Where is the link to back your claim?
At the very least, wait until the next 10Q report to see how many shares that have been diluted. IMO
I would suggest before you go there, check out the company on O/S . I would at the very least wait until there quarterly report comes out before going there. Massive dilution is going on there. Trades millions of shares and the stock goes nowhere. PCFG ers will do just fine just staying here and invested in a company that is about to mine gold, not stock certificates. IMO
10Q filed for June 2009
Keep in mind NEAH is not the only company in the fuel cell business. There are quite a few out there.
That stock you mentioned is a loser! Severly diluted and they don't have a permit to start the mill. I have a feeling they may never get it. PCFG has what it needs to start producing income.
How could you possibly have a hard time getting the 8's with a close at 7?
That's the main problem. Since Neah announced their "commercially available" fuel cell nearly 2 years ago, they have NO SALES!
How much income did they generate through sales? Did they show anything in the 10Q report?
Maybe that will be the new home office after they get kicked out of their Bothel office, since they are past due on their rent.
It wouldn't suprise me that they didn't have any sales or contracts either, only empty letters of intent which mean nothing. Stay tuned.
Your right! Remember Hobie Cat, the scooter company in India(don't remember the name), ELCR, oh let's not forget how well that SolCool deal panned out. They owe the landlord how much in back rent? Nothing new on " the top secret defense contractor" . Just whole lot of nothing!
You mean insider SELLS since October 29th 2010.
You got it right! Putting the cart before the horse...IMO
Certainly not to "run" their devices but certainly feasible to recharge them. Still more cost effective than a fuel cell.
Nice article. But how can neah compete against fuel cell? The cost per watt is much less than neah's product. Looks like they may lose out based on cost. As long as the sun shines, the military has a cheap power source using SOLAR.
Again, It in no way says the land is PURCHASED for dry stacking. It is only a PLAN, which is subject to approval? Show us all the details on the land PURCHASE, not some plan subject to forward looking statements.
High level negotiations and an actual land purchase are not the same thing. Where is it stated in the article that they have PURCHASED the property.
So where are they going to put the tailings? I didn't see any press releases that any property is purchased?
Don't forget to read the "Forward looking statements" clause.
So has the company acquired the tailing dump property yet? When are they going to close the real estate deal on that? Do they have the money to buy the property? Where is the land in relation to the mill? How much more will it cost to process the ore to go through the extra steps now apparently needed to comply with the government?
The verification I saw was on Sol Cools Website that showed a picture of the EL series 50 watt with a $5000 price tag. I think they also offered a 100 watt but it didn't show the price of the unit. I just checked Sol Cools website and nothing is there anymore about the EL series.FWIW...
How I got wind of it at the time was it was on Neah's facebook page. Some women had a link to it. The link is dead from what I remember. That's the best I can recall.
Just save your money. I don't want to take anything away from you. If they release a PR so what. PR's aren't necessarily FACTUAL. Quarterly reports also contain "forward looking statements" they may or may not pan out. IMO
I don't know if there are any other members on the board that are still here from a long time ago who can verify what I said. Most are gone. When SolCool dropped Neah, SolCool dropped Neah's EL series fuel cell from their website. The link is no longer there for that product. From what I remember the cost was $5000 for a 50 watt unit. I also remember they didn't disclose or have any information about cartidges to recharge the fuel cell. That's all I can remember. I haven't checked but I think SolCool still has a website and a product line of what they sell. It was well over a year ago that I ever went to their site.
Well if you were in this stock long enough you could have seen it for yourself! Not my fault? Do you think I'm a Liar????
They will be waiting a long time to get those filled! IMO Still in the Sevens? How long were the 8's going to last????
How many times have we heard that over the last few weeks or more?
When Neah owned SolCool. On SolCool's website, they marketed the infinity EL Series fuel Cell. They showed the product and price during their agreement. The deal eventually fell through since Neah defaulted on the agreement. There is no documentation anymore! I don't really care if you believe me or not. But if you want to put 2 and 2 together, ask yourself WHY have they never sold a fuel cell yet?
The only way to figure that out would be to go with Neah's EL series that from what I remember was $5000.00 for a 50 watt unit. They never sold any! Gee don't you think $100 a watt is a little expensive? I am sure were a talking KILOWATTS to run an electric car. Neah's fuel cell is NOT cost effective. IMO
You're absolutely right. It seems like it will be a while before the company can produce income. I highly doubt the permit will be issued until all issues are resolved. It is wishful thinking that they will allow the mill to start without all the issues taken care of beforehand. IMO
It's all about EXECUTION of the business plan. If they don't mine or mill you'll have no income. Gold could go to $2000 and it wouldn't help the stock price. IMO
Watch how fast they burn through that 10M with nothing to show for it in the end....IMO
IF CGFIA has to sell 15 Billion shares to get everything up and running, I highly doubt that you will see anything close to a dollar. It will be diluted to where the shares won't appreciate much. JMHO
Simply put. It's classic dilution...IMO
At least we closed Green!
It sure is Classic. It's classic dilution IMO only.
It's Classic Dilution...IMO
With 15 BILLION authorized shares, I doubt it.... IMO
The only reason this is sitting at a penny is because there are no buyers. The only volume this generates are the lucky ones getting out. IMO It's hard to play on the greys when you can't see the deck.
