Real good, not many shares out there which are not in strong hands. Most are held by insiders who know what is happening and are willing to wait for it. Certs, sales, profits. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Keep up the good DD work. It looks like the MIT detection systems will fit right in with the enhanced FDA prevention requirements. Certs, sales, profits IMO. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
MMTC must have some one on the ropes to keep throwing such wild punches. The delays MMTC has endured by this failure to perform by Alpine and by not putting the money on the table at such a critical time for the company is hard to measure. At this point it just looks like an excuse and the negative sentiment has been able to exploited that. But Alpine's interjection (shall we say manipulation) into MMTC business will end with the court case. Certs, sales, profits. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!,
"No one ever addresses this.". Wow. Isn't there a court case going on to address "this"? Didn't Alpine fail to preform and bring the money to the table? Didn't Mr. Frank add $120,000 to the bank account since the last time you checked? Do we have to say everything everyday for it to be valid? I hope not, I'm content to wait for AOAC to complete the certification process. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Jake, Dale and company and leakers were hoping that MMTC would fade away before they had to answer for their evil doings, but MMTC is the real deal with investors who know what they have and MMTC will prevail. This waste of time court deal which Alpine has forced on MMTC is almost over and we know that the certs have to be near complete, lookin like blue sky ahead. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!!
I look forward to that day in court, so the facts will come out about Alpine and their failure to preform. That whole episode has hindered MMTC's progress, which I believe the slowing down of MMTC was original intent, of unknown sources imo. Progress from here. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Last summer, I'd have to dig up my notes. I was persistent with the receptionist and she sent me to a guy in laser scanning. He wasn't the guy as his lab was working on other projects, but after talking with him, he said he knew which lab that was working on that project and he would see if they could answer my questions. I spoke with someone working on the MIT detection system. Believe me or not, that is my experience, I must have caught these guys on the right day.
It was part of a DD push I did. In those few days I spoke with Nora at AOAC, she gave me numbers, as well as other info, for John Ricardi and Dale Greenwald as company contacts. I talked with Mr. Ricardi about the MIT 1000 and the company and I emailed Mr. Greenwald, who sent me a reply and referred me to Mr. Nunez. I came out of that experience with a solid opinion of MMTC which hasn't been swayed by negative posts or delays in the certification process. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
OSIS told me they are working with MMTC on the MIT detection system, case closed.
No I'm not saying they are redoing everything, they did the upgrades long ago and those upgrades have been part of the certification process all along I'm sure. This is of course is my opinion as your posts are your opinion. I don't believe either of us really know what is going on behind the closed doors and we still have very different interpretations of what is going on. I am still as content with my long position as you are with your position. MMTC has produced a very viable product through their manufacturing agreement with OSIO and OSIS and is currently waiting on certification from AOAC. They have been working on and progressing on the business plan IMHO. The fact that progress has been slowed by outside forces cannot be denied and one of those attempts is to be settled in court this month. Those obstacles placed on MMTC's progress have caused doubt in the company, but all will be cleared "when" certifications are granted. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Mr. Nunez has said they are still working through the subspecies of salmonella and eColi which are much more involved then anticipated, when I spoke with him last month. "When" the AOAC does certify the MIT upgraded machine it will be a new standard for pathogen detection in the food safety industry. The patented property will be protected by a server based software system. The detection package being developed and produced now by MMTC, is an upgrade of the original MIT 1000, and that is likely another reason for timing with AOAC, imho. If the industry didn't need better detection systems we would not keep hearing about cases of food poisoning and sicknesses and deaths from the food we eat. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Hey KMike, is your boat floating in international waters?
"Anything outside of that is a lie" wow
The opinion that management is a bunch of liars and thieves takes a large stretch of the imagination. Mr. Nunez and Mr. Hollander were not convicted of wrong doing, their involvement was by association. Mr. Frank is an investor and director in MMTC, not someone who needs to turn a quick buck. There are some big players in the Food Safety Industry who don't want to see MMTC succeed and take any market share. By seeing the extremes which they will go to slow MMTC's progress, just mean MMTC has something and is not a scam. We are getting close to the court date and I'm sure certifications, at that point we will see what we have here and which opinions are correct, imho. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
So that means we're waiting on someone to buy the shell? It was fun while it lasted, lol. Damn CNN and their show on MOP. Lucky I sold some long ago. The world now needs to find something else that works to clean up the planet now that mop isn't available. Surprise us.
So true, "when" the MIT 1000 is certified by AOAC for the big 2 pathogens, eColi and salmonella, the standard will be set. New pathogens will will be a piece of cake. Looking forward to the day, asn. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
MMTC is no scam and neither is Mr. Frank. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Klinkerhoffen quoted the whole profile and I only did a couple sections. If you click on the links you will find that Bloomberg had it right. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!

By the way, since you mentioned it, what was your job at Temple-Inland were you the director or a director? And were you there for over 10 years too? MMTC ROCKS!!!!!

But we already knew that and that is only one reason we are here. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Hmmmmm, hard to see behind closed doors. I do think Jeffrey and team have things under control. We will all see soon and know what's up. They are holding majority of shares, making the decisions and have the most to lose or win. I'm banking on that they will win. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
So you are admitting that they are targeted? I think this Fox will survive.
With the site up the chances of revenues have increased exponentially. Its alive, it's alive the Fox is running.
You have to be on line to be part of that 180 billion, Lucky Fox up and running for almost a week now. Looking forward to the awareness and growth phase and the rise in share price as the Fox claims market share of revenue. Up from here.
Plus one, lots of room.
It's hard to imagine that they haven't been targeted. Existing players will always try to protect their turf, especially when a real threat shows up. Lucky Fox, the new kid on the block, is open and ready for business. A company is always a target when real money is involved and revenues are coming in. Kinda makes me want more on Monday.
Putting hard earned money in trying to get that 1st million shares. Before the web site was on line it was a pipe dream. Now that it is on line and working this looks like a real money maker. Spin the wheel of inevitable success.
They are working on getting and waiting on certs like all of us. I'll bet they want them more than you or I. Getting through that door will increase the probability of success not guarantee it. As stock holders we are betting they will get certs and sales and profits. It is obvious to me that aoac is running every test in the book and once complete their certification will have approval of the whole industry, a new standard. The MIT 1000 has proven it can detect ecoli and salmonella, aoac is proving it beyond any shadow of any doubt. If they need to sell $2500 a day to get to the goal and keep the doors open (thanks again for the drive by to check) so be it. But none of us know who is actually buying or selling, unless it's you. IMO they are doing things right and that's where my money is. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Agree, we need to see certs and progress so this can move for all involved. I think that there is too much liability without certs in place, so the process is necessary. I feel good that they haven't thrown in the hat, but too much time does raise doubt. They have too be getting close, I'm still counting on certs, sales and profits. IMO MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
When I called the company a month ago to ask about that, they said they are still working through all the sub species of the pathogens salmonella and eColi with AOAC. So in IMO it not that they failed at obtaining the other certifications it is that the testing is much more exhaustive than anticipated.
Certification appears to be the key to success and sales, we shall see. Call me foolish but I choose to believe the company before I take the opinion of those are not involved in the process, but that why I took the chance on this stock. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Several posters here have seen the MIT 1000 and have seen it operating. Most here know that the MIT 1000 is real and is manufactured by OSIS as per the 5 year agreement. Mr. Nunez and company are currently demonstrating the machine at the 2013 Food Safety Summit.
"Micro Imaging Technology to Exhibit the MIT 1000 at the 2013 Food Safety Summit Micro Imaging Technology, Inc. (OTCQB: MMTC) announced that it will attend this year's Food Safety Summit Conference and exhibit the MIT 1000 in Baltimore, Maryland -- April 30 through May 2, 2013. Now in its 15th year, the Food Safety Summit provides important food safety information and solutions to those responsible for assuring food safety across the food supply chain. The Food Safety Summit is a solutions-based conference and expo designed to meet the educational and information needs of the entire food industry including growers, processors, retailers, distributors, foodservice operators, regulators and academia. "We will continue to showcase the MIT 1000 to the Food Safety Industry through these events," stated Jeff Nunez, MIT's Chairman and CEO. "Our primary objective, dedication, and commitment, however, is to the development of additional 'Identifiers.' In the meantime, it is important that we continue to expose the Food Safety Industry and begin showing the Clinical Industry the speed, ease of use, accuracy, and low cost of the MIT 1000 System, which can be commercially used today for the pathogenic testing of Listeria species." Please visit us at Booth #610. The MIT 1000 is a stand-alone, rapid laser based bacteria detection and identification technology; a software driven system that can detect pathogenic bacteria and complete an identifying test in under three (3) minutes (average) at significant cost savings per test. In June 2009, the AOAC Research Institute (AOAC RI) awarded the Company Performance Tested Methods SM (PTM) certification for the rapid identification of Listeria. The AOAC RI provides an independent third party evaluation and expert reviews of methods and will award PTM certification to methods that demonstrate performance levels equivalent or better than other certified bacteria identifying methods. The MIT System underwent hundreds of individual tests, including ruggedness and accuracy, to earn AOAC RI's certification for the identification of Listeria." MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Slapped some 18's also, feeling lucky like a fox.
Could it be that the rumor that insiders would be buying on the open market is true? Who ever it is, is getting shares at what appears to be the bottom. One would have to assume that they are feeling pretty good about what the company is doing.
I'm holding what I have and adding when funds come available. I wish I had the funds to add 2.5 million a day, not sure if I would add daily just wish I had the funds. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Still looking at old data?

Can't wait for the other certifications from AOAC, but I will. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Well if they are selling or diluting they sure missed a golden opportunity today only selling 5 million with a chance to sell 123 mill. Maybe they were too busy at the show and missed it. I think you got your buyers and sellers mixed up. Looks likes a buy back to me, bet its going good at the show, asn. IMHO MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
Agree that insiders wouldn't put in $120,000 or $900,000 just to get another $100 or $1000 from us and they are definitely more patient than most of us. When not if. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!!!
Thanks for the drive by, wish they had a web-cam in the lab. In it for the long haul, adding when funds are available. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
