I couldn't agree more. And that lawyer, Thomas Russell has worked with about 20 companies on the otc that have become PINK, CURRENT. According to the annual report , that's the stated goal of this company and that was the reason this lawyer in particular was hired. GLTA

Rob, If you go to the OTC markets And click on that April 9th supplemental and then click on LAW OFFICE OF THOMAS RUSSELL, you will find that he has represented about 20 companies on the OTC. Some that are CURRENT and PINK with prices of over a dollar a share. We know that Brian wants to get current with the OTC per the annual report. And this man was hired to do just that. GLTA

Hi edegoc, I have a question for you or anyone else. It says on the annual report states the outstanding shares are about 40 million. Now on page 8 of that report it uses the term SHARES BENEFICIALLY OWNED (BY Brian) to be 35,043,627. Does that mean Brian owns that many shares in his possession and the rest of the shareholders own the other 5 million. I mean, that would put the float at 5 million. That's really low. Anyone care to comment on this? Is it correct thinking?

No information about when the chill will be lifted, but some posted that the company is working on it. I think that a monthly list might come out on what stocks DTC chills or un-chills. Does anyone know when such a list is published?

I'm with etrade too. As you said, not much to do but wait for the Chill to lift and then news on what the non-bankruptcy restructuring will look like. Hopefully not a R/S, unless it's followed with GREAT pr's. I'm just excited see something happen and finally find out the fate of this investment. Looks like we might know by the end of this month.

Not yet. Etrade told me the new shares have not been released to them and they had no time frame. Said it could be 2 days to 2 months.

When will we officially see the new o/s and A/S? That will tell all.
