passionate about his business and his product: Mike, as it turns out, is very passionate about his product and also about the Cannabis sector. In fact, Mike works tirelessly promoting and educating people about the cannabis industry, particularly the medical aspect because of his own daughter if I'm remembering correctly. He hosts show after show, one practically every weekend it seems, and all across the country! Mike is an animal, even poured himself into a cartoon to promote his product and now has teamed up with Martin Archer, believe it or not, to carve out his niche, to rework his cartoon and characters before they promote Patience CBD to the nation, wow! This is unique and I think Mike may very well have found his niche; important I think in order to compete in this highly competitive cannabis industry; did I say lucrative too?
About Buzzy: everybody should know by now his business model and passion to help people successfully start new public companies. I don't pretend to know exactly how he makes money on these startups and I don't really care. I know that vgid receives a few shares, not that many, and that Buzzy could receive a lot of shares because he personally holds almost half the outstanding shares. In any case, he either refuses to accept the spin-off shares to help keep the outstanding shares in check or, and more likely, he cannot legally accept them.
Anyway, all things considered, Buzzy's passion for spinning off new companies is a win-win-win: Medi Mike wins if he successfully starts a new public company. The country wins if Buzzy and Medi Mike start up a successful new public company because so many public companies have disappeared over the past couple of decades. And we the shareholders win if Buzzy puts valuable shares in our accounts!
Bottom line, I win because Buzzy and Mike it seems are working their asses off to make me a millionaire! In fact, for every million dollars Medi Mike makes for his company puts another million dollars in my account after taxes, woohoo! Go Buzzy, go Mike, Go $LOFB!
What's with all the name calling; 2 years ago you could have bought 100 million shares of vgid between .0003 and .0004 and sold easily between .003 and .004 during the run. Then you could have bought 5 times as many shares back between .0006 and .0008 to hold for LOFB spin off. Then you could have sold all those share after the date of record between .0006 and .0008 and got all your money back, but, in the process pick up 10s of millions of shares of Leaf of Faith, woohoo!
Any day now I expect to receive my long awaited shares, 13,000,000, and by the look of it, with Medi Mike at the helm, it will have been worth the wait!!! Go Mike, go Buzzy, go $LOFB...
Well it's not the 2s they're bidding and there is a lot of interest here. The only reason to sell at .0001 is if they need a tax loss.
No, but he uses his cartoon to promote his product, Patience CBD, and it looks to me like Medi Mike has landed a contract with Martin Archer to remake his cartoon. This is a big deal and Leaf of Faith will be ready for prime time by the time our shares become trade-able in the second quarter of next year. Expecting our shares to start dropping between now and the end of the month! Can't hardly wait! Go Medi Mike, Go $LOFB...
