Don't thank me. I told you before, I'm not a financial advisor.
Research and make your decisions based on what you find.
It's out there for all to see.
Good Luck.
It's beneficial to the entire sector. You have to spend a day in the minds of each player.
It's complicated yet possible only because of RMTD's early patents...upgraded. modified, RMTD was the pioneer and I believe we shareholders will be compensated.
$ $RMTD
LOL Not gonna be delisted...IT'S DARK. Not pumped...fine minds research and
hypothesize.
Somebody somewhere F'd up. Retail shareholders were suppose to dump their shares...Not hold them for 10-12 years.
Somebody wants every single share they can get. Tuff chit.
Retail has grown attached to RMTD. It will never go to .0001 again.
Yes, I suspect whatever they are using tracking all that driving behavior was developed by Telogis.

Pure connect the dots speculation. No proof they partnered with anyone. Google Gary Halgren LinkedIn. After reading his past positions decide for yourself.
Connected cars are the future vehicle to vehiclee... throw in a car company like Ford some Verizon 5g then insurance make it all a one stop shop.
Only 20,734,246 cheap shares traded on a Friday?
Verizon has not yet publicly commented on it spectrum auction win, while her competitors await. Tappity tap...fingers tapping.
Does the auto industry smile and sing, Doo do doo do doo do doo doo do ?
Hmmmm, does a window of opportunity ever close abruptly?
Interesting to watch. Can't wait for Monday, to see how RMTD trades.

Understood. Thanks for all your insightful posts. Went through the RS here
and have not done any research on this company since then. Added at these low levels.
Good luck to us all.

$ $BDGR Looking good.
I'm in because I see the reversal coming. (smile)
Well it makes me wonder about how they licensed their technology products. Were the licenses perpetual? I don't know. I would have to go back into the SEC files to find out and at this point in time, I feel it is what it is, whatever that is.
$ RMTD
No, because I do not remember where I found it. Sorry but I've been tracking this company for 10 -11 years so there is way too much info for me to sift through to find it again. Like others, I had to look it up to see exactly what a perpetual company was.
$RMTD
Do you mean where did I find that?
Yeah, it is about to change alright.
Better buckle up. Happy days ahead
IMO.
$ $RMTD
Yes, I know you are, cntryjo. Consider this King oil,
Fact remains, Remote Dynamics attained profitability, and went dark.
Verizon owns the Remote Dynamics website.
Hughes Telematics did NOT attain profitability, or go dark.
Verizon owns the Hughestelematic website.
Verizon paid 612 milly for Hughes telematics.
So, King oil, tell me, what part of this matahmatical equation is
missing?
Don't need to know math, just need to be able to recognize a pattern, or look at a puzzle and notice a piece missing.
$ $RMTD
They can't. Too much info available on the internet. If a retail investor can find it, so could the SEC. These are big companies making big money,
they don't need to risk all that.
Well then I'd say you've read just about every post that has ever been posted here on this website for this ticker.
I am ever so anxious to see how they will get it North without bankrupting somebody. But hey, they are all big boys now.
$ RMTD
I say the same, and if they do not have a role in that process, then they more than likely have something else. Historically thinking, they did not sell their old VMI technology to Adler or Atler until they had developed something better, which was RediView.
And I still have some unfinished research to do regarding the Minor Planet split. But in the end RMTD Remote Dynamics...will be standing. I don't believe the name can be changed. But I'll let you know when I find out.
Well, what are your thoughts on this company?
Oh, well this company was living in a fish bowl back in 2009-2010 which gave me confidence way back then that i's would be dotted and T's would be crossed, regarding anything this company might do.
RMTD
How do you know? They are dark. The "business" was sold to investors after it attained profitability. What did they do with the money? Did they
use some for research and development? Who knows? But if it reached profitability and then was sold for an undisclosed amount, money is somewhere? And sooner or later it will have to be disclosed.
HA!
RMTD
Well if you are pointing out documented facts, I doubt you have to worry.
There is nothing illegal about liking a company and stating your reasons
why.
$RMTD
Yeah, now go read the sec files on Hughes Telematics, same chit dif company
Verizon Lovin' them both.
LOL
And that is why it has taken or is taking so long.
Hughes Telematics never turned a profit in their entire history, yet Verizon paid 612 million for them.
h, and I read an article back then which said Hughes was their second choice. Ha! Wonder who was their first choice. Guess we will never know.
Wrong feb 2007 Halgren started. Walters entered 2006 with buckets of cash,
a brain, and a vision.
I read where monies were allocated for debt, research and development, and mergers. R&D I wonder what they have developed, don't you?
Sec files has Walters owning shares.
