Guarantee you this never hits $.11
Don't miss out, the train is about to leave the station. I can hear the conductor now saying "All aboard" Steam is pouring out of the sides and the top of engine.
Spread the word. I retweet all of the S&L updates. If just one person turns their attention to AMFE because of it, that's a success. We're so close to blast off.
May is literally going to be the best month of my life. Getting married in 16 days, honeymooning in Tahiti and Bora Bora, just entered into Escrow on a new house and AMFE is about to skyrocket into the stratosphere, never looking back.
Didn't expect Ben to look like that. Lease has been signed, thought for sure they'd put out a PR. Roger holding everything back until the audit is finalized. Hopefully we get a tweet tonight regarding it.
I stand corrected, thought I read $2.3 million left but per the PR it does state the company has less than $2 million in debt. Weird they never retired those shares and OS count actually went up. Hmmmm
I completely agree. I'd rather have someone be too honest than not honest at all. It's the ultimate catch-22, he'll be skinned regardless of what happened. No information at all, people come out "where's the audit, update us, we want information, something wrong if he won't update us" OR "another missed deadline", "ruining the stock" "share holders incensed that audit isn't out" "why communicate at all" He's damned if he does damned if he doesn't, and again I'll take too much transparency over none at all. Glad to be in this with you CW.
Sidenote, huge sharks fan here, tough game last night.
Yes, my apologies. PARTIAL, still $2.3 Million to go
So you'll be able to determine responsibility and tone from an audit? With the same numbers we've seen only now an "audited" at the top instead of "unaudited". He certainly took responsibility in his letter and had a very somber tone regarding his missteps.
In all actuality they aren't. At least not down here in Pinky land. There's something to be said for a company and CEO to VOLUNTARILY put the company through an arduous auditing process, and pay for it might I add. Not many down here are willing to do that because more often than not they're a scam.
Except for the debt repayment which is now equity in the form of warrants exercisable at $.25
Roger has been transparent, you can tell in the tone of his latest release he was conciliatory and genuinely cares. He'd rather be too transparent than not at all. Would you be saying anything if he had just kept quiet and not updated us along the way? I'd rather have someone steering the ship who puts an emphasis on transparency. Those that lack transparency, that's when you should be worried it's a scam.
Why should we be incensed? The audit changes nothing in my mind, nor the mind of the longs on this board. It doesn't change anything the company is doing and as a share holder I can tangibly see the progress that AMFE is making. Those that wished to time the audit, get in and get out, those are the ones who are incensed. I'm sitting peachy king on my pile of shares and I will for the foreseeable future. GLTY!

Nice DD! That's what this board needs. Cover and flood the falsehoods with positive, rational due diligence. Nicely done!
You and me both brotha. Been watching this since $.02 smh
Post restored.... one tiny win against State News
Volume 50% higher today than 10 day average
Correct. No market orders on any "penny" stocks.
You can't buy higher than the ask on limit orders. It'll automatically default and execute to the current price.
Are you wanting to put a limit price in lower than the ask? What are you attempting to do? Right now the price is at .1285. If you put a limit order in for .1285 it'll execute right away as there are shares for sale. If you put a limit order in to buy at .1284 it would have just executed as the price dropped to .1270 crossing the limit line at .1284. The way I remember is that there's a line at each limit price and the order will only execute if it goes through or drops below your limit price.
You won't be able to execute any market orders for penny stocks. Only limit orders
I agree. I think it's completely ass backwards. But I can understand why the law was written that way. You have auditing companies that should fully understand the PCAOB standards and could potentially receive payment or preferential treatment from those they are auditing if they were to hold the company's hand so to speak throughout the entire process. They're trying to minimize conflicts of interests and bribes as best as they possibly can.
I'll do that, thanks for the advice
If you put in an Ask order at .1270 it'll execute at .1270. If you put a limit order price above .1270, it'll still execute at .1270 because of the limit you've set for the order to execute. If you put in a limit buy order at .1265 and it goes down to .1240 your order will execute at .1265 or .12649. Different set of order execution standards than Market orders.
Thanks!
Not sure how it violates the TOS and the reasoning being off topic. That may have been my most on topic post this entire month lol
That's what happens when you use a "limit" price instead of market price. It you put a higher ask than the limit, it'll execute at the limit price, not the higher price
AMFE up over 100% in 1 year A/D line continuing to move upwards, no sign off a selloff whatsoever. Highest A/D point thus far. Insane amount of accumulation the last 4 months. Get ready for it to burst, one catalyst is near.
And to those who say wording is a crock or an excuse have no credibility and obviously have never been a part of an audit process. The way items in an audit are phrased, aligned, worded, capitalized, emboldened, punctuated, and so many other nitpicky items are extremely important. The auditing firm cannot hand hold the company and will only sign off when all aspects of the audit, yes grammar, capitalization, punctuation, alignment, all must be in the way RBSM wants it in accordance with PCAOB and Sarbanes Oxley.
Week starts Sunday, I'll always say the week starts Monday, especially considering there are two different standards. Again it still renders your point moot. You said "it has to be filed today" as in Friday is the last day of the week which it isn't. Technically speaking he has until Saturday night at 11:59, guess who's closed over the weekend, the OTC which means if it's done and ready to be filed by then it can't rendering Monday the true deadline for his latest tweet.
Internationally the week starts on Monday. US, Canada and Mexico the week starts on Sunday which still renders your point invalid.
Sunday is the end of the week. Do you read the things you post? That's some 3rd grade sentence structure there. "When did sunday is not the end of the week, mean Friday is the end of the week?" Huuuuuuh He's got until Sunday night, argue all you want but that's the end of the week or wait for it.....WEEK"END"
Would you not consider Monday before the bell stick technically Sunday? Obviously it's Monday morning. So if it's filed Monday morning you'll call him a liar because it's not the end of the week? For example, if you turn 21 at midnight, does the bar let you in at 12:01. No they don't because it's the same business day technically. Make sense?
Hahaha that made me chuckle in my office. My life has been a lie this entire time. Apparently Friday is the end of the week for some.
Friday isn't the end of the week, on any calendar, so your point is moot. A week can run from Monday-Sunday, ie work timesheets, pay periods, etc or Sun-Sat, which again proves your point invalid that he said it would be out tonight.
Clueless man. The auditors are paid up front for a scope of work. You can research audit timelines which are auditing multiple years. A Stanford study, which someone posted about shows an average audit covering 3 years of business can take anywhere from 6-9 months, not weeks.
POTN DOWN 40% SINCE JAN... Audit created a small bounce, then back down she went. Where's the bottom, low $.20's coming soon. Maybe I'll buy back in then. No sign this is reversing anytime soon.
We've still got 3 days left before the end of the week. Don't get your panties in a bunch. Monday before the open would be ideal, or late tonight and watch the gap up happen Monday morning. Have a little faith, still time left in the week
Drannac, seems to me your facts are incorrect
And its been 20 days, still no up-list paperwork filed, 10 days left or another broken promise.
There is no disclosure form whatsoever up-listed to the OTC website stating they filed for up-list onto the OTCQB. No filed paperwork, no up-list process. Read the PR, they're expecting to file paperwork in 30 days SMH. Some foresight, should've done it months ago during the audit process. Shotty management decisions.
Did someone say...PARABOLIC?!? Been echoing that sentiment for as long as I've been invested here. Might not be as long as you Jackpot but the A/D, news, rev growth and potential, Spin-Off, NSI, on and on and on
Just a rule of thumb, not my rule but an investment strategy nonetheless. Holding all of my shares tightly. Position locked in for whatever roller coaster ride comes out way in the near and distant future.
10% sell for every 100% in PPS gain :)
