Yes sounds right I remember the thread was frustrated at the time
If memory serves me didn't it take until December of last year to get the FERC to extend their application. Hopefully it will be sooner this time around.
Like people want to read the same old broken record ....... why don't you tell us how many shares you have again
With the increase of LNG prices is Delfin still going to be able to keep total capital costs around 500-550 $/ton for just 3.5 MTPA FLNG Vessels?
Just trying to ask some questions never said I was an expert NP I will drop out. GL
It probably is a lot more intelligent rather than talk about the company itself and try to understand the timeline, to tell ones account value and the price go down to slap the ask to ones self in the middle of the night.
Are you thinking they are already in line to get FLNG or waiting for FID to order FLNG. I don't know how long it takes to build one, but if they don't order until FID decision I would think it could be a few years. What do you think timeline to receive FLNG
Makes sense
Dave I don't disagree with what you are saying what I was referring to in the article was the delivery of FLNG's in 2024. You can't convert to LNG without the FLNG.
It sounds to me that Delfin is a long ways off to supply LNG
I didn't realize that, I assumed the ship sailed and off loaded, it shows how much I know about LNG. So then will their customers (say China) own the ships or is there a middle man. Do you know how long it takes to convert the natural gas to LNG for loading? Thanks
Not sure what everyone is planning when this RM happens, whether take profits and run (nothing wrong with that), sell some keep the rest etc. Personally my plan is the second. When I went out searching there are 3-4 offshore projects (maybe more) already in the works with more planned like Delfin. Depends where you go but there is 22 projected FLNG vessels by 2022. Thinking out loud Delfin is starting with one FLNG then adding from there. So you fill a FLNG take it to China or wherever and wait until it gets back. All that time your facilities are lying dormant. I wonder if Delfins ultimate plans (if FLNG technology takes off) is to also fill other companies vessels. They have unlimited supply to natural gas, pay spot prices for gas, upcharge their fee and send ships on there way. This way their facilities can be at or near capacity. Any thoughts?
It would be a great PR along with the RM. We are currently on track with Samsung Heavy Industries to have the first FLNG vessel available in September of 2021. It is okay to dream.
Dave do you think there is any chance that Delfin is already building their FLNG ships? I mean they are a private company they don't have to report anything to the public. Could there be any chance in your opinion that the parent company is funding the FLNG ship since it has such a long lead time? I'm probably way off base here just a thought.
You are correct I don't buy OTC stocks except TGLO way back in the spring of 2018. When I looked at their rules, funds are available for trading before they are cleared but you cannot buy stocks under $5.00 until funds are cleared . I didn't know that thanks for the heads up.
With TD Ameritrade you can ACH transfer money and it is immediately available for trading, but it takes 3-4 business days to clear if you say want to transfer to another account.
I haven't posted in quite a while wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I'm really encouraged from all your posts, a lot of enthusiasm, I hope we all are rewarded very soon. Take care!!
At least their getting in the news
I will put my 2 cents in on that if you don't mind. I have always said they will do a RS at the time of the RM there are too many shares outstanding once they RM they have to show EPS, how they going to do that with 441 mil shares. I also believe they will issue new shares at some point for proceeds. I believe it takes 2-3 years to get up and running so they will be bleeding money. As far as doing the RS at the time of acquiring the shell. Even though the share price would go up proportionally to the RS the stock price would have eroded do to lack of action. Just my 2 cents.
I'm still here and invested. I haven't posted for along while nothing really to add enjoy following the thread. Every few weeks I get on here and lately a lot, it seems posts are increasing which is good. I don't know when it started but I'm encouraged by the change in X's sentiment. I don't know what happened to warrant this change, but glad it happened. X let me know if you want.
Agreed too much going their way to sell this stock.
After posting my last post, time to get to business. I feel with recent events starting months ago with the hire of CFO Ivor Macleod the tide was going to turn for ATHX. Then months later with the hiring of Maia Hansen, the wheels started turning. They would not quit highly successful jobs and come to ATHX if they didn't know what the future held. The two trials for ARDS (400 people) and Trauma (150) people really speaks for itself. The FDA doesn't approve trials if there wasn't something there. The share offering while dilutive I think is a good thing, ATHX needs money and $50 million is a good amount. Trials cost money. Now the next thing we would like to see is BARDA funding this would be the icing on the cake. All IMO
I haven't been on this board for awhile. I usually check the Yahoo message board. After catching up on posts here it is clear that bigboard is the same person as Big on Yahoo. I usually don't like to mute people because I want to hear both sides of a stock. When someone only says negative things you have to look at their motive and what they bring to the table. In his case nothing so mute it is, I just wished I muted him before I went through all those posts as 85% were his. I muted Big on Yahoo along time ago.
Vee very good point, the last thing we want is for this to happen and nobody cares.
Which even if you wanted to sell to take the loss you couldn't with the cold freeze. Yes I would much rather this pan out.
Dugie I was one of those bag holders and still there, I didn't follow it when it was unfrozen from the arctic I had wrote it off. I have to agree with Lumpy here, there is no reason at this point to not believe Rubin. Except for not answering a few emails (to me is a waste of his time but that is me) he has given a time frame explained why and now wait and see. As far as PR's I have said before PR what SFIO, who knows SFIO except us. If the RM and ticker change happen then it is PR time, if not at least I'll be able to take my loss which I wasn't able to do during the deep freeze.
Do they have an Investors Relation Dept? Betta4U is a private company.
I have always been an advocate for RS with over 600 mil shares I think they have too. As you know with a RS your share count versus price ratio stays the same. You are also correct about after a RS the stock price tends to decay, but I don't think it has to if Bernard goes about it correctly. Most stocks on the NYSE or Nasdaq RS in order to stay listed and they tend to decay because the stock price is low because of the poor fundamentals of the company. If they can get their name out there with Wall Street it can be successful. I have to think, his ultimate goal would be to get out of the pennies and up list. IMO
Lumpy what do you think their avenues (after RM) would be to raise money other than a RS then do a share offering?
Seems like something is up
Personally I don't think it is a scam I think it is a matter of whether they decide to go thru with the RM. Which I believe depends on what it takes to make SFIO current with the SEC and the cost to do that.
Yes volume drying up awaiting news like a coiled spring ....... POP!!
Personally I'm okay with their latest PR, it is taking longer than expected but their still pursuing it. I imagine there is a lot to cleanup for the SEC. They said during the 1st quarter and in coming weeks, the waiting game continues.
I have to admit I'm baffled with this latest PR who would be selling this stock no matter how cheap they got it, you have to think it will run at some point unless you think Rubin is lying. I don't have L2 but it makes me wonder if the MM's have gobbled up so many shares the last few months that they have so much inventory to keep the price down. Any thoughts?
Yeah I don't have any choice it has to sky rocket from here to make me whole..... will wait and see.
Work n Hard I'm for sure not one to tell you your business, but if my theory is right when "I'm not going to buy back in, until he gets something concrete done." his getting it done will be 8K ticker change major announcements you will be too late my friend.
The only thing that can stop this is the SEC and lets hope that isn't the case. As I have said in the past, when they have everything ready there will be a barrage of PR's starting with 8K and ticker change (don't waste it under SFIO ticker). We should see a few days of news to drive the new company forward up and away. Now everyone be patient then light this candle!!
Yeah right there with you, you have to laugh to keep from crying. :)
Here we are again the newbies wanting to get rich and the bag holders just wanting to get well again and maybe make something …. the saga goes on.
True but if their going to put out a PR in a few days, what do you think they are going to say. They shouldn't waste any good news on SFIO ticker
