#4 on Breakout Board
14 new board marks since yesterday evening!
Great News!
Gap and FLY
ITNS
Yes, and as soon as all the brokers update their entries for RSSFF so that it reflects the latest exchange and name changes, we will see even more upward movement.
TDA still shows a CUSPID number instead of symbol and I'm hearing that many other brokers aren't trading yet since the name/symbol change. Once these problems get worked out….look out!
RSSFF
I think on it's own it might have caused some selloff but coupled with the other news, I don't think too many people care about the MJ angle right now.
ITNS
I'm new here. Bought a few shares last week at .0073. Very exciting news today!
Looking forward to tomorrow

In other words, "I wanted to get in at a lower PPS ao I said anything I thought would bring the price down"

Maines, it seems like you are prepared to be either be disappointed with what they tell us or to call it BS. That doesn't leave much room for a good outcome.
What could they say that you would believe and would also make you happy?
Why hold shares here if you can't trust management and believe that whatever they say will be either bad news or BS?
I appreciate your DD, just wondering what positives you see here because right now you seem to be painting an ugly picture in your mind about management.
FLPC
Good morning RSSF!!! Looking to be a great day here!
One thing is for sure, now that the company has said it intends to communicate and be transparent as it was 6 months ago, there better be information about the mill in the 10Q or the CC. If not, there will be a big exodus here and Tradeinmans prediction of .0001 will come to fruition.
FLPC
If you had wrote that a couple of weeks ago I might have been more inclined to agree with you, but after their latest PR, it seems like they are listening and are attempting to dial things back to the way they used to communicate with us. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for now and see what transpires over the next few weeks with the 10Q and CC.
FLPC
I agree. Huge over reaction here. People were already frustrated and then just focused on the one line in the PR which alluded to a share increase and didn't bother to take in the rest of what was said.
AMy situation is similar to yours JJ. Bought here with MJ profits, had a nice run, then kept buying more on the way down. Wish I had waited. All the .02s could have got me a lot more shares.
FLPC
You got that right!
FLPC
Nice one Pit. That made me lol. Seriously. Too funny.
FLPC
I was using "giving up" in the way that Tradeinman and others have been using it to describe how they believe management is feeling towards the company. They don't believe that management cares anymore and has given up.
I do agree with you that there are some things they should give-up and if you look at the latest PR there is at least one major thing they are giving up. Most importantly they are giving up on their lack of communication the past 6 months (or at least that is their claim).
I think any time you are fast tracking something there is a good possibility that it will seem haphazard.
As far as inconsistencies in PR's, it kinda makes sense since they just scrapped the plan they had for the past 6 months and are trying something totally new. It's difficult to explain what your doing if you aren't quite sure what you're doing ;)
Waiting to hear more in the 10Q and CC.
FLPC
I understand the disappointment but the fact is that our management team HAS made a difference. Without them we would still be on the slow track to fencemaker being opened for another year or two.
The fact that the ore shipment didn't go well is testament that sometimes fast tracking things doesn't work so well and mistakes get made.
IMO, we are still way ahead of schedule here as long as the mill gets going this year.
The biggest harm to us is the dilution and possible increase in AS. I'm not happy about that but I'm waiting for the 10Q and conference call to find out more.
Also, I have to say that while I have great empathy for people that are losing money here, anyone who puts their life savings into a penny stock isn't thinking very clearly. Hopefully there aren't too many out there who would do that, or who did do that here without knowing the risk involved.
FLPC
Yes, definitely, but if it had worked out we would be way ahead of the game right now. They were trying to do the right thing and pay for the mill with raw ore but it backfired.
We are still way ahead of the game with Fencemaker open, even if not in production at the moment. We could have had to wait several years just to get that open.
Again, lots of questions still need to be answered and I;m not defending the state of things so much as trying to keep us level headed here and not just emotional panic.
FLPC
I know it's frustrating but I honestly don't think management has given up or is just recklessly diluting down to .0001 to milk every cent out of us.
If you read the latest PRs it's obvious they know they made some mistakes and are trying to recover but they still seem focused on getting things on track again.
Of course there are lots of questions still to be answered and I''m certainly not totally gung ho but to make it sound like there is no value here seems equally uninformed.
I think the biggest problem was that they tried to fast track the ore shipments in the same way they did to get Fencemaker up and running so quickly.
If they had succeeded, as they did with Fencemaker, we would be singing their praises, but there was a lot of risk involved and this time it didn't play to our favor.
The mistakes are going to cost us a little bit but once the mill is up and running there is no reason we should be anywhere near this level.
Sell if you must but I'm buying this fear and waiting for the bounce.
FLPC
Wonderful blog entry. This is my favorite part:
"The fact is this company is not sitting back and rolling the dice on medical marijuana, it has boldly built a dream team of experts to not only grow marijuana but build an empire around the industry that could lead to a global industrialization of marijuana.
In the future other companies may be hiring this dream team to try to get their foot in the door for the billions of dollars expected to flood into the industry. The beauty of the Affinor story does not end at marijuana and reaches into high yield growing operations for strawberries and lettuce as well it may have a grand master plan to be a leader in agriculture period."
Heck yeah! We should see some nice movement this week! I'm betting on Dollarland!!!
We are at 47 board marks right now. Looking to see that number grow along with our share price.
RSSFF
I like your optimism my friend. I tend to take a more conservative view and given what we know now, I think this will perform more like ATTBF than Tweed (which is still pretty darn great as ATTBF hit $2.80). Of course getting our license would be a game changer and all bets are off then. Who knows what other surprises they have in store for us as well.
Yes, I'm aware of where AFI has been. I was just clarifying that no one bought RSSFF at .125.
It was a minor discrepancy.
RSSFF
Other than the FACT that this is the exact opposite of what management has said, other than that… great job? lol
It's obvious that Fuzz N Buzz brands (CWIR) is the main focus for Hudson and Grande. They've said it and all the evidence points to it. Anything else is either ignorance or outright lies.
CWIR
yup, a lot of eyes watching this one. We obviously hit some scanners with the huge drop this week and being WAY oversold.
Should get a nice bounce at some point soon.
FLPC
Growing fast! I was the 8th person to like their page just a couple of weeks ago and now they are at 249!

I think I see this more similar to ATTBF at this point than Tweed since we don't have an MMPR license yet and Tweed does. We still have room to run but probably won't hit $3 until we get our grow license or show some serious progress on growing other produce.
Also, are you talking about AFI or RSSFF? I know it's the same company and the same shares but I just want to be clear that RSSFF has never traded at $0.125. I believe the lowest we've been is .28.
I'm not trying to pick a fight, just want to be clear.
RSSFF
Nope, plenty of Antimony in the mine, just no mill to make it profitable yet.
We crashed hard on the possibility of an increase in the AS as referred to in the latest PR.
Good job selling where you did. You can more than double your position at these levels.
FLPC
Let's create a list of questions to ask at the CC. Here are a few to get us started. Please add to this list.
1. What value has Murdock added. What , specifically have they done for us?
2. What is the projected cost of the new mill?
3. Where are we at as far as securing financing for the mill?
4. When can we expect permits to be completed and when can we expect construction of the mill to begin?
5. When can we expect the mill to be operational?
6. If we were to agree to an AS increase, what, SPECIFICALLY, would the money be used for?
Nice! We are moving to OTC:QB status from Pink - Current information!
RSSFF
I guess we now know why they didn't want to spend the extra money to go to the World Antimony Forum ;)
FLPC
You're a little late to the Pissed Off Shareholders Party ;)
You are correct that we have known for quite some time that we need a mill.
What has changed is the urgency for the mill. Prior to the trial shipments, many of us (Including management I believe) thought that it might be profitable to sell ore to generate revenues while the mill was being built. The fact that that didn't pan out is in large part the reason for our crisis mode today.
Also, lots of great questions for the CC about why we are spending money on offices when it could go towards a mill.
FLPC
It's ok, I was thinking I might buy some more shares but I probably shouldn't anyway.
RSSFF
Yes, that's where I'm seeing the N/A, In trade architect. No symbol or quote.
GO4, I understand your frustration. I think if I had as much as you and your group invested here I would have lost my patience a long time before you did.
Still, I think until we have all the details, it's difficult to say whether Arabia is a good move or not.
At this point, I can see your point about buying a Porche when we can only afford a bicycle. Though I'd like to believe more along the lines of what Thinman posted about the value of the gold and silver in addition to the antimony at Arabia.
The cost to bring in a bigger mill might be small when weighted against the advantage offered by having two mines going with Antimony and other minerals, PLUS revenues from milling ore from other mining companies in the area. Sometimes spending just a little more can make things HUGELY more profitable.
It's obvious that mistakes were made but it's my belief that this was caused by the same fast track process that got fencemaker up and running so quickly. Only this time it backfired on us.
The idea of a AS increase scares me and it confuses me why we need one at this juncture when there is still quite a bit of the current AS available. One of the many questions that will have to be answered.
Personally, I'm holding out for the 10Q and CC before I pass too much judgement though.
FLPC
Interesting, my TDA L2 shows N/A where RSSFF should be and no quote.
I'm glad it's working for some.
:)
RSSFF
Are all of you able to trade RSSFF today? On TDA I'm just seeing numbers and no L2. Getting ready for name symbol change. Can't trade it today.
RSSFF
Hmm, I only see it listed as a name change on the OTC website:
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?d=05/29/2014&mkt_ctg=ALL
Yeah, those MMs can be frustrating.
At least you're getting your shares at a good price. If they let it run you might be paying a lot more. There is probably some pressure on them to keep it in line with what's going on on the Canadian side as well.
RSSFF
wow, level-headed Pitman! Nice to meet you! :)
I agree. It's way too soon to be screaming BK.
FLPC
Thank you Thinman! This is EXACTLY what I've been thinking but was unable to post yesterday after using up my 15 posts.
There is plenty of reason to be disappointed here but it's pretty clear that FLPC isn't a scam (as a couple have insinuated). They got Fencemaker up and running by fast tracking it and saved us a ton of money. Then they tried to fast teak the shipping process as well by not waiting for the mill. Unfortunately that didn't work out as well. Anytime things are fast tracked there is a risk.
We are still WAY AHEAD of where we would be if they hadn't fast tracked fencemaker
Get your questions ready for the CC folks.
