Slowly but surely........ Old Benny gots nuttin but shares to dilute.("If shares are used for cash = that isnt diluting")
Doesnt matter when they can be sold, still takes a slice of our holdings every day! But thats ok cause the new CEO is wayyyy better than the old CEO.....
SURE!
They said they would use shares for cash.........
SURE!

Any guesses on how disgusting the 2nd Q 2010 will be?
CEO worship mixed with higher losses and a pinch of dilution equals what?

Sure it can be found....anywhere...?
.05 would be a Godsend!
BP is a better risk!
Maybe by the 4th or 5th release/update it might be worth over 30 bux a month for one to suppliment their brokerages "real time" program?
Business Plan.......
SURE!!!
:)
Current Information very soon.
Has anyone noticed that the updated report has some missing areas to it? It looks like a problem with how it was received by the pinksheets or how they loaded it to the link? Either way it looks like the documents took almost as much a slide in the scanner as the share price did in the market..... Yeah I did.... :)
Couple serious questions....
To persons that may use the program: The glitches talked about in the real time program, were they bad enough to cause people to cancel their subscriptions?
The commercial, does anyone know the cost and if it had any effect on sales? We know it had no positive effect on the PPS to date.
To warrant holders, Should the price per share get close to or go below the average of *.00126 = .0038/3 will the sentiment remain towards holding? (*A&B warrants)
What would anyone like to see different in the future financial reports? (Information wise) I for one would like to see detailed subscription numbers per Q. ie: Starting number, Ending number and % Churn. If they only provide a revenue amount then that leaves a very vauge picture for investors.
What kind of number would everyone put towards the economy effecting the future of online trading? say 1-5
1 being the economy is going to tank further and less people will be able to afford any online investmenting nevermind suplimental trading tools.
5 being the economy will boom and more persons than ever will be able to open online trading accounts as well purchase suplimental trading tools.
(To anyone finding that last question off topic...You have invested in a "suplimental" trading tool company!!)
Think about it!
:)
Well,
By time I got back the low sells were over and it went back to 0055... Dont think I didnt try scraping but I already have shares @.0055
Dont get all excited,
I was drawn to this junk thru someones actions today... I have no interest in this company. (I was born in America)....
The little research I performed lead me to being negative on the prospects of investment. I will not post on this subject company again.
Good luck and hopefully you can pull some gains in the future.
"there is lots"
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
??????
Add this:
Per Q1 2010=
The operations of Tutamen have continued to grow quarter on quarter despite the world wide recession.Towards the end of the first quarter the Company expanded into a new metal tool making and stamping facility in Dong Guan. (How much do they pay there?) The company continues to win bids due to its low cost structure and high quality product. The business has invested significant resources in the LED lighting business where there is lots of potential, the Company has gained approval for its products in Mexico, however the Company has so
far only shipped sample orders.
JUNK
Sure, so
I just went thru their website/s and .........
Typical junk. Unless I had the wrong site, the GREEN part of the company hasnt had any news since 2007...
When did the parent co go public? 1997?..
Listen if you are into silly little companies that do not promote America, then good for you but I say "JUNK"
I have no interest in demoting your investment except for today, as one of your Yahooo's dumped a position to lose it on this one if not flipped "when and/or if" flip'able...
Good Luck...
Ya kidding right? eom

What happened to the DD stickies?????
Update? no?
Good enough then,
If you feel as a liar then I cant stop that. I need facts, thats all.
Yes I have a very easy job - at times. 20+ yrs in the same industry can lead to that.
Again, good luck.
Ill be back after the next report. :)
Sure, unless you have a time machine I can borrow to make the past meeting.
UNLESS..... You secretly recorded the meeting and I can borrow the audio or video file??????
I hope you didnt have to travel far for the meeting.
I have no interest in share holder meetings for any company, now if you can get me into a board meeting that might be a different story.
I was looking for a statement or pr/report about a change in the company that may lead to increasing revenue for the next Q not sarcasm. I dont want to go that route... yet.
Your hearsay means nothing till it is written and certified.
Then I can make a decision on the company and any future investment in it.
Till then, good luck.
Well Well Well
Here we are, only 1 week short of 5 months that the signature product of INIX was released (for the 2nd time) and interest in the stock is almost dead in the water. I now understand why I never received any answers to the question: What makes this product better than the others" It seems it isnt. Not yet atleast. Sounds like there have been or still are imperfections with the program. While they may not be as bad as the 1st launch the fact that any issues are being attached to the program loses investors confidence. Especially new investors that may do their homework or use the product prior to investing. Werent all the "bugs" supposed to be solved prior to launch? Ok an update may solve these issues and who dares question the company because MSFT does this all the time... MSFT at one time cornered then owned their market and still has market share, seems INIX will corner nothing at this rate.
Dec 2009
Anyone, other than a true flipper, who bails on INIX is crazy. Once RealTime is launched, the pps could go straight to .10 No need to look further than this morning's L2. Stay positive. (Low .0195 High.027 Close .023)
Well that didnt happen. Whats next? Lets throw a "Magic Box" around the school yard..... Nope no magic here.
I know, lets talk about a lock on the float. It may be a while till anyone knows if a true lock has been or will ever be achieved. Lets mention about the spread, need to get it closer.... today the spread has been .0055/7 to .007 for quite a while. I have been paying more daily/hourly attention to the PPS while low bidding the past couple of weeks and not sure what to make of all this. Im actually getting weary of the buys I have made lately. Either a float lock has been established??? or the MM's just stopped playing OR OR there just isnt any new interest in the company while the sellers and buyers cant agree on a price or amount of shares?
Things that make ya go HMMMMMMMM?
Wallymac has made some great posts in the past couple of weeks and it seems many ignore their content to just go on babbling about them bad old MM's and a short squeeze. Maybe they are right but Im thinking it might be a bit early for that. (a lock at least).
Sum it all up, past 6 mos since Dec 1st (high of .05) : most of the share price raising news has been released and here we sit at double zeros. Even a 130 dollar profit on the Q1 this year didnt maintain a steady PPS.
Hey, anyone want the newbies to "slap that ask" today? Think it is safe to do that? "protect your investment"...... aka "waste your money protecting mine" to no avail...
Before anyone tells me to "call the company".... No! I work off the "certified quarterly reports"
"Dont believe nothing you may hear and only half of what you see".
"Slap that ask" AHAHAHAHAHA I say "Lower that bid" !
:)
Ok,
can you point me in the right direction for info showing revenue
on the horizon?
Any certain quarterly report or PR, company news letter etc....
Sorry Joe,
But Im one that just isnt too worried about people marks.
My interest is in being accurate in my investments.
as you know from the other board I have been extremely accurate but,I was late in my discovery.
As for Teve, You say that having Lenfest is a blessing as he will fund the company when needed. Im wondering when he will no longer be needed? Lenfest created this company no? I believe I read that somewhere.
The future of television I believe is on the fritz. To date, I havent used my "cable channels" thru a television in months. With these new tv's one can connect their computer and have a large clear monitor any where in their home. From there ones viewing is almost unlimited from News to the market to brand new movies in the theaters. Im typing this as a cautionary statement and with out knowing how much exposure Teve has in providing online content or providing access to broadband content I can hope that the company has that in the works. I believe I read that they have high "educational" programming in their network? If they do, thats good for the kids but is that a profitable chain? I dont know.
What can you tell me that will tweek my interests to dig deeper and poss. find this company as a future investment?
Right now the volume scares me away along with all the MM chat that I find old and boring as with the other board. High interest and sustainable revenues will take care of volume and the bad old MM's.
Sell me on TEVE.....
"TelVue entered into a Line of Credit Note (insert any date past and future) with Mr. Lenfest".
What exactly is expected from a company that "like a kid at the arcade" continously requires an infusion of cash from DADDY?
While Daddy seems extremely generous, untill the company can stand alone, investors might as well spit in the wind.
The only thing holding the incredibly generous PPS is the low amount of common shares outstanding........
Line of Credit (2009 Q1 Note) - Majority Stockholder
Line of Credit (2009 Q2 Note) - Majority Stockholder
Line of Credit (2009 Q3 Note) - Majority Stockholder
Line of Credit (2010 Note) - Majority Stockholder
This almost smells like a dry cleaners
"ancient Chinese secret huh"
I wonder what Lenfests thoughts on "Cap N Trade" is... That would be interesting!
You Go Joe!
you have the same information I do.
Yes I do,
But I didnt advertise a stock to you as you did to the other board/me.
Im not looking to turn this board into a mess but am looking get more info, short of digging for reasons not to waste time. One thing stuck in my mind and that is the chart. Im not a believer in charting and dont want to even try on otc stocks but I saw a trend. Can you sell a future uptick in this company?
Remember, you brought this to my attention and I gave you my initial thoughts, but re thinking- there could be a channel to work from. Will you elaborate on your suggestion?
Yeah so, sell me on this PASO thing. Just judging by the 6 mos and 1 yr chart there should be an up tick some where in the future. (?) .
Not knowing if all the other up ticks were on news or just BS what would make some one invest right now in this company knowing they dont report properly?
By the way, I agree with you on the privacy thing concerning share holders and disclosure. I do think that it is a percentage of holdings though, 5% holders need to be disclosed by the reporting company.
illegal shorting which seems to be the case for INIX:
Then, what is this previous post explaining?
Dec 2009
I called our MM, Network 1 Financial Securities, and had a discussion about how institutional buying might change after the exclusion period expires and how the stock is traded in general.
First, I was told that the exclusion period expires 20 business days , not calendar days, after the FINRA approval. In this case, that would mean the exclusion period will end on Dec 30.
Second, he told me the days of MMs buying large inventories of penny stocks are long gone. MMs are prohibited under new SEC rules from shorting a pinksheet stock. He said that although investors always try and lay the blame at the feet of the Market Maker, and in this case we mentioned NITE, he said that in reality it is almost all due to retail trading - someone sells and someone buys. He said there is no MM conspiracy to screw investors. He told me that most likely MMs will not load up on a stock thats trading at these levels. He said that it is crazy for a brokerage firm to try and make a profit buying at .02 and selling at .023 i.e. flipping.
He went on to say that as the company [iFinix] executes its business plan, the stock will go up. Once RealTime is on the market, the stock price will go up. He feels confident that will happen.
Hey, you can always get your certs on paper---
or, buy on the dips, hold, take them naked and dont sell till they are willing to pay. Only thing is if there are old restricted shares hitting the market then you have more buying to do and longer to wait. Might as well try to lock it up while waiting for the company to bring in some strong revenue....
SURE!

Listing FAQ's :
What are the requirements for the Limited Information tier for companies who follow the Alternative Reporting Standard?
The minimum requirement is a financial report, posted through the OTC Disclosure Service, that contains a balance sheet, income statement, and total number of shares outstanding. This information must be for a period end date within the past six months. Financial reports do not need to be audited but must follow US GAAP. The number of outstanding shares must be in the financial report even if the information is updated on the Company Info tab on www.otcmarkets.com.
What are the requirements for initially getting to the Current Information tier for companies who follow the Alternative Reporting Standard?
Issuers must post an Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement pursuant to Section One of Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information (including financials for the most recent period end and previous two years), as well as an Attorney Letter following Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Attorney Letters with Respect to Adequate Current Information. A signed Attorney Letter Agreement along with a copy of the attorney’s identification must be on file with Pink OTC Markets in order for the Current Information review to begin.
How does a company maintain Current Information through the Alternative Reporting Standard?
A company must post Quarterly Reports, following Section Two of Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information, within 45 days of the quarter end, and Annual Reports, following Section One of the Guidelines, within 90 days of the fiscal year end. The company must also post Attorney Letters every quarter no later than 30 days after the due date for the Quarterly or Annual report.
Which Section of the guidelines does a company follow if the company wants to return to the Current Information tier once it has fallen to the Limited Information tier?
If a company has previously qualified for the Current Information tier within the past year, they may follow Section Two of the Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information for Quarterly Reports. If it has been more than one year since the company was in the Current Information tier, the company must follow Section One of Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. Annual Reports must always follow Section One.

No way the pps is below a dime in a year. B Warrant holders will see a 10,000% gain once they mature. No way I dump all of mine at once. I'll sell off 10,000 a week so the pps does not take a hit.

Keep up the good work!
You truely are a piece of work...
Spreading junk like this...
Company cant get a report out since 2008?
This is pump n dump.
Nothing but unsupported crap you spread on the inix board and and it looks like every where else.
When you pray, do you ask for forgivness as you openly try to hurt people thru their wallets??
Gotta tell ya, my God sees thru people like you.. No doubt!
Many of us are in the red or have lost a boatload in profit waiting for the speculation to arrive...Hmmm
Have these issues been resolved??????
Free Zone | Support Forums | IFinix Trading Platform Technical Board. Post # 852
1. Changes made to the layout of the quote book don't stay.
2. Every time you relaunch the workspace, the control bar always resets to default settings and that setting is always on top, and not auto hide. So each time I relaunch, I have to click on the properties and reset the options the way I want, they won't stay set.
3. Sometimes the quotes just stop and stay frozen, and the quote page must be relaunched.
4. Sometimes, upon relaunching only some of the quotes populate, maybe a quarter or half the page, the others never pop up. So again it must be relaunched until it comes up correctly. And each time must reset the tool bar to auto hide and "always on top" turned off.
5. Switching from one tab, to another also results in a quote page that only partially populates many times, then again, must relaunch the workspace.
6. It often takes quite a while to populate all the information on the quote after switching tabs. Example, the company name, last price, bid, ask populate, but the high and low don't and it reads UNCH for a long time, even though it's not actually UNCH. So I have to go to another source for data, unless of course once again I relaunch the workspace and try again, having to reset the toolbar options yet again.
7. Some symbols won't stay on the quote page, I've had problems consistently with dia and spy. These are ETF"s for the dow and S&P 500. It will initially show the data, but within a day an error box will pop up and say "spy" an invalid symbol. Then the program says it has encountered an error and needs to shut down.
8. It allows the user to enter the same ticker twice on the same page, doesn't tell you it already exists and give an option.
The biggest problem to me is quote pages not populating completely and requiring a relaunch of the workspace. And in switching tabs, the quotes are too slow to populate and sometimes never do. Since relaunching the workspace always restores the quote page to the way it's saved, one still needs to switch tabs, and may find that they still don't populate all the quotes. Some remain blank. And the slowness of the high/low loading and the quote reading UNCH for many minutes.
That's all I can think of for now. I wish they would make some progress on these issues.
How many subs/customers have experienced these same issues that we, a certain percentage of shareholders "that do not subscribe", are aware of?
What is going on? a 3rd times a charm scenereo?
Ohhhhhhh the MM's...........
Ohhhhhhhhhhh the shorting..........
Ohhhhhhhhhhh the world is against the best penny company out there.....
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......
Again, is it "Too Much - Too Little - Too Late"?
Where is that conference call Benny???? I'll do my darndest to be a part of it! ( on second thought, where is the Attorneys letter?)
http//www.otcmarkets.com/pink/otcguide/investors_market_tiers.jsp
Ya fixed the call noise issue right?
We need clarity!
Im sure you'll have that issue resolved by then!
Cause you are the "BEN"
6 mos. of 2010 is almost gone, still waiting on good news leading towards that "almost 6 mil" in revenues previously estimated for 2010.............. :) SURE!
Maybe a bit too much time spent instant messaging some "long term" hubber lover vs perfecting the core business?
Awe heck, what does it matter?
The new'r investors can write it off, the longs, well.......... Thats time and money that will have to be chalked up as a learning curve....
But hey, they will at the least have a "masters" in curvage!!!
AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
:)
Cmon,
Just like that other character......
Bad comparison!
pinky to OTCBB vs pinky
miner attached to larger producer vs 6+/- yr old "start up" real time ticker program.
Some say gold could reach 5K an ounce vs 34.00 a month with an unknown churn factor
Hard assets vs a late to market computer program and leased offices
miner has a better chance of being gobbled up than iFinix does.
List goes on......
Might be a good time to short etrade though ??
Those reverse splits have a way of not holding PPS too long.
(my opinion of course, do your own DD)
Has anyone seen a TV .
commercial yet?
No, the late night "Girls Gone Wild " commercial still reigns supreme!!!
No doubt!
Straight to admin huh? You's aint seen nutt'n yet!
:)
I smell a reverse auction com'n on........
Y not, the Govt. uses them.
:)
There is excitement, then there are questions,
Then There Is reality.
Listen kids, read the full report huh........
Dilution is up and revenues are down.
Cmon now, why ya's gotta make me the bad guy alllll the time?
We are close to 30K lower than the same period last year.
20K lower in comissions than Q4 last year and that was only 3 months from this report
Anyone that decides to paint the PPS is doing so at their own risk
as I have warned of before.
READ THE NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
IGNORE THE FLUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im thinking of sending the company another hundred plus bux just so we can "double" the profit...
UGHHHHHHHHHHH
EDIT: XQ, I emailed you back earlier. Im new to yahoo so ignore any goofed up mail.
Expectations. I am expecting that INIX will release Q1 financials tomorrow. Since they are not required to do so this is a positive event in and of itself.
OK, but on the otherside, considering iFinix is going to be starting a managed accounts program as a public company I would expect nothing less than to be transparent with their financials as well start including more information provided in them.
Realtime start-up costs involving data feeds and other related costs will more than likely extend the balance sheet into the red. Possibly to a significant amount of red. There was also the Beckman Holdings acquisition that would likely result in high 1st Q costs including legal fees.
I believe Beckman was a shareholders purchase aka shares used as cash. So it'll depend on how they report to determine what cashed/costs was used / where. Im sure there is a significant amount needed to convert legals and so forth while transforming all entities into 1 base company
It would take a surge of revenue to overcome the costs associated with the forward investment spending involving Realtime and Beckman Holdings.
I hear that
Still, regardless of the red ink, the 1st Q has featured sizable events for INIX. Realtime and Beckman, though costly, are structural contributions for shareholders to embrace. An INIX play has been about the future and these events help accelerate the future into near future.
Yes, but have these events been priced in as of yet? I say they have.
I'll be more interested in the top line than the bottom line. For now, an increase in revenue (despite investment spending) will give shareholders greater insight to the future than the bottom line.
Cant always think that way... take, 3 more new hire-on yahooo's and we are back to where we may have ended the 09 year. The past 2 new hires arent 35-50K a year employees.
To a greater extent, I am interested in future structural contributions. What will we learn about the expansion of the product portfolio? Are the additional revenue streams progressing positively? Can we anticipate further top line growth for the remainder of the year?
Ok, so.... I think one must take what is expected of the future economy in hand when asking such questions or making such statements. . I do not think we can expect the company alone to be responsible for what may happen on the "public" side IE: "money to invest" thru iFinixs' brokerage/ managed accounts side. From where we are now I see an upward trend to a certain extent.
I do not see too many talk about this issue yet it is right in front of all our faces.
The few nay-sayers watching INIX will likely focus on the bottom line 1st Q results. I am hoping to celebrate some top line revenue increases.
What else is there to focus on except the cold hard facts? Top and Bottom lines. one of them will over-ride the other. While the company has some new revenue lines in the works these have been known about and most likely priced in at the current market. Untill investors start seeing "continued" increased revenues from "all" lines, hanging ones hat on old news could mean one may have to "pick" their hat up off the floor for the next couple of quarters.
On a side note, XQ. Email me: bernanke_nomics@yahoo
Id like to go further with the PM's we exchanged but cannot on here. I will not subscribe to ihub considering past events but would like to exchange ideas on the company. Dont need the .03 you suggested.
This does not mean that everyone else in dispute with my past posts should send a bunch of teenage like hate mail. Had enough of that on here...
