I strongly suggest that everyone complete their own Due Dilligence prior to investing on any stock. Dig, ask questions until you are satisfied to invest or not to invest in a particular stock. I do not mean 'dig' through the IBOX on I-HUB or 'ask' someone on the board questions about the company, the stock or the CEO. Do you own INDEPENDANT DD!!!

My DD tells me that adding at these levels is a GOOD THING for me...and therefore I am and I rest easy...throughout the pps gyrations and all the accompanying FUD...

IMO There are quite a few huge INVESTORS in EXPH that are accumulating more as the days tick down!!!

If they take the pps to $.000000001, as has been revealed, do you think they will do that BEFORE the divy ex-date? I hope so as I will be buying more at that price! $100 would be 100 Billion shares....moooowahahhhhaaaaa...do you think those shares could be covered in time? :)

To me...businesses, such as this, that remain in a good working relationship with Expo/JD speaks louder than all the FUD put together on the EXPH board. And the FUD is rampant, now!!!

I am very excited of the spin off and will probably throw a party when the date is announced. Hope JD gives us all a couple extra days notice, so we are all able to buy more shares!!!!

I know of many longs buying up shares at these prices, myself included, and it makes me smile to think what is to be done to get the O/S shares to the correct count by Dividend Ex-Date...

I have to agree with Gambler, that someone is playing with the pps on EXPH and I also believe that the FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt)is rampant on venues such as this as well.

Excerpt from Gambler's post today, “So believing the conspiracy theories or not, someone is playing the pps when someone is willing to pay more and they get those shares cheaper and someone can post on this board before hand the ups and downs within minutes of it happening."
Why do I believe this to be true? I was the person willing to pay more for a share than it was sold to me. I never asked for a discount but received one!!!

Let’s say, in a room, there was a dejected shareholder, who was trying to get out of EXPH to cut their losses and a happy shareholder who wanted more shares because he can see the fruitful side of owning EXPH shares, because of long–term potential and the upcoming spin-off dividend of EXPH. The happy shareholder is looking for 500,000 more shares and willing to pay, for example, current market ask price .0052 or one tick above .0053. The dejected shareholder says, “No way, I don’t need your charity!” The two sit together and watch the L2 for an hour. Other people are selling at .0052 but not this seller. The price drops to .0049 or .0050 and the dejected shareholder says, “Ok, now I will sell you the shares! At .0049!” A needless loss of $200, but the transaction is complete.

Market makers, IMO, should make the market, not just make it go down. They have the BID side which goes from the BEST ‘bid’ offered and works its way down in order, and the ASK side which goes from the BEST ‘ask’ and works its way down in order. If the Bid/Ask is .005/.0052 and someone places a bid of .0053, that ‘seller’ at .0052 should have their order filled at .0053 or at least at .0052!!! Now, perhaps the ‘seller’ get frustrated and lowers their ask again and then gets filled at .0049. Is this manipulation? Is someone playing with the pps? Is this supply and demand? I put the “seller’ in quotes as I wonder if their always is a real seller at this level….

FUD? Manipulation? Gambler is conservative at 1,104,000,000 shares being “OUT THERE” or we have one shareholder who owns over 100% of EXPH’s entire A/S and then add your totals, mine and everyone else’s? This stock is manipulated up the Wazoooooo!!! In both pps and shares being traded IMO.

The stock is manipulated but I strongly believe that the company has a solid foundation, at what I am looking at. I am VERY HAPPY with ETC being spun out of EXPO through a dividend!!!! I’m so happy I’m ELASTIC!!! “JDB should repeal the ECT private dividend and either leave ETC as an integral , public component of Expo Holdings , or make ETC a separate entity but still an intregral component of the public company , Expo Holdings , with the dividend being a public share offering . The market doesn't like it the way it stands now.” Sorry, the market doesn’t like it? Well it is a strange, with what passes as normal on EXPH.

I, myself, have place a trade order in EXPH with a bid that was at the ask and it over an hour to fill. The trades were all around me...they went one tick over my bid and they went 3 ticks down. They finally filled me 2 ticks below my bid. They took less than I was willing to pay?

Sometimes I can't get an order filled in a timely manner, but others can move the pps at will, by announcing it on the board like a magician. For example:

I see many things when it comes to Expo Holding/EXPH, which many don't see or don't want to see. It's the forest from the trees analogy.

I have completed my due diligence and have set $XX,XXX USD as my limit to INVEST in this company. That is the way it is right now, at this moment in time. The $XX,XXX USD is much more in my currency, as I have to exchange money to trade. I see my account everyday, if I am at the computer, and see a negative balance, and then I have a nice meal with my wife and we have a few chuckles. I have set my limits with the DD that I have done and have been satisfied with. If I lose $XX,XXX USD it will hurt but it will not cripple me, because I have set my limit as to what I am going to INVEST or potentially, by some off chance, lose. It's like having cancer...I've come to terms with it.

‘Risk vs. Reward’. There are many SAFE ways to earn income in this world. You can work for $8.00/hour, you can by a government bond, you can open a savings account...and so on. The risks here are low and you are guaranteed a return on your investment, but the return is small…maybe .25-3%. There are RISKY investments, which you can invest in such as stocks in a company, which you are not in control of. You have the potential to invest your money in, perhaps, a ground floor level and reap rewards of 1000's of percent of your initial investment.

What are you comfortable with, as far as investing your money is concerned? If it's low you might want to open a savings account. If it's moderate, perhaps a mutual fund. If it's higher, maybe the stock market is for you. Only you can assess your risks, complete your due diligence, and ultimately invest YOUR money where you feel comfortable INVESTING it.

Unfortunately, most of us live in a "Kodak Society", where we want everything instantaneous. WE invest today and if the pps goes down tomorrow...we scream, "Bloody scam"!!! We don't want to wait for any progression to occur over time...we need INSTANT GRATIFICATION!!!! This is why most people have to check their accounts religiously and in turn, become more and more depressed and dejected with what becomes of the pps, and should it go down, call for someone’s head.

The pps is the being blamed on the CEO. The buck stops with JD Brown!!! Not doing his job, as some people see it. Not completing any filings, as some people see it. Not getting the financials out in a timely manner, as some people see it. When I read some of these posts, my mind, always reverts to Bernard Madoff. He had people investing over 50 billion dollars. He had company prospectus completed, he had filings, he...well, to make it short...he had everything that satisfied the SEC and all the information that investors craved!!! Everything!!! Except it was all a hoax! A scam! People were duped!!! They were a Bag-o-hammers!!! Would getting the financials out make me happy? Sure. Would having the forms filed, regarding insider holdings, make me happy? Sure. Is it necessary for me, in order to buy and hold EXPH shares? No.

I have stated earlier, "I have completed my DD and have set $XX,XXX USD as my limit to INVEST in this company." I am invested in Expo Holdings/EXPH and soon ETC. Now, does not having any forms filed or timely financials get my hair standing on the back of my neck and my blood pressure rising? NOT AT ALL!!! Why? It doesn’t bother me, because I have my goals and limitations set in place, to which I can live with. As things happen, such as what I learn from more DD or with the pps, I will revisit these goals and limitations and adjust accordingly, but I AM INVESTED in this company and stock.

My advice to all, is if you are not comfortable with the ‘risk vs. reward’ investment you have your money in, re-evaluated the investment and place your money where you feel comfortable. I am personally excited about ETC being spun off into a separate company, with myself and other long investors getting shares in the company. I could not dream of selling any shares at this pps, and I will consider buying snow-shovel amounts more should the pps lower even more...because I am EXTREMELY comfortable with the ‘risk vs. reward’!

When the company information is released I will be eager to interpret it and weigh it on my next decisions.

I for one do not think that JD is shrugging off that monumental paper loss of $9.6 million because he wants to be private. If he wanted to be private we would not have any shares in first place, as Expo would be a private company. I think JDB has a plan, and is executing it at his pace and will not succumb to screams from the bleachers. This plan, IMO, is not in the form of instant gratification (sorry) as some desire and thrive upon, but it will benefit all loyal long investors.

I feel that I am invested in a great company and a great opportunity and thank God every day for pointing me in this direction!!!

It's amazing how "some" can buy at will and make the ticker dance like a Russian Bear. I can place an trade order at ask and sometimes a tick over and it takes over an hour for me to get filled...

Well I'm glad that I had to leave for the day!!! You never had a very stressful day at all...lucky you!!!

They sold me another batch of shares two ticks below my bid on the ASK!!! My lord thay are a smart bunch...SMRT...Smart!!!

Again, as I have said it here on this board before...they are locked up and will remain that way for a while...they will NOT see the light of day for under 25 cents for sure!!! Maybe more...as I'm long and don't need the money for a couple of years. Don't read anything into what I just said the wrong way, I WILL NOT SELL ALL MY SHARES AT 25 CENTS--->I WANT THE DIVY IN ETC!!!!

The fuse is getting shorter and I imagine that some people are really beating their head against the wall on this stock...especially if they shorted it! LOL

Here is a good rule to follow for investing. Do your own DD and never invest in money you cannot afford to lose!!! If you follow this...you should never be destroyed...NEVER!!!

How do I feel...I am so happy that I am ELASTIC!!!!

In case people didn't understand me...through my DD, I became a LONG TERM SHAREHOLDER...nothing has 'changed' to 'sway' my decision about that!!!

If I were flipping in an out of EXPH often and not sure of when the ex div date is, I would be concerned. I might feel that the company I bought into is slashing up the company, and I do not get a piece of that pie. I might also be concerned that ETC will be a private company and I could not sell those shares.

I am extremely relaxed and happy as Rollie Pollie at Halloween!!!

Obviously, I can see why 'others' are concerned/angry/P.O.'d with recent events....and if I were in 'their' shoes, I would be too!

Long Term Investors will be rewarded...IMO!!!

When I came into this stock there was no ETC. I was convinced enough to buy shares in EXPH. ETC came into the picture...GREAT, HAPPY as all heck!!! Spinning off ETC from EXPH into a private company...I get shares in the new company as a divedend, I am a LONG TERM INVESTOR in EXPH and soon I will also be a LONG TERM INVESTOR in ETC!!! GREAT!!! I am smiling even more!!!!

Long Term INVESTORS will win big $$$$$ dollars....who has the stamina to outlast all the forces against them?

I too, Bill, am behind the company and for the company. For JDB and behind JDB. I have always said what my intention are/were on almost every post that I wrote here, I am a LONG TERM INVESTOR in EXPH/Expo Holdings!!! NO MAYBES!!!

On paper, I am DOWN a Chevy Silvarado...I didn't want to give numbers :)!!! Yep my EXPH portfilio is RED not pink but deep red!!! I have to admit, that I bought several hundred thousand shares more, last week and tomorrow is Buyday, December 4, 2009.

What makes me stay fast on the EXPH path? I knew you would ask that question. Two letters...not a 'Dear John' and a 'love letter'...but DD. Due Dilligence!!! I have done my own DD on EXPH. I did not ask some fellow by the water cooler, did not read/believe every post on this board or nor did I PM some of the 'Big Kahoonas' here to get the 'real facts and truth' on this company. I have done my DD independantly.

I started this DD PRIOR to buying my first share in EXPH in July...I did not wait for my portfoilio to shade of crimson before I decided to investigate the company and the personnel heading it. I knew from the get go, what was what and not that there is a fox in the hen house!!! I knew there was not much in the way of form filings, not very timely financials...and some people's list goes on and on. I knew it. I was confident with my DD, to get in and I am still confident now, with my DD, to continue to add more shares.

If I was at all CONCERNED with what was happening to the stock because of the actions, or some would say, inactions of the CEO, I would have sold my position long ago, took the loss and moved on to a BETTER COMPANY!!! It is not worth the ulcers, restless nights...tossing and turning in bed and constant financial headaches. I would never harp about things on a public forum which have no result, other than create FUD amonst people who are followers and not able to forge their own paths. Especially if I were in that stock.

Why? Glad you asked, Bill. IMO, all requests for the CEO to do things that he isn't, won't, doesn't or can't do in regards to how the company is run, will not be changed by constant yells from the bleachers. IMO if the fans don't like the quarterback and the plays that he calls, don't buy season tickets.

Again all it does, IMO, is cause FUD amongst people with sweaty hands, who believed someone's advice to enter the stock in the first place. FUD. Fear Uncertainty and Doubt.

I am immune to such FUD tactics. Why? Glad you asked, Bill. I am not immune only because I got my N1H1 vaccine today, but because I have completed my DD prior to getting into this stock!!! This simple yet, vital task lets me rest easy and continue to accumulate more and more shares, wheather it be from sweaty hands losing their grip on their shares or because the MM's are DRIVING THE PRICE PER SHARE DOWN IN ORDER TO COVER THIER SHORTS BEFORE THE EX DATE FOR THE DIVIDEND, FOR THE NEW ETC PRIVATE COMPANY!!!

I for one, and I am not alone, am pleased as punch that ETC is being spun into a private company, because I am a LONG TERM INVESTOR and am not flipping in and out of EXPH on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Some do and that is fine...whatever works for them, for now. Some short the stock and that is fine...whatever works for them, for now. If I did, I would have to ask this question...If I have no shares or a small amount on ex divy date, will I be mad as heck that I don't have any or much of a position in the new company? Also, if I have dug myself in a hole because I have a huge short position on this stock, will I cover in time, and what is the best tactics to cover these shorts? Drive the pps lower or run the price...which will be most effective and BEST FOR ME???

I am a LONG TERM INVESTOR who has completed his DD. I don't have a care/concern in the world in regards to Expo Holdings/EXPH/JD Brown. Mark my words, if the pps is driven lower, by retail sweaty hands or by MM's looking to cover... I, and other LONGS with strong grips, will be there with Big Cash Money to throw at this.

I can guarentee that tanking the pps to .003, .002, or 001 or .000 something will not work. There are too many long shareholders waiting with a suitcase of money for...whatever they want to pose as normal....

JD, as you have stated very often, is a very quick study!!! I also feel that he is an ethically and morally strong person, contrary to some of the FUD we are inundated with on this board!!!

Through my DD, I have found this company and CEO to be one of the few diamonds in the rough...the perfect snowflake (Sorry, I'm Canadian and it's snowing this am!) and I strongly believe that tomorrow's shareholders meeting will be the start of revelation of how lucky we are to be invested in such a company!!! It doesn't happen everyday!!!

People are calling Expo/EXPH a scam well I call it a blessing that fell into my lap!!! I have done my DD and am not worried about what some posters have to write...I actually skim over quite a few, as they cannot rent any space in my head!

I am very confident in my DD and all the FUD in the world will not make me sell my ever increasing pot 'o shares of EXPH!!!

I agree with you 110%!!!

I have done my DD and purchased much higher than these prices and CONTINUE TO HOLD!!!

I have been very patient!!! Seeing, learning and knowing that all of "THIS" is manipulation both by parties here and afar...I am MORE convinced that EXPH is the stock to be in!

I have added Friday and today and I will continue to hold them!!! Tight hands here...so sorry for "those" that are hoping for weak hands/flippers to own them!

Last day of the month on Monday and Shareholders meeting on Wednesday!! I love this Company/Stock and all the attention it receives!!!

EDIT: It just goes to show what is really going on here, at all levels. If I was new to these stocks/boards and see what is perpetuated as the truth...I would have taken my licks and ran the other way...which is what they want to happen!

I haven't been investing long but I am getting a good/fast education on this stock!!!

It will happen as everything is not as it always appears here!!! I have bought shares up in the 2 cent range as well and have not lost one wink of sleep yet!!!

When the full potential is realized I will not be the one that sold at 2 or 3 cents!!!

I agree...should be a couple hours of 'trading' and all will be squared up again!!!

Oddly, they dance around my trades lately....like they are pondering whether they should sell them, incase the buyer has a "Robo-Grip" on them and won't sell them at a loss when they run the price down!!! Can't say I blame them at all...I am sure that if most people are like me....they will need longer handles on their shovels, as the hole is getting deeper! Oh yes...and the clock IS ticking!!!!

I am invested in Expo/EXPH and couldn't care less when the financials are released, but that is just me. When they are ready and JD is ready, we will see them. I did not buy shares in Expo because I thought that the financials would be timely or whatever most people expect from a big market reporting company. As a matter of fact, I bought more today and will hold them.

Two cents by Tuesday morning? Sounds like you are in this stock to make 150-200%. That is a great return if you were thinking whether to buy a GIC or a bond.

I personally am not concerned with a 2 bagger, because there is much more potenetial IMO. If ('clears the throat') there is a short position and people are smart about it, why would they settle for 2 cents when they could have 15 or 20 cents? Those shares that I bought today are under lock and key and will not see the light of day for 2 or 4 or 8 or 10 or 15 cents. After all is said and done, and the smoke and mirrors are finished with this stock by the MM's, perhaps through an uplist to a big market...15 cents would be too low to release my grip.

I am an investor, incase you haven't gathered, and I could not care less about the games that the MM's play on a day-today basis, flippers, the FUD factor perpetuated on the board or JD not providing me with the Q3's. I am in this for a long time so when they get here...I'll be here!

Well Gang,
I got one order filled today and when they dropped it to .0071 I slapped them with another order and (you'll never guees what???) they quickly...I mean extremely quickly...moved up the ASK to .0074 again!!! The walls are closing in on some players!!!

For all who are new here...the shares I had and bought today are not up for grabs by anyone at these levels....not at 3, 4, 7, 10 , 15 cents, either!!!

I for one am oiling up the thumbscrews for tomorrow! We'll see what they have for EXPH pps tomorrow...maybe they will give me more shares to stick under the pillow or chances are they will just pass me over and swap between each other to square up the books for Tuesday....
