Come on man. I don't know of any CEO or company that releases Check amounts. That would be stupid and careless on the part of the company to release check amounts without disclosed of all related expenses. Stating a check amount would be misleading and disingenuous. Doing so would be attempting to pump stock, mislead earnings.
I would suggest to anyone no happy with a stock to move on. Stop wasting time dumping on a stock and find a better one. Does you really think you're hurting the company?? No your hurting fellow investors who have done nothing to you. If you have an issue with a stock, use the proper channels file a complaint and move on. DD will reveal your grievance to investors. Stop with the useless banter on ihub. All you do is drive up the message board count and make it more attractive on ihub. So again are you really hurting the stock or the CEO (who you have the problem with)????
Why are you so pissed? Seriously? Fill us in on why you post what you post. What happened to make you so bitter?
How do you know anyone got this information earlier?
Are you on the bbda mailing list for news updates?
Who got this supposed insider information?
Do you think a firm is dumb enough to email insider info?
Insider info is almost always given via phone. Got any wire taps!
Whats good about the news posted? I'll tell you one thing. I like the fact that the firm has a out-of-house firm that does their financials. I know many people will scream about it being unaudited.. LOOK, the big sign of a legit company is one that hires someone else to do their financials. Think about it, if the financials are later audited and gross mistakes are made its brings into question the CPA firm that did the statements. ABOT is setting itself up like a real bonofied company!
I'll be buying more shares myself.
I think this one will pay dividends over the long haul and worth the wait.
Him and every other company (needs operating capital).
So why do you think they wrote off 1.3 million in assets a few days ago? I'm not disagreeing with you just trying to make sense out of that asset write down.
Interesting. I too was wondering about the 43-101. If nothing else they are upfront about their reasoning. That's a plus that they answer questions. This one just might make us all a lot of money!!
Good job asking the question and posting the answer.

GYST, $100 Million in gold, only 179 Mil. O/S.
This could be what me and my buddy call a life changer. This firm appears to be making the right moves: Keeping investors up to date with real news, and no dillution.
I don't think anyone seriously thinks this is the Long awaited commercial. The girl in video is a self promoter that does several stunts like this to
Build "her" brand.
In any event all it will do is allow bbda to draw on her fan base and spread the word. Historically, relaxation drinks target young hip people in general.
OH I heard the rumor on here about buyout but that doesn't make it credible. Thats all I'm saying.
I agree with you regarding reorder are necessary.
I'm just saying we have to not fly off the deep end regarding rumors on IHUB. Its IHUB! That could be anyone starting that including a 12 year old just having fun! LOL
Thats all I'm saying.
T.
Rumors rumors! I'm not sure where people get the rumors from. People should just sit back and analyze whats presented not whats not presented. I heard nothing about a rumor. Sure it would have been nice to have a buyout, but I had not such expectation.
Come on folks.
That's what I say! More stores more sales. Not sure why people are saddened by news of more distributorship???
What where you expecting?
No I doubt that. The statements show a write off of I've 1 million. That appears to be the value of pipeline according to what everyone had said here. It could be that the write-off was something else but who knows.
First of all, You can't compare coke and pepsi (two biggest beverages on the planet) to a upstart firm with little brand recognition.
Second, if you called the office and got information, please post it. I don't see you logic in not reporting it but you constantly bash the stock and say I told you so every time there's a down day. Why post negative comments but not your emails from the walmarts? I don't get it.
I appreciate good verifiable or in the good spirit of good DD from anyone. If we stuck to this rather than flame wars, we would all be making more money.
This is the first I've heard I'd it. Did Roy mention this as a goal earlier? I've only been invested a few months now.
Im just sayng what I saw on their website. They said how difficult it was to sell a pipeline as its costly and they were abundant in that area.
Hope its in a city where there is a major college (E. Lansing, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo). I firmly believe that college kids would eat this stuff up. Too bad timing isn' right. It would be great if they could get a tent and do some promo give aways at Michigan States homecoming next weekend.
Meijers would be great! Definitely a cut above Walmart and Kmart in terms of quality but a step below Target. As stated they are more regional. I lived in MI for 6 years and thats where people shop in MI. They definitely have the market in MI.
They changed their asset value from 1.5 million to 300K. The asset was impaired. They took the hit. This might be important since what was attractive about the firm was the fact that it had zero debt and the pipeline valued at 1.5 million. Now this doesn't mean that they can't still sell it for a Gazillion dollars, but it does mean that as of now it has no market value.
Go to their website. It has a note from management stating the difficulty in selling an asset like a pipeline, especially where there are numerous other ones for sale or lease.
Thats how I interpret things. You should review the info and make up your mind as to your next step.
Im new to this stock but it looks like he is simply focusing on the business. PR's are great for flippers and swing traders. IF he shows good financials and keeps up with the filing requirements, then Im happy. It would be steady flow to the top if all goes well.
Its great idea and it's getting attention in a few states. Only negative I see is that they are somewhat restricted by politics. They appear to be banking on getting laws change that will make their product mandatory. If it happens great! If not he has to go door to door which will take longer.
We can hope but their share structure is about 1/3 of ours. It will be interesting to see if they PR any news.
You shouldn't even play like that. LoL. I would settle for a distributorship at a major university or small gym.
Are you thnking news is coming or just a technical move?
Not necssarily. Keep in mind that BBDA outsources their product so basically the bulk of accounting will be bills from manufacturer and checks from stores for sales. There is not receiving, shipping, hardly any payroll, and a small number of vendors -like maybe 2-3 etc.
The audit will ensure that checks were deposited and show up in the sales revenue account. They'll do things like make sure the firm took the discount when it said it did when it pays its vendors, etc. There's not a lot to a audit like this. Its process oriented. It's not going to go and verify that vedor exists or try to prove revenue exists. It will verify that the revenue collected and expenses paid were classified correctly and handled in a manner consistent with GAAP.
A business audit is not the same as a individual audit. The IRS traces EVERYTHING for the past 5 years. A financial audit will simply collect a few transactions (based on sales of the firm) and make sure they were properly accounted for.
Again because this is a firm that outsources everything, there is not a lot to it to be honest. I agree as I have stated arleady that doesn't hurt, but the absence of one(audit) doesn't mean its a scam and the presence of an audit doesn't mean its legit (ENRON, WorldCom and others). Further, Every firm will have "findings". That is, something that doesn't follow GAAP. No firm is immune from small errors. I've worked for some of the biggest companies in the world (Internation Paper, Kimberly Clark) and trust me they all have audit findings every year. Some of them were major too! It didn't make those companies any less legit.
Hope this helps.
I would agree we need that. I am simply saying that audits alone don't do it. It's a piece and in the world of Pinks, a luxury. Honestly I wouldn't expect an audit from BBDA until the end of next year if things go well. At that point, the operation will be well on its way and reveunes and such warrant the audit. Right now the firm has product in 80 walmarts and a host of smaller stores. In the grand scheme of things that's nothing.
Let's agree to disagree (partially). We have both made our points and to continue would not be fruitful to anyone on the board or ourselves. I'm busy trying to identify new companies to invest in.
About Auditied Financials.
OK I have seen and read this all over IHUB. LOOK FOLKs. Audited financials DO NOT infer a reputabale company (i.e., Enron, World Com, etc). Likewise, lack of audited financials does not infer a scam, etc.
Most Pink companies are one or two person shops. They have to pay to have someone do the accounting (and pay for) and they must at some point have them audited (again paid for and typically can't be the same firm that does the books).
I know someone that operates a consumer product company that is carried in hundreds of Walmarts and Cub stores. He does his own accounting and makes it work just fine. Lack of audited financials doesn't make him a crook or operator of a scam.
Can we please stop with it already. If you don't like an investment, then don't invest in it.
What are you talking about. Look at L2. 7's are where we'll be at today.
If the sum of all estimated future cash flows is less than the carrying value of the asset, then the asset would be considered impaired and would have to be written down to its fair value. Once an asset is written down, it may only be written back up under very few circumstances.
Thus is appears that IRCE has written down/off the pipeline. This could just be them following the letter of the law and/or acknowledging that the market is hard to define and thus a value on the piplelien is impossible. It doesn't mean the the the sale of the pipeline isn't going to happen. Granted it would be better if there was a market for the pipleine and future cash flows were obtainable.
Each investor must decide if they want to stay in at this point and see what happens. Given their postin on their website about the difficulty of selling a pipeline in an area that has many, I would suggest -as always- only risk what you can afford to loose.
Good luck to all.
T.
Thanks!
Who should we be looking for on this list?
"BeBevCo CEO Brian Weber said, "After a slow start with current distribution partners in the New York metropolitan area, BeBevCo has determined it is in the best interests of the company and its products to maximize distribution of the company's products with not any single distributor, but rather a massive network of motivated retailers, jobbers, and small and medium sized distributors."
We just saw over 10 firms suspended for false or misleading financials or PR's. Do we really think that BBDA is putting out fake PR's after such a event? Seriously? If you have reliable, verifiable news, please do post it, otherwise, please lets stop with all the hype and bashing. If you don't like the stock, then don't invest in it.
It looks like BBDA is now going to invade NY with the company.
Could be. Looks like some conversion/dilluting going on. Just takes time for it to play out and get to normal.
I think for some of us, we have seen this happen to a stock before. I personally have seen it with CGFI# that went no bid then the bid came back, followed by a R/S.
For others it is pure optimism and for some still it could be because there is no negative news associated with the firm. It not like the stock has been suspended, in which case there would be no bid and no ask.
Could be there was some dilution and it may have maxed out the A/S?? I really don't know. Hopefully we will know something on Monday or Tuesday.
There is always the possiblity that this is dead, but I would bet against it given there is no negative news associated with the firm.
IMO.
Actually, if you research the industry, the way to market this product initially is via small stores, gas stations, urban environments, etc. walmart is great but I someone that sells their product via Walmart its hard work and the money isn't printed the way that people think. People will get introduced to the product via smaller stores and once hooked, will go to Walmat to buy in bulk. Thats one way this works. May other stratedgies.
Thanks for the posting. Now each of us has a responsibility to review this and determine our position. Thanks for the information.
The problems isn't BW doing interviews, the issues is US. He is trying different mediums to spread the word to different audiences. The key is to get the word out and keep working distributions deals. The financials will come. It takes time for Walmart to pay its vendors and that's not likely to show up until the end of the year realistically. WE keep insisting that each time he speaks he needs to have somme earth shattering news and thats just not possible. Those that keep insisting they are long on this stock should keep in mind that long means one year or more. As long as the distribution deals keep coming, we have great hope.
Would you mind sharing more about where you found his criminal record? This is vital information that we should know and be able to verify. What crime, what state?
Looks like they lowered. Other ask are sitting at .51
