My DD on this company has nothing to do with whether the company itself is legit - it strictly has to do with making money. It's all about getting in at the right point and selling before you lose.
NIAS - I have done a fair amount of DD and I would like to know what others think.
The CEO James Miller had prior involvement with IVAY and had a lawsuit involving him. It seems that things have changed regardless of the past. I would like to know if others get the same impression or if I'm missing something.
Yes I am the moderator of the NIAS board and I have posted my findings in the iBox of that board. I believe in honest DD - positive and negative.
It is certainly worth being careful - that applies to anything in this market and it's all a huge risk vs reward scenario. Everyone does the best they can to reduce the risk to experience greater rewards.
I will not deny there are various negative historical factors here but most of those are dealing with past management or with a young WL 'thrown under the bus' by past management.
I think the only aspect that can really apply negatively to WL is the same as it's been for quite some time - his mention of 'time limits' in his PRs that are not met by his designated timeline. The only additional negative aspect is the mixup with the quarterly - Brian said one thing, WL said another and it made things look very bad!
Hey NFL_rob, there has been significant DD done in terms of Lieberman and company. Yes we know his past history, past companies, his connections with various organizations, etc. Trust me I do a pretty good job of finding just about anything negative about someone. It's amazing what you can find on the internet and by making a few calls.
Then you take what is negative and find out the situation surrounding that particular piece of the puzzle. When it all comes together you will find that although WL is young, he has a diverse background and has been in bad situations in the past but it does not appear that he has done anything negative.
So like the 3 people before me posted, what is it that you think we should know?

I bet if anyone had this sitting at .0001 and sold today they would have at least doubled their money!
This is a post that is certainly worth reading! It is really a posting that should be stickied for all to read. This really is an excellent start to what they need to do.
prof,
If the MPIX 8K comes out and shows what we expect and the filing for dividends comes I would buy you a beer!

I know I have seen questionable things here and I've heard a lot of negative things but at this point it is really all in their court! It really comes down to 'show me proof'! If there is proof to back up the claims then there is massive money to be made here; otherwise...well...typical pink.
There was a PR back in February/March time frame in regards to 'share buyback to $.50' but I do not believe that happened. If it did it has not been shown or reported on anything yet!
I'm surprised too; however, this stock has been played with to the point that it's hard to say what might happen. It is just a matter of time when the games will be forced to end and we will see a nice steady increase.
I no longer hold any shares here; however, at one time I did. I was able to get out before the drop. Since that time I have been watching to see what happened.
I would encourage people to look at the following postings:

Nice DD Information:

Very Nice Board for all pinks:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=19670
How is this spam? It is 100% applicable to Alumifuel considering it is about Henry Fong. It is DD related to this particular person. Please explain how this is spam
I agree that AFPW is definitely worth watching. The problem is (like with most pinks) there will always be negative items to find - most CEO's or some management within the company have a questionable background.
The company has a good product from what I can tell - not sure of the management though. The same can be said for most pinks. That's why most pinks are thought of as a huge chance.
Some information worth looking into:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=63898893
I have contacted Mr. Miller and company, I heard back from the Transfer Agent that the information is only provided to the company. I don't believe they are gagged, just their policy from what I can tell.
Mr. Miller responded to my email in regards to the SS and related information to let me know he was not ignoring me but that he was forwarding the emails to his IR group for response. I have not heard back yet.
Once I hear something I will certainly post it. Additionally, I have also asked for Mr. Millers response in regards to the other information I have found about prior companies and the lawsuit. Right now we only have one side of the story I prefer both sides.
Also - FWIW, I have been told that Mr. Miller is a good respectable person regardless of what has happened in his past. Based on the licenses he holds I find that to be believable.
Thank you - I believe in honest DD and in my correspondence with Mr. Miller I have relayed that information. Good or bad I want things to be honest. That is how I look at all my investments - I find what 'they want you to find' and then I look for all information.
As always if someone find something and would like me to include it in the iBox I would be more than willing to - just provide the source so it can be referenced as well.
Very nice post and a good read.
Unfortunately it is not always just black and white although we wish it were. Producing companies that have something real are not always looked at favorably in the market - there are a lot of factors that come into play. Non producing companies have made headlines - look at LEX*, there are several people that believe they are a scam but yet their PPS went from pennies to $12 in about 3 months. Granted it dropped but not nearly as fast as many expected and it also did not drop to pennies!
To say that a 'scam' is worth zero is not entirely accurate although many want to believe this. The land of pinks is the land of tickers. A good honest company can very easily be worth less than a scam and it is difficult to say whether the true value of an honest company will really ever be reflected in its PPS.
I will look into that but right now I'm listening to the CEO interview for another company.
I will say I'm rather surprised to hear no issued patents - in 2006 they had a patented technology with a product that was trademarked. This is where Alumifuel began.
With all respect I have performed a lot of DD with regards to MMTE and I believe we will be very rewarded for our current holdings.
Generally speaking MMTE has been proven to be very technically traded and TA applies in most cases. There has been a divergence from this over the past few weeks since the games have been played.
I'm done with DD for the night but it certainly seems that way. My assumption is the prior company got into a lawsuit, settled, had a technology worth developing and continued under a new name.
Even years ago they stated the technology was patented and names were trademarked. I know some people have claimed not to be able to find patent information but I would think there is some validity to it.
Might possibly be in one individuals name rather than company - I know individuals that have hundreds of patents in their name and not a company name.
Finding a patent can be a very difficult and enduring task. So for those to say a patent cannot be found is understandable but it does not mean one doesn't exist.

Here is where David Cade was released:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/716101/000091228208000075/hp_8k-01182008.htm
That is correct - Cade was released from the prior company when the lawsuit was announced. Then after the dust settled the group started another company and yes Cade is still with them.
That is the format I am familiar with seeing on the NV board.
The same group involved with Alumifuel was involved with Equitex/Hydrogen Power until 2008 when a lawsuit was filed. At this point they released Cade. The same group started up this company under a new name with a new product offering.
I cancelled my iHub L2 service solely because the java application was not supported at work.
Based on what I have read I would agree we will see a close of 16 tomorrow (possibly lower) - I don't like that but IMO it will be a game until we get a tremendous PR that really gets things moving here OR all the longs manage to buy up the float which will likely not happen.
Since this is a game at this point I don't think we can rely on TA to dictate the future pricing. Again this is all my opinion.
RvR I think you hit it 100% correct! Buying in at 17s should be a no-brainer. We all know this will go up it's just a matter of time. I honestly do not believe it is a question of "IF" the question is "WHEN".
Those are certainly some excellent reading materials! I agree we are certainly in an explosive industry and it is just a short matter of waiting for the fireworks. IMO the fuse has been lit.
I am rather surprised to see the pps slowly dropping like this - I really thought we would maintain the 20-25 trend we had established over the past 2 weeks or so.
I guess that just means I need to move some money around so I can pick up some more at these extremely discounted rates!!!
LOL...that is awesome! I used LiPo batteries in my RC helicopters and know they can be very dangerous but that was only during charging. When charging it is possible for them to burst into flames very explosively but I did not know there was anything wrong with transporting lithium batteries.
Hello DiiDii - I am originally a Hillbilly and took no offense to your comment
I think we will all be rewarded sooner rather than later but in the interim I think we will continue to see the same. As previously stated here, once the PPS starts increasing we will see a lot of more positive postings.
First I would like to say there in another board that is probably more appropriate for this topic:
DD Support Board and Fraud Research Team
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=19670
OK - with that being said he was also involved briefly with MMTE (or maybe he was). In regards to what was posted the WT account as a whole is suspended until 2014 and based on what I have read it was due to having multiple accounts and creating the manipulation that you have stated. iHub watches for multiple identities for single IPs but I do not know how closely.
Now in regards to manipulation of new investors - that is always a possibility. This is also why accurate information in the iBox is critical. In terms of negative and/or positive comments it all is important to MMTE - if a negative comment is made that has facts to back it up then it is certainly appropriate. However, if it is a negative comment without merit it is in the hands of MMTE of how to proceed. Positive comments are no different...granted we would all like to be positive all the time but in reality that will rarely happen.
As a whole, the MMTE board has a wonderful group of people. Many of these people are here to help when they are able. They all expect people to do their own DD but are more than willing to help and provide guidance.
It is all in what you are looking for but generally speaking there are very very few worth holding. IMO I don't think this is one of them but then again as always it depends on ones definition of 'long'. I have a few pinks thrown into an IRA but pinks are for short term gains.
There are other companies that have had products, are producers, etc and due to a variety of reasons are not doing well.
I can definitely see where long term investment would be seriously cautioned but I can see where short term gains can be had.
I don't know I think this could be a good bottom support for this. It appears it has held up and potentially bounced off today, tomorrow would be a good indication. Seems like 40s are a good buy-in point. 40s to 80s, 60s to 80s still pretty good.
The chart definitely shows the PR though! Pretty good drop after the PR.
I will continue DD but so far it looks like a good short term play.

I would like to direct you to the post by Loosescrewz! He respectively provided an answer to my question that was either avoided or could not be answered.
Looseskrewz I would like to thank you for providing that information. My original question met sarcasm and remained unanswered - you have now respectively provided an answer.
That is not the case - iHub can provide some information but most DD is done elsewhere. The iHub connection was provided by you which could not be confirmed.
If crawling away were my protocol I would have left without saying a word. I wanted to clarify.
The 'old news' posting brought up a very legitimate question which could not be answered.
So the question remains - where?
