Janice, my point is that the cert numbers that Corrine Ward sold to Deli, 70987 - 71086, would have been issued sometime after revocation. I was just trying to figure out why she would have received new certs after revocation.
Ding Ding Ding Ding
Wow Pedro, give us more of that, please and thank you.
Check out the cert numbers, those must have been issued after revocation. Anybody have a theory on that? If you have a restricted cert, and the time limit expires, does the t/a issue a new cert and cert number?
You gotta cut him some slack on that one. Technically, that's the night before the open on the 13th.

OK doogy, lets spot check one of your "opportunities to trade":
Initiated coverage on RBTI on Sept 17th at .02 & subsequently it hit a high of .151 on Sept 21st: +655%
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=41665637
Wow, the opportunity to trade for a 655% gain! But wait, you say you initiated coverage of RBTI on the 17th, but the first time you mention RBTI on your Doog's Dugout board (or any other board for that matter) is on Saturday the 19th.
The first time anybody monitoring your board would have had the opportunity to purchase RBTI would have been Monday the 21st. According to the historical data, RBTI opened at .15 on the 21st.
WTF!!
righty appears to be correct, greedy. Your Ibox results do not take into account the amount of shares dumped into the market during these promotions. Sometimes the amounts can be massive. Surely you can see that the weight of all those additional shares will have a bearing on the results. But of course, those numbers are normally not available (gagged T/A), until well after the fact.
Seriously, if you really are "buying in the am", why would you announce it here the night before?
...once deals are finalised...what then?
IF SCSU gets the $25 million grant, how much of that is earmarked for SRE,S.C.? Hopefully enough to pay for the Denami's, the building, and the rest of the equipment, storage containers etc. Will it help cover raw material costs and operating costs for a year or two? How many years does it take to be profitable?
What kind of strings are attached to that money? Remember, SYNJ only has an 18% stake in SRE, S.C. (through it's subsidiary Pinnacle). Once SRE, S.C. manages to turn a profit, are there any restrictions on them distributing cash to it's investors? Will the government require them to re-invest any profits in the company?
If SYNJ's investment in SRE,S.C. is unable to throw off cash for a number of years to come, how will SYNJ pay for it's own operating expenses, and continue to pay for it's past debt?
Really? Charts can be manipulated? Shocking. Say it ain't so, all you pinky chartists out there.
With the .0013 print this morning and the .0011 close, that makes a nice black hammer on the charts.
They're just trying to extort information Schmed.
Did somebody say pot?
Stuckinarut, yes dilution is either good or bad. That's what makes transparency so important.
During the first three months of this year, the outstanding increased by 2.4 billion shares. There was virtually no increase in assets, and no decrease in liabilities. And yet, not a single mention of it in the notes to financial statements. Since March 31, the only additional share information available is that the authorized shares were doubled, from 3 billion to 6 billion.
So here we are, trying to put together pieces of a puzzle. One piece is the 17% interest in SRE, N.C. Inc., another piece is the old financing from Cornell and BS. And yet another piece is the ongoing financing of operations. How big are these pieces? How many more pieces are there? Puzzles fascinate me.
If dilution is good, there would be no reason to hide it.
The scary part is, your information is six months old.
yes dilution after the r/s they were around 900 million shares now they are around 1.5 billion shares last i knew that was dilution.
silly, if I was including puppy I would have said "put down your leg".
You know, I truly appreciate the knowledge and findings that both of you have contributed and continue to contribute. But could you both just zip up your pants, put down the egos, and put each other on ignore?
Thank you.
subtlerise,
You don't add the numbers, they are cumulative totals of all FTD's as of that date. It's like the balance column in a checkbook.
Sorry, I couldn't resist:

Wish I could believe you tiger, but you're already known here as a liar (remember the lie about trading pennies?). You remind me of another liar who only posts on the weekends on RB.
They didn't steal any of my money.
lol, how did you post that with your eyes closed and your fingers in your ears.
The next verse goes like this:
lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala
jimmy, discovery? First of all, if any of the defendants actually get to a trial, the alleged criminal activity occurred before the certs hit the market. (The fact that the certs hit the market is a given). So brokers and market makers will not be involved in any discovery.
eric7562, were you unable to get your certs? If so, then you may have an actionable cause against a broker, depends on your particular circumstances. How can anybody here answer your question, since we don't know your circumstances?

How about some cmkx fun facts:
The single largest short occurred on 4/22/05 when there was a cumulative FTD of 186 million shares. The last day that there was an FTD in cmkx was 6/29/05.
These fun facts are brought to you by your friends at the sec:

okie, just to be clear, the projections were NOT audited, they were thrown together by the management and attached to the end of the Noble audited financial statements dated August 31, or July 31. Actually, the accountant's letter states August 31, but the statements themselves are dated July 31. Weird, huh? And to further confuse the issue, the statements are titled Noble Technologies, Inc. while the notes to the financials are titled US Canadian Minerals, Inc. The other glaring mistake I found was that they can't decide whether they have 400,000 common shares or class A preferred shares. Sloppy work.
While the projections from the latest 8K are very ambitious, I was pleased to see the financials were audited.
Hnd, I don't think he was joking. That sounded EXACTLY like something bhollenegg would say.
Or what about "stock market reform activist"? Does anybody know where we can find one? Jimmy?
jumpin jimminy, you would think those shareholders would have a slam dunk lawsuit. Where's a good lawyer when you need one?
All stock transfer problems which exist at this time are between the securities intermediaries (broker/dealers) and the shareholder
In my 28 years of public accounting, I have found that much more weight should be given to the opinions of those who have no vested interest. Come to think of it, independence is the cornerstone of my industry.
Many of you have no vested interest so it does not matter either way. Nor, will your ramblings here effect anyone's decision to either buy or sell.
I bet that's why they couldn't file either, huh jimmy. Try a little vodka with your koolaid.
How can you divy up the shares when you don't know who ALL the shareholders are??.
Schmed, thats not even close to 1% of the float. Sorry, I don't follow your logic.
If Billions of shares go through the market on a given day for a single stock, and the SEC doesn't catch it, somebody needs to lose their job, lmao
"Naylor also said Kinney has a job distributing fliers for a Las Vegas nightclub."
Fliers, certs, what's the difference?
You didn't already have a handle on top of your scrotum?
You want to know how to IBOX?
Check out derf's grotto. It's the best one I've come across yet.
I think we need to start calling her Leo Pro Se. Although, I do believe she was the first to use the term "bona fide shareholder".
McCarran is in Storey county.
Storey County, the second smallest Nevada county, has built a reputation on always doing things big—one of the biggest gold and silver discoveries in history and now, home to the United State’s largest industrial park, the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (TRI). This 104,000 acre center, located in the community of McCarran, has the capacity of 80-million-square-feet of industrial space.

you guys are funny, you complain about shorts, then complain when a broker won't accept a short.
That's because scottrade is doing their job. They must have a self imposed limit on fail-to-receives, and when it hits that point, they limit their exposure by not allowing their customers to buy more until the imbalance is corrected.
I think the court corrected their mistake.
Seems to be some confusion on the total, this was taken from a post on RB just now:
15 Casavant is liable for disgorgement of $31,500,000, representing profits gained as
16 a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest

In light of Dale's statement, Tyler has no reason to pursue a suit against him. Shares cancelled.
