There was talk about a second share retirement of 30m, It may have been in the first Conference call. You'd have to go back and check the posts from Rheddle.
Maybe Yahoo is being very careful with their news since they screwed up last time. It's possible that someone has to ok anything relating to 247mgi. Thats my guess anyway.
And a bid uptick, news still is not on Yahoo financial, it may be tomorrow before this really kicks off.

Krasnoyarsk Region - a brief compilation of facts from a brief search.
This region is one of the major Gold producing areas of Russia
Russia has the second highest amount of gold reserves in the world, behind only South Africa.
To date, a very large portion of the gold production in the Krasnoyarsk Region has been through placer or alluvial mining (think panning for Gold)
It is a goal of the Russian national government and the local government to increase Gold production.
Placer Gold production is declining.
The only way to increase Gold production is through deep shaft or deep pit mining.
Russia does not have the capital, technology or management expertise to increase production through large scale mining efforts.
The "crown Jewel" of the Krasnoyarsk Region is the Olympiaed area (I think I'm misspelling it, but I'm not going to double check it now) It has been called a "double Klondike" I don't know how big the Klondike Gold Rush was, but it was the last major Gold Rush in North America.
The only way to increase production in the Krasnoyarsk Region is through advanced technology that the Russians simply do not have.
Production can be increased either by deep pit (strip mining) or deep shaft mining. Or by having advanced technology to more efficiently extract the gold.
Several companies in North America are making good money by using mercury leeching on the cast off ore of old alluvial mines
No, not "the mine" but the province is how I read it. This is from their regional (more or less) chamber of commerce. It was written to attract investment. All it confirms is that this area is a major gold producing region with vast untapped resources. Like much of Siberia.
Krasnoyarsk Region, when starts its development will triple the output of gold, which is about 30 tons annually."
I thought Y'all might be interested in this.

Nope, while I wasn't watching they lowered the ask, been sittin at that bid for about an hour.
Hi guys, hope this goes up soon.
That's a possibility, Has anyone managed to call the TA?
Thanks for the PM, that would be good news for everyone here.
I obviously can't respond on this board, so if you'd like to discuss it privately, you'll have to find me on the Dark Side LOL
Well Dahlin, asking me to drive 7 or 8 hours due south, on my way to Canada, is a bit much. I expect my wimin to be a bit mo accomdating to mah needs, iffin ya ketch mah drift.
Although, once I did drive to Phoenix, by way of Miami, but I was much younger and had a good incentive. Filthy Lucre, it'll get me every time.
Now if we can come to some arrangement, I'm sure you're more than welcome on the trip. :) sweet dreams
ROAD TRIP !! I'm ready, I'll pick you up in the Blue Ridge moutains
It's quite in here tonight...
It's almost like an evil presence stalks the earth once again...
I think I'll pray at the shrine of the ignore button...
Road Trip? I'm about ready to drive to Canada and explain to Dan just how red my neck can be.
Actually he said bi-monthly, someone on the call said "you mean every two weeks" And he replied with something like sure why not.
Or ok I guess in two weeks again. I didn't take it as a guarantee. So I'm not sure when I'll consider this another broken time line, but I don't think that today.
Well that's a bit harsh, at least she's providing some comic relief that we can all use these days.
First she has a "team of investors" Now she's an SEC lawyer investigating angry shareholders on behalf of the company?!!!
C'mon folks how can you take anything she says seriously. No SEC lawyer would announce an investigation using on a message board.
Oh you devil! LOL goodnight
I agree
But let's keep it an open forum.
I assure you, I have been.
I'd be more than happy to, but some posts are just to absurd.
Did Dan tell you that this morning? You are funny. Silly protestations of greatness will not raise the price of this stock one bit. Follow through on way over past due promises might.
During your "pillow talk" please mention put out details of the deals and the retirement of shares. We'd all appreciate it.
Dan can turn this around any time he wants to, just release the geologists report on the gold mine. How long does it take to translate a document anyway? Or, follow through on the share retirement. These are legitimate concerns that should be addressed. Should he spend a lot of time worrying about the message boards? I'd so no, but he shouldn't be oblivious to them either. He has said that he wants the stock price to go up so we all benefit. If shareholder confidence crashes, what will happen to the pps?
because the news has involved no details to give investors confidence. Any one can buy land and claim its a mine, but how much is there and what is currently being produced is the question. The promised details should give this a boost
Thanks for the news, you've been speaking for a lot of us. Hopefully this time we get the news and go.
Annual Reports are sent to the registered agent of a company. The registered agent must have a physical address in the state (not a P.O.Box). Companies often use lawyers or CPA's as registered agents. If the RA failed to submit the paperwork or forward it that could explain the mess. Or Smith is an idiot, take your pick.
ABVG is breaking out, up 13% still well below it's closing price in Frankfurt. Its time to buy.
That was the point that pushed me to hit the send order button
GLTA
I think the sell off happened yesterday, we've all focused on where did the shares come from, but the flip side is who bought them? I can easily see multiple holders decide to sell in the absence of news. I don't see multiple buyers deciding to buy in the absence of news. This sounds like one large buyer said I'll buy as many as I can get at .025.
This possible buyer at least cares about the share price, I would have waited for the price to go down, which is what I did all day yesterday.
I agree with that, how 'bout that lol
You're right, that is the question, I wish I knew the answer.
I guess we'll find out tomorrow or at some point, but I agree, if it was dilution of any type, the price would have dropped but they would have waited until after the PR to maximize their price. So we're stuck with a strange & frustrating day while waiting for GREAT news tomorrow.
If Dan Just flat out lied during the CC surely there would be legal penalties. I don't know about you, but I'm not going to risk jail and being barred from dealing with publicly traded companies for less than $175k. So I assume there is a valid delay.
Perhaps he had to pay the lawyers to review the PR? maybe around 7 million shares?
Greenspan expects inflation to be a problem in the American economy in the coming years (interview last night on 60 minutes)
The best hedge against inflation that I know of is GOLD :)
A compleated Deal, not one in the future! Will be announced pre market on Monday
Star Trek will be a good run, Most products have a life cycle, and this one should last at least 20 years. That's longer than average.
Thanks, I've been watching for awhile, I've been impressed with the loyalty of the stock holders here as well.
This is immediate sales, it's hard to find a fan base more loyal or crazy than the Trekkies
That seems to be the result of this PR, it's shored up support. Now if the CC will follow through with some real info we can go up!
But they were at .013 and we've passed that. A good sign IMO
