Going to give your good idea some thought.My initial peek indicated that ALL publicly traded companies had to have their AGM printed online since 2009.Talked at one time with a few market Makers without really getting any good info. Might try to find them again and ask them how they can trade a public stock without an AGM.Did talk to the SEC at one time on another issue and found them to be very responsible and responsive.Just don't know if putting the heat on David at this time is the best thing to do. Please advise if you know who the Market Makers are.
