Scams usually go into the millions of dollars.

The good news is that sstp is not named
as being part of the suit.
So it can continue with its plans
to produce the biofuel.

I still think jr should step down immediately
as chairman of sstp.

My thoughts. Independent studies show the biofuel is true and that it works. Yet JR did say outrageous things as listed in suit.
But importantly, sstp is not mentioned in the suit
and the process itself seems not to be the point of contention, but only JR's claims about the cost, etc.

And are the other companies now involved or partners
with sstp be so blind if this was all a scam? Hmmm.

Usually, scams involve companies with phoney products or no products at all.

as ceo on usse and chairman on sstp.
