Where does it states the shares adjust, I didn't see. Post it if it does. My apologies if I am wrong.
The more I dig into this, Damage was better off going to Al Capone for the a loan. Do you guys realize what he just did. He issued 45 million shares at a price of .07, ok, no big deal. But he also issued 90 million in warrants at an exercise price of .08. post split. I say again post split.
This is what will happen. He will do the reverse spilt at .08, 4 either 5 to 1. the price will be between .20-30. The warrants are exercisable at .08, they will short it down to .08, exercise the warrants and be done.
Sell know, cut your losses and move on. End of story. Innovus is dust.
Now, this has become quite interesting, someone just bought 20% of the company, 45 million shares, they are now the majority holder of shares in the company. All of Damages shares plus the Boards and Executives don't add up to 45 million. It will be virtually impossible for someone to short 45 million shares at .07,on the OTC market, so that is out of the question. For them to be able to unload 45 million shares when the average daily volume is 500k will be very, very hard to do with an OTC stock where there is nothing but retail investors. I need some time to think this through.
I an thinking buyout of some kind. Very interesting.
Keep dreaming all you want about a 1.00 share buyout, never happen, 6 months they will be out of business, no bankruptcy, they will just shut doors. Mark this post.
Now you know why Apricus Biosciences fired Damage.
Esber was on the Board of Directors, when Damage got fired Esber resigned. He and Esber are tight, you are barking up the wrong tree if you think Esber will ever get rid of Damage
Damage, Esber, Vivian Liu, Berhuertlz, they are all from the same tree. CROOKS
Told you so, sell now and get out what you can or you will lose your entire investment.
Told you so, Wash, Rinse, Repeat. That was their game with Apricus Biosciences, that is their game now.
You wouldn't believe some of the bonehead moves they did with Apricus. The three stooges have more brains than these guys.
Want a good laugh, read this, I am LMFAO
Team - as I had stated earlier, I sent a tough note to Randy Berholtz about SeeThruEquity (STE) as well as the million dollar annual compensation for the CEO. I asked Randy to comment on Innovus' relationship with STE and what their plan was for the future. I also expressed my frustration with the CEO accruing a million dollar salary (per income statement) while the company was not even profitable. So my questions were pointed and here is Randy's response I just received a few minutes ago. I will attest that Randy Berholtz, in my view, is a solid professional with a lot of integrity and I am glad he is part of the senior management team in San Diego.

Syd,
Thanks for your e-mail.
We have been advised by the OTC Market that SeeThruEquity has just been placed on their Prohibited List and based on this decision, we will not be working with them. It is our understanding, however, that SeeThruEquity works with many companies on Nasdaq, NYSE, the OTC Markets and other markets.
It is also our understanding that SeeThruEquity discloses any relationship between a company and their entity in their research report’s disclosure section.
Re the executive compensation, our executive compensation has been approved by our board of directors and was approved in 2016 through our proxy by a shareholder advisory vote at that time. Please refer to our filings on sec.gov website for the actual voting results.
Thanks for being a “long investor” in the company. We are doing the best we can to increase revenues, profitability and shareholder value.
All the best,
---Randy
Damage has backed himself into a corner he can't get out. He will not increase outstanding shares because who will want to do the equity financing on a .10 stock. No one, be even hard for the big boys to do that and short, warrants mean nothing, they make their money on the short. He will do a reverse split of 10-1, get the price to a 1.00, then do the equity financing, then the big boys will short it down to .20, .02 pre-split. I will let the big boys do all the work for me. Happens all the time.
That conference call and pr was the biggest joke i have ever seen and heard in my life. Record revenue but record losses. I still can't keep LMFAO. Damage must think investors don't read balance sheets. He has to be the dumbest, not only CEO but person i have ever witnessed in my life. Short 3.2 million shares now, not short Innovus Pharmaceuticals but short Damage and Berholtz. They make the three stooges look like Einsteins.LMFAO.
Insiders who don't buy their own stock tells you how much they think it is worth. A big fat ZERO,00000000000, get the point.
Damage did the same thing at Apricus. He and his buddies ran the board, see what happened to them.
Dollar share price at the end of the year. Double LMFAO. I missed a nickel by a quarter. The stock price was .15 before the last earnings report, it is at .10 now, it will be a nickel after this report. Really LMFAO now.
The only team Damage takes it for is his own team which is the other crooks on the Board. Check out their history with Apricus Bioscience.
You will see when Q3 comes out.
Where is that pre-announcement you were anxiously looking for. LMFAO again.
8-9 mill you said. I say again LMFAO.
Seems to me you are very nervous and unsure about your investment. LMFAO.
Did it ever cross your mind, Q3 is horrible, that is why no early release. But then again, you guys are living in a fantasy world.
You guys are going to get burned, big time. Do you really think DAMAGE cares about retail investors. Didn't at Apricus, doesn't give a squat here. You will see.
Why don't you call him, are you not golfing buddies. LMFAO.
Why not go to the investor conference and tell people all the great things he is doing. Oh, I forgot, he just want's to keep it between he and you. Really LMFAO now.
CEO's go to investor conferences to showcase their company and tell potential investors why they should invest in their company. Dr. Damage was to busy traveling. LOL. What was he hiding or didn't want potential investors to here?
So the 1.00 share price is out for the end of the year, the Nasdaq listing is also done for. Now they are hoping for a buyout the first of the year of .50. Yeah right.
FYI, Damage instituted the poison pill while at Apricus in order not to get bought out so he and the rest of his buddies could go on keeping their 500k salary and bonus.
Sure, I would by a company whose platform loses money, products that don't sell, yep I sure would by that company.
Don't let those crooks at Innovus fool you, if they believed 1/10 of what they are telling you, they would be buying shares on the open market.
Are they? Not, would you?
Damage couldn't manage a 5 cent corner lemonade stand.
Do you people finally believe me know.
Never will happen in a million years, I have 2mill shorts shares against, will gradually increase to 2.5 then 3mill. Watch and see. Don't say I didn't tell you so.
Rinse, Wash, Repeat, Rinse, Wash, Repeat.
You da man Damage, short 2 mill shares now. I'm in the money, I'm in the money.
My protection is spelled DAMAGE. Check out his history with Apricus Biosciences. You would be short too.
You obviously havn't done your DD on Damage.
Considering I am short 1.8 mill shares at .17, I am very, very, very confident in my short.
Obviously no one on the board has done their DD on Damage in the past, if you did, you would be short also.
This stock will never see .15 again. Go ahead and keep pumping and wishing, I will keep shorting. You obviously didn't do any research into Damage. HE is doing the same thing at Innovus he did at Apricus, and what happened, HE GOT FIRED.Won't happen here though, he got his buddies all around him to protect him. I know the truth though.
Do some research into Damage's past with Apricus Biosciences. You will sell and short just like me. Just do a little research. Rinse, Wash, Repeat. That is his game.
This stock will never see .14.
Remember how Damage got his name? DAMAGE.
Just go back and review his tenure with Apricus Biosciences. He and the other overpaid bozo Randy Buerholtz ran them into the ground. Same BOD.
Sell and short, only way to get your money back.
If you knew Damage's past with Apricus you would be short like me. How do you think he got the name Damage.LOL
Damage is throwing crap at the walls and hopes something sticks, well it is not. He did the same thing at Apricus and got fired. Doing the same thing here but he has his buddy as Chairman of the Board and buddies as members of the Board. Nothing you can do.
Short the hell out of this pig and get your money back, it is the only way.
Do you know who the CEO of Apricus was before Damage? Vivian Liu. Name sound familiar. LMFAO.
Resign is a polite way of being fired.
Apricus Biosciences Announces Management Changes
Bassam Damaj, Ph.D., to Step Down, Steve Martin, CFO, Appointed Interim CEO
SAN DIEGO, Nov. 6, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apricus Biosciences, Inc. ("Apricus Bio" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:APRI) (http://www.apricusbio.com) announced today that Bassam Damaj, Ph.D., has resigned as a Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and that Steve Martin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed interim Chief Executive Officer. The changes are effective immediately. The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors has retained an executive recruiting firm to assist in identifying a permanent Chief Executive Officer whose experience is expected to include significant background in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
Rusty Ray, Chairman of the Board, commented, "On behalf of the Apricus Bio Board, I would like to thank Bassam for his leadership and contributions to the Company, particularly during a challenging time in its history. We wish him luck in his future endeavors. Apricus Bio is moving into a new chapter in its development, one that will continue to be defined by global regulatory and commercial milestones and success. It is the Board's goal to appoint a Chief Executive who can help realize the significant value of our assets, including Vitaros®, Femprox® and our NexACT® pipeline, during this important time."
Mr. Ray added: "We have confidence that Steve is both highly qualified and experienced to serve as interim Chief Executive Officer, and the Board looks forward to working closely with him and the senior management team during this transition period."
C'mon Damage, do a reverse split, will make a ton of money with the shorts
All you guys in the red, that is the only way you will get your money back.
If you knew the history with these BOZO's at Apricus, trust me you would have never invested in this junk.
Yes, I am short, this stock will never see .18 again let alone .20. I warned you, get out know and take your losses or short like I have done.
Don't say I didn't warn you.
You guys have to admit, this is pretty funny.
You also have to admit Damage and his crew are pretty stupid to think they could fool the guys on Wall Street. They must not think these guys read financial statements. They must think wall street only goes by press releases. Too funny.
Oh by the way, hey Damage thanks for all you have done for me. I shorted from .17, I thought I should have covered at .10, but after the reverse split I won't cover at all until they file chapter 13. Yippee.
Should have waited until after earnings and you could have bought it for a nickel and lowered your cost basis even more. Market Makers know everything watch and learn. Revenues under 3.0 mill. No repeat customers, prices are too high, products are garbage.
But the telling tale are ZERO insider purchases.
MARK THIS POST.
I will put it real simple, if Damage does not come out and pre-announce revenues on Monday 7/2 and waits until 8/15 to announce, revenues are in the tank. The idiot put a noose around his neck for pre-announcing Q1.Going forward, he will always have to pre-announce because he did it in the past. If he doesn't revenues suck.
FYI-no manipulation. you can't fool the Market Makers, only retail investor's like yourself.
Damage was fired from Apricus Biosciences. Did you guys know that.
Damage was a crook with Bioquant, an even bigger crook with Apricus Biosciences and a even bigger bigger crook with Innovus, this is going to .02. Watch and see.
